We found Mark when he performed/DJ'd at a friend's wedding. We knew we wanted him for ours! He was affordable, and offered not only the DJ aspect for the reception, but live music/guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour. He learned several songs for our event, and even sent YouTube videos to make sure we liked how it sounded. I walked down the aisle to an Elvis Presley classic, and he did a beautiful rendition of it. He has an amazing voice, and really kept the dancing going late into the night. We could not be happier!

Mark McAbee (Clearcut Entertainment) played for both my ceremony and reception. Our venue had pretty strict restrictions on amplified music, so I was desperate to find a musician or group willing to play live acoustic only and who would still be able to give me a great selection of songs. The price for the band was a bit higher than I had budgeted, but I am so glad that I chose Mark McAbee. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process, even when playing and sitting outside all through the 113-degree weather the day of. He willingly learned several songs (included as part of his services) that were special to my husband and I, and assured me that he was willing to learn new ones even up to the day or hours before the wedding. He was also very flexible throughout some last-minute changes to the schedule during the reception. I received numerous compliments on the music the band played, a great variety of classics and fun new songs. The guests seemed to love the music, and it was an excellent backdrop to the day.

I can't tell you how many people came up to me and commented on how awesome Mark was at our wedding (not to mention my new brother in law already booked him for their wedding next summer). Mark is so talented , people couldn't believe that it was actually him singing live. I am just excited to get to hear more of it when we are just guests at my brother in laws wedding. Not only is he a talented singer, but he is a true professional and made everything stress free. He did a great job "MC"ing the event and kept us on track after our caterer ran late. I would definitely suggest Mark to anyone and everyone who is looking for music for an event. The combination of live & DJ music made our wedding so special-we loved it! Thanks again Mark! I coordinated a wedding in Redding Ca and had never met Mark before. He was fun and easy to work with and had a great personality. I was not included in the discussions between the bride and groom as far as music choices, but I enjoyed what he played in his stored music as well as the acoustic versions of songs he played on his guitar and sang. He has an amazing voice. Overall, I would recommend Mark for future weddings.
