Services Offered Clever Bakery offers consultations and tastings prior to your wedding date to ensure that designs and flavors are to your precise specifications on the day. The talented team will work with you to produce a design of your own creation, ensuring that your personality can shine through your cake. Elegant designs for a traditional wedding cake are skillfully decorated, and their character and novelty cakes are of an impeccable standard. Cake Tasting $45 Tasting Package To-Go: This option is for clients interested in sampling our flavors before booking their cake! Included is a variety of 4-6 slices of our most popular flavors pairings of your choice. These are available for pick-up by appointment only and are offered twice monthly. Full-Service Tasting & Design Experience: For clients that already know they want a "Clever Bakery” cake and have booked, we offer a full-service package that includes everything in one easy meeting! Upon booking your date, we will schedule a free personal tasting for up to 3 guests here at Clever Bakery, where we’ll discuss your design ideas over coffee and/or wine and cake samples! By the end of the meeting, we will have your entire cake designed and you will leave with a print of the cake sketch. 3. Booking and Securing Your Wedding Date Payment We require a $250 non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract to reserve your date on our calendar. Once both are received, your date is confirmed and we can move forward with your cake design! We offer in-person or virtual design meetings via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. After discussing your ideas in more detail, we will sketch out a full-color rendering for you to proof. Every client receives a 5x7" keepsake print of their final cake sketch too! *If your ordering last minute, payment needs to be made in full to secure your date. Wedding Day We deliver and set up each of our cakes personally to ensure a perfect presentation of your wedding cake. We do not offer a pick-up option for our weddings cakes.
