Cleveland Photo Group is an absolute gem! Not only did they capture the most incredible, heartfelt moments from our special day, but they also became like family to us. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference, especially when working with our, ahem, 'dysfunctional' family. The photos they took are truly stunning, and I still get emotional looking through them. They have a way of freezing time and conveying the love and joy of the day. I'm so grateful to have found Cleveland Photo Group and to have had the pleasure of working with them. If you're looking for a photographer who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further!

My biggest regret from my wedding day is booking Cleveland Photo Group. So many key shots, including ones we had specially asked for, were missed. Communication was poor leading up to the wedding and after the fact with getting photos. Several people remarked to me how rushed the photographer felt. Thankfully, we did get a few nice photos. But, we didn't get many things I would expect from a reputable professional wedding photographer, such as tips on posing to look good or a heads up that apparently our ceremony location (which we chose for the beautiful backdrop) would show up as blank white in all our professional photos because it was overcast outside that day. Rather than let us know and take photos after the ceremony somewhere that would look better, but photographer proceeded and then sent us photos where the background is completely washed out in every one. Though the team originally came off as kind and personable, I felt ignored and belittled in my dealings with the photographer leading up to and after the wedding. So many key moments from a once-in-a-lifetime day were missed, and their team hasn't taken any accountability. If you're looking for anything other than a half-hearted capturing of your day, I suggest you look elsewhere.

We had a great time working with Cleveland Photo Group! Found them at the Bridal Show and thankfully they were available for our wedding. They understood the vibe we were hoping to capture and our photos show it! There are dozens I want to frame and give to family and friends!! We decided to throw in video at the very last minute and they were also able to accommodate. Even though the whole day flew by, Cleveland Photo Group helped memorialize the amazing experience of our wedding!! So thankful to have them on our special day.

We were unsure if we even wanted to do a wedding video until we met Maria at a bridal show last year 2.5 months before our wedding. She spoke so highly of Patrick (who did our video) and when we saw the value of their packages compared to other videography vendors it made our decision easy. The fact that cleveland photo group offers full day coverage was a huge plus for us, a lot of other vendors have strict time cut offs that they’ll be with you for on that day. The communication beforehand was great and I knew what to expect on the day of. Our video turned out so amazing and we have gotten many, many compliments on it (I like that it got put on YouTube in addition to us getting our copy, YouTube made it so easy to share!) Peter at Cleveland photo group was very responsive when the video was missing something I had asked to be included, and they got it fixed quickly. He also cared enough to make sure that we were able to download the video okay, and when I did have a problem redownloading it a month later he still was there to help. I would encourage everyone to include videography on their wedding day and to use Cleveland photo group! Watching the video still takes us back to that day because everything was captured so perfectly and candidly. I would 100% recommend Cleveland photo group.

My wife and I got married in October and hiring Cleveland Photo Group was the second best decision about that day! (Behind marrying each other of course) Through the entire process they were fantastic, friendly, and even did all the coordination with our venue since they worked there many times before. Picture and video quality were fantastic and the biggest plus is you own the rights afterwards, so after a big investment upfront there's no picking and choosing because you have to pay more. One very small thing, if doing video make sure there's clear expectations of the things you want to see in thier video! Some important moments were missing, BUT they were amazing and made sure we had another video re-edited with all those moments and even gave us the raw viedo to make sure there wasn't a moment missed. Again incredible team and willing to go above and beyond!

Peter, Jay, and Sam worked out wedding and they were absolutely amazing! They were personable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a tight timeline and they were great about sticking to it and being punctual while still being light hearted. I would and have recommended them to every bride I know.

Recently attended a wedding which they were hired to provide photography for. There was two of photographers, a man and woman. The man was rude, belligerent, and argumentative if you didn't do "as he directed". He spoke down to us, in addition to also speaking to his partner as though she was his personal assistant. I felt AWFUL for the bride and groom, who felt as though they had to apologize for his attitude and behavior. We jokingly asked them the following morning why they were hired in the first place, and they summed it up in 3 words. "We were bamboozled". To the female photographer: You deserve better, go work somewhere else where you won't be treated like dirt. To the male photographer: You have some nerve treating others the way you did, and speaking to people the way you do. To anyone thinking about hiring them???? DON'T!!!!

My wife and I were extremely happy with the service and photos that we received. We requested photos only at our backyard wedding. The photographer captured the small initiate wedding feel perfectly and was able to find beautiful scenes within the setting, a sign of an excellent photographer.

Peter Bruce is a fabulous wedding photographer and a great manager of unforeseen wedding chaos. Our outdoor summer wedding required absolute flexibility while working around a summer rain storm. In the beginning we were all gathered outside in our backyard, then the rain came and we rushed inside but by the time we were all inside the house the rain stopped so we were able to move the wedding back outdoors. Through all the wedding weather chaos, Peter managed to take the pictures we requested and many more creative images we had not even thought about. All done with the calm and cool direction of a true professional. And then delivered the end product before his promised delivery date. Peter and Jay were great! Leading up to the day, CPG were organized and conscientious which is always appreciated by a stressed out bride. Day of, they were so helpful with some final details in getting set up at the church and were able to work around whatever we needed. We were short on time at the church itself after the ceremony and they were still able to get many great shots. Peter’s jokes were a welcome lighthearted relief to some of the days stresses. Reception at the Great Lakes Brewing Company tasting room went off without a hitch and CPG was able to capture all the special moments. Very professional, easy, and courteous to work with. From the first conversation we had with Peter we knew we found our photographer. He is a great guy to talk to. All of the photos he took were great. He accommodated all of our requests and even got us some of our photos the next day to preview. We got all of photos in less than a month!

We got married in May 2022 - Peter and Lexi were absolutely essential to us having a wonderful wedding day! Peter was recommended by a friend who got married a few years ago. Our first phone call with him was very reassuring and we decided to go with Cleveland photo group right then. Peter and Lexie traveled to Columbus to shoot our wedding and they arrived well in advance to scope the venue out. They were both hilarious and amazing to work with. The bridal party arrived late so we didn't have much time to take pictures beforehand as planned but Peter made sure we got all the important pre ceremony shots, including a first look. After the ceremony they were extremely efficient and we got a ton of amazing photos that we absolutely love! They were both very easy to work with and professional. We also appreciated their direction as we had no idea what shots we wanted to get. The candid photos they took during the reception were also some of our favorite. The best part is you get a copy of every photo they take so we have so many wonderful memories of that day. Would absolutely recommend them!!

Peter and his team were absolutely wonderful for our October wedding at Williams on the Lake in Medina. I still can’t get over how beautifully they captured our wedding day, and how fun it was to work with Peter and his team. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Peter and Lexi met with us back in 2019 to go over our general vision and explain their process and what to expect from them. Both were incredibly flexible and understanding with our date change. On the actual reception day, Lexi was so patient with us and did an excellent job finding great shots even though it was freezing and so windy outside and neither of us are naturals in front of a camera lol. The pictures came out better than I imagined and within 2 weeks of the event! So quick. They gave us a flash drive with all of the edited photos so we could print them on our own and gave us the option of ordering a photo book from them. I would definitely go to them in the future.
