e tied the aesthetic of the wedding together and the design was spot-on. Aside from the fact that the design was perfect, the cake tasted out-of-this-world. I'm a red velvet fiend, and not only was it the best red velvet I've ever had, but it was also the BEST CAKE I’ve ever had in my life, period (and I heard the same from a few guests!). One of my bridesmaids confessed to me months later that she snuck 4 slices because it was so good. If that's not a ringing endorsement, I don't know what is. I’m legitimately trying to figure out how I’m going to get to the shop around Christmas the next time I’m in FL because I’m dying to taste it again.

ck up a few desserts to take home to get my husband excited for our tasting, and boy was I wrong... Excited was an UNDERSTATEMENT! Kristen and her team made an incredible dessert table for our wedding. With three different cakes (Rose Champagne, and the Lemon Pistachio) we added the most amazing assortments of "The Best of Cloud 9" bakery. From the shooters to the Cloud 9 bars (first to go) it was delicious and stunning. Guest were begging to leave with more cake! Highly suggest for any wedding wither you go for the cake or just a large table for all guest to enjoy.

They hosted a tasting at their cute little café and provided us with a wonderful sampling of the tasty treats that my daughter and her husband had chosen. The flavors for the cakes were innovative and the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted in my entire life. Sweet perfection! My daughter elected to have a desserts table at the wedding and they put together a beautiful display of different cakes, cupcakes, etc. that complimented the theme and style of the wedding. Kristen and her husband were very helpful and accommodating, and they were prompt to reply to our inquiries. nd but our wedding cake was moist and delicious-even the next day when we took the extra cake home and served in during our family brunch. All of our guests raved about the flavors especially the chai latte cake with spiced buttercream frosting. Cloud9 has great cake flavors and a great product overall. While we don’t live in Miami we will certainly stop by their new store front that opened in Pinecrest when we visit.

and I am dreaming of our one year anniversary so that I can have an excuse to go down to Pinecrest and pick up some goodies.

re so delicious that we couldn't pick one and had to order more so that we could try them again and get more of my family's opinion. After a few days of mulling over this very difficult decision we decided to go with a barely naked rose champagne with sweet cream frosting 4-tier cake for our wedding. This cake was absolutely perfect and SO delicious. We received so many comments from our guests about the flavor and the look of the cake. It was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding. I cannot recommend Kristen enough. She is such a sweet person, so helpful, and I'll say it again, so incredibly talented. I can't wait until we have another occasion that needs a cake although I may have to place an order for some cupcakes in the meantime to hold me over

after our wedding! The extra desserts were also a big hit. The "Gooey bars" were amazing! I will definitely use Cloud 9 again for any dessert needs I may have in the future!

s personable, friendly and AMAZING at what she does. She is also just a thoughtful person! We ordered a two flavored cake, key lime pie bars and midnight snacks of mini maple/bacon and campfire (smores) cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies. I'm not kidding when I say everyone was talking about the dessert for weeks after. My brother-in-law is still going on about the maple/bacon cupcakes. I'm still CRAVING a key lime pie bar and our guava cake! I wouldn't even consider ever working with anyone else. Kristin is it for me! I'm only mad she doesn't have a store front for me to visit every time I'm in Florida :)
