Evan’s planning process before the wedding made sure he had all the details he needed before wedding day — there was no stress at all! Evan absolutely CRUSHED the reception. Words don’t describe this — really — I’m having trouble describing how amazing this was. We asked Evan to play EDM-style music, because we despise the traditional “wedding playlist.” Evan worked with us to understand what music we loved, what we didn’t like, and curated our perfect wedding dance party. Evan’s mastery of his craft was so apparent. If he sensed he was losing some of the “older” crowd, he’d play a remix of an older song with words everyone knew. This IMMEDIATELY got everyone back on the dance floor. Our older guests told us, “I’ve never heard music like that … it just gets you going! I couldn’t sleep that night!” My 80-year-old grandmother was in the middle of the dance floor dancing with glowsticks…something that will probably never happen again. For our younger guests, we didn’t stop dancing for 3 hours. Imagine a private dance club, but the DJ is playing YOUR favorite music. It’s everything we dreamed of — and I don’t think anyone else could’ve pulled this off like Evan did. If you want a mediocre wedding dance party, hire whoever you find. If you want a dance party that your guests will remember FOREVER…Evan’s your man.

day. We ended up booking the Sonata String Duo for our ceremony and cocktail hour, as well as a photobooth for the reception. Though there were a few hiccups with not being informed we would have to pay for specific sheet music in advance, we were so impressed by the Sonata String Duo and they truly made the day magical. Our photobooth tech was so sweet and made our day when she showed us the photobooth picture album, that we were not expecting, at the end of the night! All in all, if you are looking for the whole package for your wedding day, reach out to Cleveland Music Group!

He was very responsive with all the questions we had leading up to the wedding and we had a planning call a few weeks prior to the wedding to go over the timeline and song choices. We also ended up adding uplighting just a week before our wedding and spoke to Katrina who was able to organize everything for us! On the day of, Bill was perfect with music cues during the ceremony and grand entrances. The venue’s acoustics were challenging but Bill managed to make the sound work! He also made sure we stuck to the timeline and communicated with us throughout the evening. After dinner, Bill was able to play all of our requested songs and played other songs that everyone loved. We highly recommend Cleveland Music Group!

He helped us choose the perfect songs for the ceremony based on size of wedding party and brides vision as she walked down the aisle. He was loved by everyone. Then we hired The Sly Band for the reception. They handled DJ services during dinner until they kicked into a 3 hour nonstop set of super fun dance music complete with outfit changes and dance moves of their own! The floor remained packed all night and I got tremendous feedback for days following! The communication with CLE and the individual talent was top notch from beginning to end! Worth every penny!

Basically, they do it ALL! Erin was a perfect emcee and provided the energy and fun we wanted. Often when I've heard live music at weddings the sound can be overwhelming, however, that was never an issue because they had a sound tech at our event all night making sure it sounded great. He was seen and heard in all parts of the venue during cocktail hour while respecting volume and people's space. The band caught our vibe for musical fun interacting with our guests, jamming on the dance floor, leading a conga line, and joining in on a line dance. The dance floor was never empty. Even non-dancers got out on the floor! Others said "I forgot how fun it was to dance!" Other shout outs: "this band is tight," "this is the best wedding band I've ever heard," "where did you find this band!?" The answer: Cleveland Music Group, The A Band. From start to finish, the band provided the sound track for a wonderful celebration! P.S. President Scott Jones is incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Band leader Dwayne Dickman eased our minds about the play list and how to keep people engaged making for a great celebration.

The music for our wedding was extremely important to us, and Evan executed exactly what we wanted, which was not a typical wedding playlist. He took our input (a long playlist of songs we like, as well as lists of must play songs and songs we thought would work well for different parts of the night) and put together a mix of music for the night that was absolutely perfect! We got so many compliments from our guests on the music! Evan made announcements when we needed them during our reception, but mostly stayed off the mic and let the music play, which was exactly what we wanted. He was great to work with throughout the planning process in the lead up to the wedding as well. Highly recommend him!

As a classically-trained vocalist Im pretty critical of signers and I have only great things to say about The Orchestra. They covered Whitney with ease!!! The band built a perfect setlist based on our style and the dance floor was packed ALL night. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that was in large part due to the band. I'll also note that we used CMG for our ceremony sound and photo booth, and both were executed flawlessly. From coordination to delivery, The Element and Cleveland Music Group absolutely ROCKED. We appreciated that he mixed the songs, so we were able to pack in a lot of hits and keep the guests interested. My husband and I forgot to eat our own wedding cake because we were having so much fun dancing. The best highlight of the night was when Eric teamed up with the photographer, told everyone to gather in a circle, and put on their phone flashlights. We had no idea what was happening. Then, he started playing "It's All Coming Back to Me Now", and everyone went wild. We absolutely loved it, and so did our guests. We heard from multiple people - guests young and old - that this was the most fun that they had in well over two years. Thank you to Eric for the night of our lives!

Cleveland Music Group is definitely the way to go for a wedding at the Courthouse or any other venue--they truly bring a ton of expertise to the table!

PJ was also kind enough to record and make a video for us that he sent to me the following Monday - what a lovely surprise! I can't thank him enough, he really made our day.
