orbed divas. They are unresponsive, and act like you as the client are unimportant. Most don’t answer the phone, and many take 24-48 hours to even respond. I had a makeup artist do an ok job on my trial, so I asked them to do a second trial. They showed up 2 hours late, I couldn’t get ahold of them, and they kept my deposit! The reason I am starting off this way, is to tell you that most makeup artists are not professional, and you really need to be extremely picky about who you hire as a makeup person. But amidst all of this unfortunateness, THERE IS CLEO! Cleo is second to none, and is beyond special. First of all, she answered the phone when I called. I reached out to countless makeup artists and she was the only one who answers her phone. Second, she is a true talent. She did my makeup so beautifully at my trial, and she listens to whatever you need or ask. Any suggestions I had, she understood and worked with. Third, she is great with follow up. Regardless of the questions I had, she was in touch with me right away. Fourth, she loves what she does, and it shows. You feel her positive energy and you can’t help but feel fabulous around her. Fifth, she made my wedding day amazing! She showed up early, my makeup was flawless, my makeup lasted for 13 hours with ease, she even gave me a touchup kit, and most of all, she made me feel gorgeous. She also did a beautiful job with my mother’s makeup, making her look 10 years younger! Cleo is the most amazing makeup artist that exists and is such beautiful person to work with, inside and out. There is none better than Cleo Jorge!

desmaids, mom and step mom. She promptly responded with all of her information and a timeline for the wedding day. She and her team arrived on time and with all the tools. We felt like movie stars! Cleo and her team were AMAZING! Each of my bridesmaids and mothers looked fabulous (beautiful and elegant hair and stunning makeup). Cleo took extra time on me and I have never felt more beautiful. My niece (age 7) was in the room from start to finish and Cleo (being so sweet) even applied a little makeup on her. She felt like a princess. Cleo and her team are talented, creative, professional and truly kind. It was such a pleasure and highly recommend her services!!

ars makeup and I will admit it took me like 10 minutes to get used to the new me. But the photos were beautiful and everyone looked so glamorous. EVEN through the end of the night we all still looked awesome. The only thing that was a teeny stressful was timing. My hair and makeup (i booked them separate) wanted me last so at the end everyone was trying to get that time with me. If I had to do it all over again I would STILL choose her! stephannie;)

Lauderdale for a trial ahead of the wedding and that I'd be meeting her for the first time the morning of my wedding. Here's why I highly recommend Cleo: -She patiently answered a million of my questions via email and she did it within hours each time. After many emails and one phone call, I booked her. -Because I had no time to do a trial, she allowed for 3 hours of hair and makeup time for the day of my wedding, in case I didn't like it the first time. She did a fantastic job with the makeup, the hair, the airbrushing - everything! We didn't have to re-do anything, but I appreciated that she scheduled it in just in case. -She has a great personality -- I found her relaxed and laidback demeanor to be soothing on what can be a stressful day. My 3 sisters were with us as she did my hair and makeup and she joked around with them too and gave them makeup tips. -She asked for feedback throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. -She gave me a cute little touch-up kit with a compact mirror, lip gloss, lip color and blotting papers. -She purchases a new tube of waterproof mascara for each client and she gave it to me at the end of our session! -She uses top brands of makeup. -She custom-mixed my airbrush foundation to match my skin perfectly. -She uses false eyelashes made of real hair. -Her attention to detail is impeccable. She noticed so many little things I didn't! She even contoured my cleavage to enhance "my twins" in photos! :) I cannot say enough nice things about her. If I know of anyone in South Florida looking for a hair and/or makeup artist, I would recommend Cleo without hesitation.
