Sara was amazing through the wedding planning and the day of! She met with us a handful of times and sat with us for several hours to figure out all the details we planned of the d...
ay of. She always gave us her advice and best recommendations! For the day of, her and her team were amazing! They were confident and had everything flow so well. Definitely experienced, especially for any emergency like forgetting the rings at the hotel when we were on our way to the ceremony or needing tums during reception. Highly recommend!!
We absolutely LOVED working with Sara from Clink and Cake! From the very beginning she was extremely understanding of what we wanted our wedding day to look like, and on top of tha...
t was able to add suggestions to make it even better! We picked the day-of coordinator package and in preparation of it all met up for 1 virtual meeting and 2 in person meetings to make sure everything was moving along smoothly (she also checked in quite often to ensure that we were staying in track with booking all of the different vendors).
During the rehearsal Sara was extremely helpful as well, she had previously visited the venue to make sure how the logistics would work best (also talked to the owners to get additional information regarding the venues operations which was amazing). Once we went through the rehearsal, she then stayed and set up the venue EXACTLY how we wanted it. It looked like a dream!
Once we got to the day off, Sara was on top of things from the get go. We had so many guests come up to us amazed at just how smoothly the entire night went.
Finally when the wedding came to an end Sara did not miss a beat with having everything cleaned up promptly and the final vendors paid off!
Thank you Sara, you made our very special day extremely enjoyable!!
Sara is AMAZING!! She came in a few months before our wedding and my husband and I agree that she's the best money we could have spent. She was professional, attentive, responsive,...
proactive, and just an all-around pleasure to work with. She understood my vision better than I did and was able to execute the absolute wedding of my dreams. Seriously, I gave almost no direction for the decor and she took what I gave her and made magic. She came up with ideas and recommendations I never would have and she asked all the questions I had no idea to ask. We would have been lost without her.
Sara communicated well with vendors, with our wedding party, and with everyone else involved. She even went so far as to file our marriage license for us! I truly cannot recommend Sara and Clink and Cake enough - thank you endlessly for everything that you did to help us!
What a blessing it was to come across Sara!! We needed someone who knew the area as we were doing a destination wedding. She helped us find our venue and all of our vendors and h...
er recommendations were top notch! We had a specific vibe we wanted and she knew exactly who to send our way. Outside of being professional and responsive, she is just an awesome person who truly cares! She works with her boyfriend Ryan, and he is just a stellar soul as well! A few days before we had a few unexpected hiccups that we had to deal with. Sara stepped in, and knew exactly what to do! She was a life savior and I really can't imagine doing all of this without her. All our guests raved about the experience and I can't state enough about how much behind the scenes work she does! Sara & Ryan thank you so much for everything and making my dream wedding a reality!!! One Love

clear that she genuinely cared about the couple and all of the vendors involved.
Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor helped to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere which made our job as vendors so much easier.
Sara is so personable and was very kind in assisting me, answering any questions I had, and even offered to help carry my gear. I would highly recommend her to any couple seeking a wedding planner with a warm and friendly personality who will go above and beyond to ensure that your special day runs smoothly.

uthern California and beyond to provide life long memories for all of our clients.
I can't stress enough the importance of the team and communications between all of the vendors who are involved. It is rare that a coordinator as dedicate and committed to her clients like Sara comes along. She brings her utmost to every event she is involved in, and has always gone above and beyond for every client she works with. Her attention to detail and expertise in the business is bar none! I have recommended her services to all of my nearest and dearest friends and know that if I were ever lucky enough to be the one declaring my vows, she'd be the one in charge of coordinating my nuptials.
If you want the best in the business go with Sara and be ready for the wedding of a lifetime!

ir own traditions!
Choosing to work with Sara was the absolute best decision (besides the groom of course). She made so many good suggestions, provided recommendations for great vendors, and kept us on track with the various planning details in the lead up to the big day. The day of, everything was perfect. She and Ryan had everything perfectly under control, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Sara is also a really lovely, friendly person and besides her amazing organization skills, is really enjoyable to work with. I can't recommend her enough!
