Paul (assigned to work with us) was very friendly, organized, and reached out in advance to ensure all important moments were captured (private vows, decor, cocktail hour etc.). Paul also recorded all speeches and communicated throughout the day about timing etc. Paul was also very patient and calm throughout a very busy day! to receive the corrected edits we asked for. Very clear edits were outlined and they still were unable to deliver us what we asked for. We've been waiting 2.5 months for another series of edits and once I mentioned I was going to write a review on TheKnot about my experience, I received the videos that day. The unfortunate news is that NONE of the edits I asked for were actually met. Super frustrating as they have already been paid and clearly don't take responsibility once they receive money from customers. Even the day of the wedding the videographer was complaining to me and my now husband about his dislike of our photographer. And the videographer blamed the photographer for him being late to the first look location....even though she showed me proof of her reaching out to him with exact location instructions. Please don't let Clear Vision ruin your video experience as they've done for us. Not worth a dime!!
