guests are still talking about the food! Being a French-inspired, wood-fired kitchen, the flavors were incredibly elevated compared to standard 'wedding food.' From the start of cocktail hour with appetizers like wood-fired pizzas, mini burgers, and mussels, to the main course of beef bourguignon and shrimp pasta, everything was a massive hit. Not only was the presentation beautiful, but you can actually taste the passion the owners have for cooking! Even the dessert was top-notch. Planning was a breeze. The team was professional and attentive to our timeline, handling the setup and service seamlessly. Even with the unique logistics of their vintage Citroën food truck, they were fast and efficient, ensuring no one was left waiting in long lines. They managed to feed everyone throughout the whole reception, and we even had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for days! As a family-run business, they truly care. They went above and beyond to accommodate our gluten-free guests and made us feel like their only priority. They even surprised us with a special plate of desserts delivered right to our sweetheart table! We might have to get married all over again just for the catering. Claudie’s didn't just feed our guests; they provided an unforgettable culinary spectacle. 10/10 would recommend!
