We truly can...
’t say enough about how amazing Kayla and the entire Clockwork team are to work with! If we could give them 10 out of 5 stars we would. Kayla is extremely detail oriented, hard working, truly cares how your wedding turns out and she goes so far above and beyond the call of duty to make your dream a reality. She really is the ultimate “wedding pro” – she was meticulous in her pre-wedding planning with us, and as a result our wedding couldn’t have ran any better. She always made herself immediately available to us whenever we had any questions and all of her recommendations (from vendors to layout design to scheduling and everything in-between) were outstanding. Beyond all of this, she is as genuine and kind-hearted of a person as you could hope to meet – you feel more like family working with Kayla than you do a client. This was the best day of our lives and we will be forever grateful to Kayla and Clockwork for making it happen.
Also, a PSA to any couples that were like us and are debating whether or not you need a wedding planner (we would be the first to admit we were skeptical of whether or not we needed one) – trust us you need one. Sitting now at the other side of the wedding it was the best money we could’ve spent. There are so many little things you don’t think of when you’re planning on your own and unless you have someone like Clockwork holding your hand throughout the process those little things would get missed and those seemingly little details add up. And that is just during the planning process – when the big day finally arrives the amount of coordination that is required between the venue/vendors/guests/etc. is so far beyond what you can imagine you need someone steering the ship. Wedding planner was easily the best return on money spent on the wedding.

ghout each wedding season. They are professional, detailed and dedicated to their talent. We highly recommend them if you are looking for wedding planning services!
Kayla and the Clockwork Events & Design team excelled beyond our expectations. Originally we had not planned on hiring a wedding planner but when Covid shutdowns began we knew we ...
needed one. After numerous planner interviews, Kayla fit with both my daughter and I. Kayla worked tirelessly renegotiating all of our vendor contracts. She had just the right touch with balancing our needs and vendor needs at a very stressful time for the industry, thus eliminating my stress!. She was very thorough and had our back through the whole process. Our venue based wedding for 2020 flipped to a small backyard celebration with the large reception in 2021. Kayla has many vendor relationships and was able to quickly plan the backyard wedding. All the rewritten contracts meant the 2021 reception went smoothly. Both events were beautiful and well executed. Any little mishaps or questions that came up during the events, Kayla quickly handled so that I could relax and celebrate my daughter and son-in-law. Thank you Kayla and Clockwork Designs! Outstanding work!!
I really cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the Clockwork team! My first piece of advice to anyone who is recently engaged is to budget in for a wedding planner. She i...
s worth every penny. We had to completely change our wedding due to covid but Kayla still made sure we had the most amazing day. She took any stress she could off of the us so we could just enjoy the weekend. She had back up plans and meetings coordinated so we didn't have to worry about it. She looked at me before and said "something will go wrong but my job is that you will never know it."
Every vendor she recommended to us was incredible and I would use them all again!

ss after being recommended by multiple vendors. We consulted with her a few times early in the year and her willingness to help was first class. 4 months out from our wedding, we faced some very challenging decisions regarding the location of our wedding due to Covid Restrictions and ultimately decided to relocate the whole thing from NC to SC. Kayla helped us manage the pivot of all of our vendors and made sure that no detail was missed.
In the month prior, Kayla assisted with many things that weren’t in her contract just because that’s the kind of wedding planner she is. She not only became our friend through the process, but a part of our family.
We pulled off the most amazing wedding—in the middle of a HURRICANE—during the most challenging season I’m sure many planners have seen during their careers and couldn’t have done it without Team Clockwork. We are so very grateful and highly recommend to anyone planning an event!
Kayla and her team went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Our day lasted from 6am to 10pm, and they were there from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about ...
any of the technical issues, and could just relax and enjoy our day knowing that we had Clockwork to help. Kayla has a wealth of knowledge about the Charlotte area, anything from venues down to little details we never considered. She helped guide us through the process, and made our wedding planning much less stressful. Couldn’t imagine the day without the team!

nd beyond with vendor suggestions, accompanying us to meetings and even providing some of our decor, she was a true friend throughout the entire experience. Even with our ceremony spot being moved because of weather, Kayla made the process so seamless and it actually turned out better than the original location! I am forever grateful for Kayla and her team's hard work. Our wedding was perfect because of Clockwork!

y. Never have I been so wrong about anything in my life! Kayla went above and beyond to cover every detail about our wedding and keep us updated and informed during the entire planning process. She put us in touch with other vendors who proved to be excellent at what they did as well. Her knowledge of all things wedding/event related as well as responsibilities and expectations of other vendors offered my now wife and I a much-appreciated sense of security and comfort. When the time came for our big day we both felt surprisingly calm thanks in large part to Kayla and the Clockwork team. Knowing they had our backs is a feeling you can’t put a price on. Our wedding day exceeded our own expectations as well as those of our friends and family. Thanks again to Kayla and the Clockwork Team for making our wedding day beyond perfect!!!
I'm almost 6 months late writing this review but what better way to remember my wedding day than raving about Clockwork. Everything from the weeks before to the day of was magical....
Kayla and her team did everything they possibly could to make this the best day of my life. It rained 5 minutes before walking down the aisle and was freezing cold but I knew with Kayla the ceremony would stay right where I wanted it. I watched her team and others sprint to the ceremony site to wipe off chairs and I knew everything would be okay. Kayla pays attention to every detail making sure it is exactly what you want. I couldn't say more about Kayla and Clockwork. If you are looking for someone to make your special day super special look no further than Clockwork because all your dreams will come true.
And I didn't think I needed a Coordinator! Kayla took over about six weeks from the date of my daughter's wedding. From our first meeting, she opened my eyes to so many details I w...
ouldn't have thought of and I knew it was a "no-brainer" to hire her for us to experience our perfect day! She took over all the logistics and kept a very cool head when the weather was stressing everyone out! She paid attention to every detail we had planned and pulled off exactly what we envisioned. Kayla and her team are very talented, professional and bring the sunshine when you don't think there's a chance of it! We had the best day and it's definitely due to the hard work Kayla puts in to make sure the bride, groom and families experience a very special day to remember.

h-of coordination and we are so happy we did so. She was always available (even before our month started) via email and text messages for any questions we had. As far as the wedding day, we would have never made it without her. From helping set up and breakdown our decorations for the reception, coordinating timelines with vendors, ensuring guests were where they should be, etc. Kayla helped our day be as perfect as it could be.
One of the best decisions we made during our wedding process was hiring Kayla. I tried to do everything myself at first and after almost 2 months of pulling my hair out and crying...
, I told my now husband that it was just too overwhelming for me and I needed help. After we met, I told him I wanted her and I didn't need to meet with anyone else. She was upbeat, positive, but also was laid back and down to Earth. I could tell she could see we weren't your average couple. She set us up with other amazing vendors, found a venue that fit us, and took care of everything on our wedding day. I never would have been able to pull off what she did. She was in constant communication with us from the day we hired her and if we had any questions, she was there to answer them and in a timely manner. She was so accommodating and met with us when we needed or took me places to get an idea of things. The night of and days after our wedding, people were asking who she was because she was on top of everything and working so hard. She really made all our wedding dreams come true.
Hiring Clockwork Events was a saving grace for our wedding. Kayla and her team made everything run so smoothly from the minute I said "yes" until the moment my husband and I said "...
I do". I live in Nashville, TN and the wedding was in Charlotte, NC so Kayla played a huge role in getting everything together. She took my ideas and my budget and ran with it and everything turned out perfectly with just 6 months to plan. I would recommend Clockwork Events to any couple looking to hire a planner. It was the best decision I made throughout the entire process .
