We didn't need to spend a ton of money on decorations because of the beautiful setting that the vineyard creates, Kim even took care of all of the flowers that we used to decoration and made them specifically to match our theme and preferences. The outside ceremony at the vineyard and then the inside reception in the winery created a perfect setting for all parts of our wedding. It's easy to get to and in a great location just north of OKC, all of our guests had a great time. Kim also helped facilitate conversations with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Most of our vendors even came from recommendations from Kim! The entire staff at Clauren Ridge was so helpful and easy to work with. There's a reason Clauren Ridge is so popular, they are the perfect spot for a wedding and take care of you to make your day as special as you hope.

I didn't really have to think of anything as Kim and her staff handled so much and even thought of things I wouldn't have. I loved not having to worry about setup or cleanup or what tablecloths I should have. This is the best place for those who don't want to think about all the wedding details. The setting was beautiful, the staff was so friendly (Lauren was especially awesome!), the drinks were great and everyone had a great time. Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I had a blast. If you want an easy wedding that you can truly just enjoy I highly recommend you choose Clauren Ridge as your venue and Serendipity Nuptials for your officiant (and DJ if you can afford to) and The Photo Poet as your photographer. They all worked wonderfully together and I couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you Kim and staff for creating such a wonderful night! They are a very inclusive venue, so they provide flowers, linens, tableware, and things of that sort. But the staff is also very helpful in making sure your items are how you want them if you customize. Kim acts as a sort of day-of coordinator if you book them, and she has staff on hand to help. They're particular about what you can and can't do at the venue, but it's lovely, they provide a lot, and Kim is always helpful and genuinely cares. We got tons of compliments!

kind and professional she does so much and always available by phone. The venue is so different then a lot of wedding venues and that’s why we picked it! The waitstaff was fantastic. We haven’t received all of our pictures but I know they will turn out great with the picture perfect venue. I am a hairstylist so if I can give any advice to a future bride here is to bring maybe a couple extra mirrors and a ring light into the bridal suite, it was no big deal but 6 girls and 1 mirror might be a problem for other brides! Other than that tiny little thing, I can’t say enough good things about Clauren Ridge. It was a perfect day!

beautiful, and easy since her staff sets it up! We were having a no-frills reception just to celebrate, so it was perfect. And the house wine was divine!! Kim's staff handled things I had never even thought of (like the leftover cocktail hour snacks getting moved to the dinner buffet table), and when I spilled wine on my dress, Kim helped clean it off right before my dance! She made me and my husband feel so cared for. Their kindness and assistance are so incredibly appreciated, and made our reception about as stress-free as it can get! I highly recommend Clauren Ridge (and their sweet wines)! A few details about the venue: There is one getting-ready room, and it's about a 10'x10' space. It served as a good spot to get changed, do my makeup, and store bags during the day. Any more than 6 people in the space would be a bit crowded. We had 4 people doing makeup at once and it was fine. The venue has a downstairs wine cellar / reception space / dining space, and an upstairs bar / patio / receiving space. There are two bathrooms in the upstairs area, one men's one women's. There is a handicap accessible entrance to the downstairs area going from the outside, but would require staff assistance to open the large doors. The reception space does not have a built in sound system, so any DJ would need to bring all their own equipment. Downstairs easily fit our group of about 50 guests. That pergola, patio, and the string lights really are that beautiful and were my favorite parts of the venue! Again, I highly recommend Clauren Ridge!!

Kim and her staff took care of everything: set-up, food, flowers, clean-up… that was huge because neither my daughter nor I live in Oklahoma. Melissa, who took care of us during the shower, was so amazing! She was always nearby checking on us and taking care of things before we even knew they needed to be taken care of! Everyone kept talking about how wonderful everything was, especially the bride-to-be and her mom! We absolutely loved everything about the day, especially the wine slushies!! What an amazing experience!

She even caught an error on the part of our food vendor a few days before that would have been disastrous the day of, and we were able to fix everything because of her diligence! The day of, everything was absolutely gorgeous and our friends and family thought Clauren Ridge was one of the best places they had ever been for a wedding. Everyone loved the wine and of course the wine slushes too! I would highly recommend Clauren Ridge and Kim to anyone wanting a gorgeous, stress-free wedding!

ance, we knew we had to snatch it up. The scenery is gorgeous, the reception area under the vineyard is close and convenient and so romantic, and the wine is FABULOUS. Most of all, though, is the excellent service provided by Kim Ingmire and her staff. They are thoughtful, attentive, and devoted to making this the happiest and easiest day I could have asked for. All my wishes were met, exceeded, and it was just a gorgeous day. Clauren Ridge is all inclusive (that is a HUGE PLUS) aside from the major vendors (photographer/videographer, entertainment, cake, caterer, and officiant) which means I didn't have to pick out chairs, linens, runners, decorations, flowers (there are beautiful silk flower arrangements I had access to so the only florist I required was for my bouquet), silverware, bartenders/liquor distributors, any of it! I have so many friends who are getting married and their weddings are so much harder than mine ever was because of Kim and her attention to detail and the breadth of her knowledge about wedding, events, and vendors in the area. She was transparent, communicative, attentive, and though she practically does five of these a week - she acted like "my special day" as it has now been dubbed was the most important thing to her. Anytime I had a snag, she told me just who to talk to and where to go and it worked out beautifully. It's been a week and I still am wracking my brain to think of ways it could have gone better, coming up with none! If you have ANY HESITATIONS whatsoever about this venue, just visit it and talk to Kim and you will have no doubts that this is the best place to get married in OKLAHOMA.

When we arrived to Clauren Ridge Kim warmly greeted us and carefully walked us through a traditional ceremony. As she described how the ceremony would unfold, she walked us down the aisle and provided a detailed preview of the big day. In the cost of the wedding package she explained that she would coordinate her staff to help guide , serve, and manage the guests throughout the ceremony and reception. Kim took the time to answer all of our questions and provided a detailed worksheet for us to complete that would allow her to ensure the perfecting details for our big day. The day of our wedding, Kim and her staff were beyond wonderful. They coordinated with our wedding party to ensure all details were addressed. The ceremony was perfect and the dinner and reception to follow was just as stunning. The staff made sure our families were taken care of. I can’t thank this wonderful venue enough for helping make our day perfect!

issue with a whole bus full of late guests and she was very calm and made me feel like it was ok and not even an issue. My maid of honor left her speech in the hotel room and Amanda was so kind to print off a copy of her speech that she had on her phone. With people coming from the wine country of northern Michigan, I wasn't sure if everybody would enjoy the wine. Of course they did and I don't know why I questioned it. Quite a few of my guests purchased wine to take back home with them! If I had to redo my wedding day, I still would have chosen Clauren Ridge as my venue.

Fortunately, the weather cooperated for us, but even if mother nature is not on your side, you have the option to get married in the cellar (where the reception is located) and it would still be a pretty neat venue. And best of all... it's very affordable! I probably would have paid what we did just to have a cool vineyard venue, but to make things even better, Kim and the staff really take care of you. So many things are included in the price (just go to their website and see for yourself) that you don't have to do as much planning as you would for other places. I was also so impressed at how well the staff took care of us and our guests on our day. They are trained well and have a great system down, and I felt a huge reason the day seemed to go so smoothly was because of them! The only "downside" is that they limit you to 125 guests, so if you are dead-set on a large wedding this would not be a good fit for you. We wanted a smaller wedding, so this was not an issue for us. And if that sounds like a good size for you as well, I highly recommend Clauren Ridge!
