at I wanted for my wedding day. Luckily, I had nothing to worry about. Karin was incredibly thorough in asking about my routine and what I wanted for the big day, to the point that she asked questions I hadn't even thought of! During my trial, she allowed me to see her work as she was doing it and let me make any changes I wanted. She quickly understood my vision and gave me a look that was natural, romantic, and just subtle enough to not feel like pancake makeup. She didn't push me to look like an Instagram influencer and gave me a look that felt very true to who I am. She also managed to give my bridal party individual looks that complemented their favorite features while still keeping our looks cohesive. Karin is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and an uplifting and calming presence on what can be a very stressful day! She was precisely on time and kept to the schedule we had discussed perfectly, allowing us to stay on schedule for the rest of the day.
In addition, she was very helpful in booking me a hair stylist about a month before the wedding. Jess, her hair stylist, was just as prompt, kind, professional, and talented as Karin. She created individual looks that gave everyone what she was looking for. She even helped one of my bridesmaids that didn't get her hair done professionally but still needed help getting a hairpiece in without running behind schedule! I'm sure that the rest of the Cleveland MUA team is fantastic if Karin and Jess are any indication.
Karin and her team are true professionals in their field and will make any bride look like the most beautiful version of herself on her wedding day. Thank you to Karin and Jess for making me and my entire group feel like queens!

as amazing how each girls look fit them perfectly. Daniel did the hair for all 9 of us blew us away. He worked quickly and efficiently with each hair type. All of us ended up with our own individual looks and they were both a pleasure to work with!

y to understand your style & what it is that you want. She perfectly executed the "fancier version of my everyday look" that I requested, & she made my bridesmaids & the mothers look gorgeous, too. To top it off, she even took on-the-spot appointment requests from my aunt & two cousins who saw us all getting ready & wanted her to work her magic on them! I also hired Cleveland Makeup Artistry to do my hair for the big day, & it took a few times to get it right - but Karin, as the business's owner, was a consummate professional, talking me through it without ever seeming insulted or annoyed that I was being so picky. In the end, the paired me with new hairstylist Daniel, who, again, also perfectly executed my vision for my wedding-day hair. My bridesmaids who had their hair professionally done were thrilled with his work, too.
Long story short, everyone looked incredible that day, & we have Karin & Daniel to thank for it. They were a dream to work with!

job on my bridal makeup and it looked flawless from 8:00am until 1:00am the next morning! She came on time, set up, tore down, left the hotel room immaculate, and was incredibly professional throughout the day. Vershante was fun, flexible, assertive and did an awesome job on everyone's makeup. Vershante conducted a makeup trial with me a few months before the big day and listened to my feedback so we could have a streamlined process on the day of the wedding. She even called me a few days before the wedding to check in with me and review the agenda the team made for the whole bridal party. prettier than I've ever felt and still looked like ME!
My desired look was "natural" with a little oomph, which I know is vague. (In fact we stopped working with another artist a couple of weeks before the wedding because this was difficult to communicate — and totally lucked out in finding Karin). I don't wear a lot of makeup, if any, every day, and I was worried about looking too vamped up/different.
Karin, with her many years of makeup artistry experience working and training others at MAC, did not find this request difficult at all. She has an absolutely expert hand, and even more importantly, an ear. She really listens and is totally committed to her clients walking away 100% satisfied. Her technique is impeccable and she knows exactly how to emphasize your facial features — I also saw her do it with my bridesmaids, who looked stunning as well!
Seriously, I can't believe how lucky we were to snag Karin. On top of doing the best makeup I've ever had done, she was a delightful part of our day getting ready! She is fun and sweet and we all loved working with her.
