Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery

Kim helped make my wedding dreams come true! I had so many people tell me how beautiful my wedding was, I couldn't have done it without their gorgeous venue and professional staff.

Clauren Ridge was the perfect venue for our my daughter's wedding. The flexibility to move the ceremony indoors to escape the 104 degree heat was a lifesaver. Morgan, Lauren and the entire staff were very accommodating at every turn with Lauren even helping to salvage a cake that didn't agree with the heat. The venue was large enough to not feel crowded, yet maintained an intimate atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough! First rate and completely stress-free!

Kim was super helpful with planning everything. She met with us a month out I think to go over all the details and then called the week of to see if there was anything she could help with. During the wedding day, she directed flow of the crowd and made sure we were in the right place at the right time.

The venue is beautiful, the wine is delicious, and the staff is amazing. You can’t go wrong here! Kim made the planning and process so easy. Her packages are so inclusive which relieves a ton of stress. I also had my bridal shower here and it was PERFECT! The food was delicious and the setup is absolutely beautiful.

Clauren Ridge was the best place I could have chosen for my wedding. It was truly perfect! Kim and her staff are just the best and they help with everything. I had a very small, intimate wedding with only about 20 guests. I had wanted to have it outside but due to forecasted weather I decided that morning to have it indoors. It turned out just as beautiful though. I didn't really have to think of anything as Kim and her staff handled so much and even thought of things I wouldn't have. I loved not having to worry about setup or cleanup or what tablecloths I should have. This is the best place for those who don't want to think about all the wedding details. The setting was beautiful, the staff was so friendly (Lauren was especially awesome!), the drinks were great and everyone had a great time. Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I had a blast. If you want an easy wedding that you can truly just enjoy I highly recommend you choose Clauren Ridge as your venue and Serendipity Nuptials for your officiant (and DJ if you can afford to) and The Photo Poet as your photographer. They all worked wonderfully together and I couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you Kim and staff for creating such a wonderful night! I look forward to celebrating anniversaries there in the future :)

Clauren Riddge was PERFECT for our fall wedding. Kim was so helpful during the whole planning process and got back to me so quickly every time I e-mailed her. Everything was beautiful on our wedding day and they do so much for you, it made the day so much easier than it could have been. You cannot beat the pricing for everything you get with Clauren Ridge. We are also looking forward to being able to visit the winery & reminisce about our wedding day whenever we can :)

Absolutely love this place. I would recommend anyone and everyone to use them for any and all events. Kim is so incredibly helpful and organized. She kept up with all that needed to be done and kept the our wedding flowing. The house flowers were absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful with both an inside and outside option for whatever the weather does. The staff is so helpful and nice. Cherry on top, the wine is delicious.

My new hubby and I booked Clauren Ridge for our wedding earlier this year, and just had our wedding on 10.9.22. The venue coordinator, Kim, worked with us from the very beginning. They are a very inclusive venue, so they provide flowers, linens, tableware, and things of that sort. But the staff is also very helpful in making sure your items are how you want them if you customize. Kim acts as a sort of day-of coordinator if you book them, and she has staff on hand to help. They're particular about what you can and can't do at the venue, but it's lovely, they provide a lot, and Kim is always helpful and genuinely cares. We got tons of compliments!

Picking out a wedding venue was hard so many different types in Oklahoma but when I saw a vineyard in Oklahoma I couldn’t say no to touring it for my wedding day. Kim is extremely kind and professional she does so much and always available by phone. The venue is so different then a lot of wedding venues and that’s why we picked it! The waitstaff was fantastic. We haven’t received all of our pictures but I know they will turn out great with the picture perfect venue. I am a hairstylist so if I can give any advice to a future bride here is to bring maybe a couple extra mirrors and a ring light into the bridal suite, it was no big deal but 6 girls and 1 mirror might be a problem for other brides! Other than that tiny little thing, I can’t say enough good things about Clauren Ridge. It was a perfect day!

I cannot thank Kim and her staff enough for how helpful they were in making our wedding reception run smoothly and look gorgeous. The decorations and flowers they have in house are beautiful, and easy since her staff sets it up! We were having a no-frills reception just to celebrate, so it was perfect. And the house wine was divine!! Kim's staff handled things I had never even thought of (like the leftover cocktail hour snacks getting moved to the dinner buffet table), and when I spilled wine on my dress, Kim helped clean it off right before my dance! She made me and my husband feel so cared for. Their kindness and assistance are so incredibly appreciated, and made our reception about as stress-free as it can get! I highly recommend Clauren Ridge (and their sweet wines)! A few details about the venue: There is one getting-ready room, and it's about a 10'x10' space. It served as a good spot to get changed, do my makeup, and store bags during the day. Any more than 6 people in the space would be a bit crowded. We had 4 people doing makeup at once and it was fine. The venue has a downstairs wine cellar / reception space / dining space, and an upstairs bar / patio / receiving space. There are two bathrooms in the upstairs area, one men's one women's. There is a handicap accessible entrance to the downstairs area going from the outside, but would require staff assistance to open the large doors. The reception space does not have a built in sound system, so any DJ would need to bring all their own equipment. Downstairs easily fit our group of about 50 guests. That pergola, patio, and the string lights really are that beautiful and were my favorite parts of the venue! Again, I highly recommend Clauren Ridge!!

I cannot recommend this venue enough...Kim and her staff went above and beyond to make this a very stress-free, easy experience! As others have mentioned, so much is included in the wedding package here, which I loved, as I didn't have to plan/coordinate every single detail. They are true professionals here, and while they do many weddings, we felt treated so special--that's how amazing they are! I received many compliments from my guests about how beautiful and clean the venue was and how awesome the staff was. I truly couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding day--thank you, Kim and Clauren Ridge, for helping make it a reality!

Kim and her staff at Clauren Ridge are easily the best wedding vendors I've ever worked with, and the venue is nothing short of breathtaking. We've hosted two events with them now, an elopement and a vow renewal, and both have gone flawlessly. Our guests raved about the wine slushies, the architecture, and the friendly staff, and our pictures turned out even more amazing with their venue as the background. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to enjoy a hands-off night while their staff handles everything including beautiful decor, dinnerware/furniture, and cleanup.

My daughter and I recently hosted a bridal shower at Clauren Ridge and we could not have pictured anything more beautiful! When we got our first look of the downstairs wine cave, we both almost burst into tears, everything was simply gorgeous! Kim and her staff took care of everything: set-up, food, flowers, clean-up… that was huge because neither my daughter nor I live in Oklahoma. Melissa, who took care of us during the shower, was so amazing! She was always nearby checking on us and taking care of things before we even knew they needed to be taken care of! Everyone kept talking about how wonderful everything was, especially the bride-to-be and her mom! We absolutely loved everything about the day, especially the wine slushies!! What an amazing experience!

I can’t say enough about how amazing our wedding was at Clauren Ridge! Not only is the venue the most beautiful and picturesque setting for a wedding, but Kim and her staff made everything about our day stress-free, easy, and perfect! Their (very reasonably-priced) wedding package includes so many things that other venues don’t: chairs, tables, decorations, serveware, etc., and Kim is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job helping you plan everything else you need. She even caught an error on the part of our food vendor a few days before that would have been disastrous the day of, and we were able to fix everything because of her diligence! The day of, everything was absolutely gorgeous and our friends and family thought Clauren Ridge was one of the best places they had ever been for a wedding. Everyone loved the wine and of course the wine slushes too! I would highly recommend Clauren Ridge and Kim to anyone wanting a gorgeous, stress-free wedding!

My wedding was stress and hassle free (or as much as it could be) thanks in large part to Clauren Ridge, a beautiful spot we found quite by accident. When I first toured with my fiance, we knew we had to snatch it up. The scenery is gorgeous, the reception area under the vineyard is close and convenient and so romantic, and the wine is FABULOUS. Most of all, though, is the excellent service provided by Kim Ingmire and her staff. They are thoughtful, attentive, and devoted to making this the happiest and easiest day I could have asked for. All my wishes were met, exceeded, and it was just a gorgeous day. Clauren Ridge is all inclusive (that is a HUGE PLUS) aside from the major vendors (photographer/videographer, entertainment, cake, caterer, and officiant) which means I didn't have to pick out chairs, linens, runners, decorations, flowers (there are beautiful silk flower arrangements I had access to so the only florist I required was for my bouquet), silverware, bartenders/liquor distributors, any of it! I have so many friends who are getting married and their weddings are so much harder than mine ever was because of Kim and her attention to detail and the breadth of her knowledge about wedding, events, and vendors in the area. She was transparent, communicative, attentive, and though she practically does five of these a week - she acted like "my special day" as it has now been dubbed was the most important thing to her. Anytime I had a snag, she told me just who to talk to and where to go and it worked out beautifully. It's been a week and I still am wracking my brain to think of ways it could have gone better, coming up with none! If you have ANY HESITATIONS whatsoever about this venue, just visit it and talk to Kim and you will have no doubts that this is the best place to get married in OKLAHOMA.

The venue is incredible, but more than that, the staff is absolutely amazing. They were all so helpful and kind through the entire process. Having my wedding at Clauren Ridge was one of the best decisions I made during all of my planning. there was so much included In the price that was beyond helpful for my budget. I was able to use various parts that I liked but still had the freedom to make it my own! kim was so flexible and kind when I had to postpone due to covid. I couldn't have asked for better staff during the planning period as well as the wedding day itself!!

You cannot find a better ceremony & reception venue than Clauren Ridge. Kim is an absolute joy to work with! She puts her heart and soul into every bride’s special day. We had to reschedule b/c of covid & she helped work thru it. Is there anything she doesn’t do or provide? In short, the answer is no! Such a complete venue. So much included it leaves little for you or anyone else to worry about. And the place is so beautiful! Cannot say enough about Kim, her staff & the amazing venue. You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t rave enough about Kim And her staff. Even if you aren’t getting married, go check out the wine and wine slushies! They are phenomenal! After touring several other venues, I was overwhelmed with all of the details we needed to consider and budget for (linens, decorations, tables/ chairs, bar tender and insurance, etc etc etc). I wanted to cry. When we arrived to Clauren Ridge Kim warmly greeted us and carefully walked us through a traditional ceremony. As she described how the ceremony would unfold, she walked us down the aisle and provided a detailed preview of the big day. In the cost of the wedding package she explained that she would coordinate her staff to help guide , serve, and manage the guests throughout the ceremony and reception. Kim took the time to answer all of our questions and provided a detailed worksheet for us to complete that would allow her to ensure the perfecting details for our big day. The day of our wedding, Kim and her staff were beyond wonderful. They coordinated with our wedding party to ensure all details were addressed. The ceremony was perfect and the dinner and reception to follow was just as stunning. The staff made sure our families were taken care of. I can’t thank this wonderful venue enough for helping make our day perfect!

This venue, staff and owner were amazing! The winery is beautiful, the staff was attentive and never left me wanting or needing anything. And Kim is the very best. She never fails to answer any question and eases your mind about everything. From the first time you meet her until after your ceremony she is available and walks you through every step. I would not change a moment of my special day.

Our wedding was held in December, so the wedding ceremony and reception were both held in the wine cave. The staff flipped the room in record time, and kept everything according to our timeline (a fear of mine as a bride...!). Kim and Amanda, along with the other staff were amazing. Our wine glasses were full all night long, and I can't think of a single complaint! Thanks to Clauren Ridge for hosting the best night of our lives!

I cannot express how great it was to work with the staff at Clauren ridge and have our wedding there. Kim was so great. She made it really easy for me to plan my wedding. We had an issue with a whole bus full of late guests and she was very calm and made me feel like it was ok and not even an issue. My maid of honor left her speech in the hotel room and Amanda was so kind to print off a copy of her speech that she had on her phone. With people coming from the wine country of northern Michigan, I wasn't sure if everybody would enjoy the wine. Of course they did and I don't know why I questioned it. Quite a few of my guests purchased wine to take back home with them! If I had to redo my wedding day, I still would have chosen Clauren Ridge as my venue.

Clauren Ridge Vineyard is absolutely incredible! Everything that they say is included in the package is actually included and none of it is an extra charge. Kim and her entire staff are very accommodating and the venue itself is stunning! I definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

The staff at Clauren Ridge are beyond top notch! I had my wedding here in April, and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was the perfect place to have my wedding! Kim is amazing at what she does and I knew from the second I met her that this would be perfect fit. Kim was there through everything to help and give her advice. She was terrific! My mom was out of town and planning from a distance was hard to do, Kim made it so easy on us! The staff the day of were so attentive. My guest could not stop ranting and raving about them. Lets not forget the wine!! The wine is OUTSTANDING!!!! Please do yourself a favor, and have your wedding at Clauren Ridge, you won't be disappointed!!

Beautiful venue and wonderful staff! The whole wedding and planning process with them was so smooth with no hiccups! The staff was so attentive to Chris and I. Clauren Ridge was everything I expected to have in a wedding/reception venue and more! I had always thought it would be cool to get married at a vineyard, and Clauren Ridge is gorgeous! Fortunately, the weather cooperated for us, but even if mother nature is not on your side, you have the option to get married in the cellar (where the reception is located) and it would still be a pretty neat venue. And best of all... it's very affordable! I probably would have paid what we did just to have a cool vineyard venue, but to make things even better, Kim and the staff really take care of you. So many things are included in the price (just go to their website and see for yourself) that you don't have to do as much planning as you would for other places. I was also so impressed at how well the staff took care of us and our guests on our day. They are trained well and have a great system down, and I felt a huge reason the day seemed to go so smoothly was because of them! The only "downside" is that they limit you to 125 guests, so if you are dead-set on a large wedding this would not be a good fit for you. We wanted a smaller wedding, so this was not an issue for us. And if that sounds like a good size for you as well, I highly recommend Clauren Ridge!

Hands down one of the best team of individuals! Kim and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! Kim helped make a stress-free wedding planning with her organization, communication with our vendors and us and availability! The whole team strived to make the night enjoyable for everyone, especially the bride and groom! They were constantly checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything, they made sure we had food to eat and were advocates for our desires! Words cannot express my appreciation towards Kim and her staff for making our night memorable and enjoyable!

Our wedding was last Saturday and it turned out beautiful! We were a little nervous having the wedding in late may (Due to weather) but they did have a back up plan for having the ceremony inside if the weather was bad. Luckily the weather was great and we were able to have it outside. Kim and her staff were VERY helpful and we even had a little mishap were someone spilled wine on my dress and Kim got it out within a matter of minutes which i appreciated so much! I definitely recommend having a wedding here. My mom and i went in to the winery several times to look around to get an idea of where we would set things up and Kim was very flexible on that. We had so much fun and i am so glad we decided to have our wedding at Clauren Ridge!

Wow! What an impressive team. Kim and her staff kept our wedding running seamlessly. The venue itself is gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, and we were comforted that if rain came, we could have our ceremony indoors too. Booking this place is a great value because they include many extras: mason jars for flowers, will tie ribbon on silverware and jars, linens, tables, and chairs are all included. Kim even calls all of your vendors the week of the wedding to give location directions and a timeframe for arrival. Took a huge load off of me! I can't say enough great things about Clauren Ridge. I highly recommend checking it out.

Our wedding here turned out wonderful! The ceremony was outdoors, and they had a back up plan built in to the setup to allow us to move the ceremony indoors if the weather turned bad. On the day of the wedding, some unexpected rain began moving through the area. The staff kept a close eye on the weather, saw that a small patch of rain was going to move through the area around the time the ceremony was scheduled to start, so they kept the guests indoors and dry until the rain passed, then wiped down all of the chairs so our guests would have a dry place to sit. Throughout the ceremony and reception, the staff were very attentive to all of our needs, and did a great job of checking with us several times throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. They were also very easy to work with during the planning process leading up to the wedding, and communication was great! While weddings tend to be stressful, the experience ended up being very stress free for everyone due to how wonderful the staff was. I would absolutely recommend to friends for them to have their weddings here!

I found Clauren ridge by googling vineyards in Oklahoma. I was surprised to know that I had one so close to me. We scheduled a time to go tour several venues and we couldn't ever decide on one - it always seemed like something was missing. Clauren Ridge was our last stop, and we immediately knew it was the place for us. Kim is so organized and really makes you feel at ease from the get go. The price is so affordable and includes everything you could ever need. They had things that we didn't even know we needed, which helped save us a lot of money from other vendors. The other HUGE plus is that you get to choose all of your own vendors. That alone helped us save thousands of dollars that we would of had to spend if we would have chosen a different venue. Many venues require you to use their "preferred" vendors. Clauren ridge does provide you with a useful list of people they've worked with before, but by no means require you to use them. This venue is great on its own, but if you want to make it even better - hire Borrowed Charm for decor rentals and styling. Borrowed Charm made Clauren Ridge even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Also, let's talk about the WINE! Everyone was surprised that the wine was so good! they have this delicious watermelon peach wine that literally tastes like snapple with alcohol. If you're considering Clauren ridge, go take a tour and do a wine tasting. I'm certain that after that you will see how great the place is. You'll want to take all of your friends and family before your big day, just to show it off. We can't wait to go back for wine tastings in the future and to reminisce about our special day.

Couldn't have picked a better venue! I'm not the best at planning or coordinating and Kim and Kris took care of everything! We didn't do a DJ for the reception and they coordinated playing our Cd's. The inside is gorgeous and they take care of all inside decor. Venue required very little decorating which was perfect for me! Kim and Kris & staff checked on us periodically throughout. Kris is awesome with getting the crowd to participate (dance, scream, etc). The absolute best people!

Kim and Kris are fantastic. My wedding was everything I'd hoped it would be. They worked so hard to make sure I was happy. The price is very reasonable especially considering a lot of things are included. Kim and Kris were constantly checking on me and my husband to make sure we were okay throughout the reception. I cannot say enough great things about Clauren Ridge. We want to go back every year on our anniversary to visit.

This venue is perfect for the bride who needs a stress-free wedding day. The staff is seriously on top of every necessity. They create a schedule eke the day/event and make sure everything happens perfectly. They even check on the bride and groom throughout the event to make sure their needs are cared for. Seriously a great staff. Not to mention, the venue itself is beautiful. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had our wedding at Clauren Ridge on December 13th and it was everything I could have imagined! We chose to have our ceremony indoors and it was so intimate and perfect. We then had our reception, and Kim and her staff were so great and accommodating for us! The servers were always making sure my husband and I were taken care of with plenty to drink and eat! Kim and Kris made sure that I had nothing to worry about..they truly went above and beyond! I would recommend Clauren Ridge to anyone!

Clauren Ridge hosted my wedding on 10/10/14 and it was absolutely wonderful! Kim and the staff were so amazing. Kim and Kris were so helpful leading up to the event and the execution of the wedding day was flawless. We had many complements from our guests of the beautiful venue. There were several instances during the reception where the staff came up to my husband and I both asking if we needed anything. They danced with us, helped get the guests dancing, and even brought us water to the dance floor between songs! If you are looking for a unique and wonderful wedding experience, this place is for you! You will not regret it one bit! I am excited to do some other events at this venue! This venue was perfect for my wedding. The staff was friendly and nice, made me feel like family. There was a lot included so it was very stress free for me. The staff even danced with the kids and made sure everyone had a great time.

Kim and her staff did a phenomenal job in making our wedding day absolutely perfect! We wanted a different and elegant experience for our wedding and found it at Clauren Ridge. Kim was awesome to work with from the moment we met! She took the time to answer any of our questions we had regarding the process. We used several vendor's that she recommended and were quite thankful as we had no idea where to even start. Also, we liked the fact that Kim could move the wedding activities indoors if the weather did not cooperate. We enjoyed showing our family and friends the venue months before the wedding and sampled the delicious wines that are offered during the wine tasting's that they have on the weekends. When I walked in on my wedding day, I did not have to worry about a thing as Kim and her staff had all the details covered which allowed for a stress free and fun evening. I have had many of my guests comment on how beautiful the venue was and how the staff did a superb job! Kim and her staff are a delight and I would highly recommend Clauren Ridge!

We recently had a wedding on 4-26-14 at Clauren Ridge. The venue was absolutely perfect. The beautiful location, decorations, wine, and amazing staff and owner who genuinely invest themselves into making it a perfect night are all great ingredients for a top notch place and memorable experience!!!

We had our daughter's wedding here May 31st. I can't say enough good things about Clauren Ridge. Kim and her staff were very organized and directive in helping me prepare for the wedding. While she provided a great framework to build on, there was no problem with flexibility on things I wanted to do outside the framework. Everyone was so helpful and supportive in preparation for the wedding I entered in the final days feeling confident everything was handled. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and the staff made the entire event flow perfectly. They helped support a lively and fun atmosphere while providing topnotch service.
