I do not know where to even begin! I absolutely loved my experience at Cloud Nine. Olivia K was amazing at her job and picked dresses that matched my vision perfectly! I did not plan to find a dress at the first place I looked but I did say yes to the dress! I cannot say a single bad thing about this bridal boutique! Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVED my bridal appointment with Shelby and the team at Cloud Nine Bridal. They listened to me so well during my appointment, prepared dresses for me based on my inspiration pictures, and made the whole process a breeze! They have so much knowledge about the wedding dress industry and were so helpful throughout my whole appointment. They also had so many gorgeous dresses and anyone could find a dress they love there! I would recommend them over and over again!!

Cloud Nine made every step of this process so stress free! They pulled so many beautiful dresses for me to try based on ideas I sent to them beforehand and really listened to me during the appointment to find the perfect dress! They sent a list a wonderful seamstresses to make my dress fit perfect for the big day. They were always helpful and responsive with any questions between my appointment and my wedding! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

I'm so glad I chose to look at Cloud Nine for my wedding dress. My stylist, Shelby, was so kind and sweet! She called me the day of asking if I had saved any inspiration photos for my wedding dress, and if I could send them her way. When I got the the shop she had already pulled 4-5 dress for me that matched my vision so perfectly. There was one in particular Shelby pulled that my eye was draw to. It was a combination of everything I wanted. I ended up trying on that dress and felt like I didn't want to take it off! Shelby and the staff at Cloud Nine took the stress out of wedding dress shopping! Cloud nine was the first shop I had been to, and I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on. So many "only God" moments happened at Cloud Nine for me! The shop was clean, the workers GENUINELY friendly/kind, and the my stylist was on point! The atmosphere was peaceful and fun. I especially loved that there was worship-esc music playing over the speakers. Thank you Cloud Nine! Thank you Shelby!

I had a fabulous experience finding my wedding dress at Cloud Nine. I booked an appointment, filled out the application online, which asked me what styles of dresses I liked. When we walked in to the appointment, we were greeted with a smile and super friendly employees. We were introduced to our stylist, she showed us where we would be for fittings, she got us a refreshment, and asked some simple questions about the bride (me) and the venue. She then showed me the 4 dresses she had picked based on my preferences, which were already in the dressing room. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process of finding a dress. She asked thoughtful questions and really helped me visualize if I could see myself wearing it on my wedding day. She was super giddy, joyful and excited throughout the whole visit and it was amazing and so sweet when I tried on the dress I liked the most, and we tried a veil. She also happened to grab a bouquet from somewhere and handed it to me. That was the moment when it all came together and it looked wonderful and perfect! It was exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding day! It was a fantastic experience!!

Had an amazing experience at Cloud Nine! Olivia was amazing with asking me tons of questions to figure out what styles to pull for me. She kept in touch after my first appointment to see how I was doing throughout my other appointments as well, then facilitated a second try on where she pulled some more dresses and my favorite from the first appointment. She was incredibly helpful without being pushy, and she was so incredibly patient with me and my indecisiveness! She even brought out a mannequin in a similar suit color that my fiancé would wear at the wedding in order to help me visualize what my dress would look like next to him on our wedding day! BEYOND great service and would definitely recommend Cloud Nine and Olivia!

Had an amazing experience at Cloud Nine with Olivia as my stylist. She made me feel so comfortable, welcomed, and most importantly beautiful! She was patient when I wanted to retry some dresses and gave me honest feedback as well as bending over backwards to make sure that I could visualize everything at my venue and with my wedding party. The store was also so elegant and classy. Highly recommend!!!!

Honestly, so glad this was the place I chose to find my dress. They send you a text that you can send photos to them ahead of time. Olivia was amazing. She had such good recommendations. I never felt rushed and she was seriously the sweetest. The place is also gorgeous and I love the set up.

I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress and our consultant was Heather and she was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Very friendly and helpful and made the task very easy!

Literally the best bridal experience I could’ve asked for. Both my mother and myself ended up buying our dresses from cloud nine! They made me feel so incredibly comfortable before my appointment and during my appointment. They really want to get to know you and what your vision for your day is. My bridal consultant Anna picked dresses that I wanted and some I would’ve never picked for myself. Throughout the dress selection process Anna could tell which styles I was gravitating towards, and would go back and pick others. My wedding dress I would’ve never picked for myself, and I’m so glad it was in my dressing room and I tried it on. They said I could come back anytime before my alterations started to try on my dress. And they sure did keep that promise, I hadn’t seen my dress in over 6 months and I was able to make an appointment to try it on! And my dress was waiting in a dressing room by the time I got there! I couldn’t speak more HIGHLY of the staff at cloud nine. They are all truly incredible, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. They truly make the wedding dress selection process smooth and enjoyable!

I can not say enough good things about buying my mother of the bride dress!! The staff were amazing and so attentive. I went in with a pantsuit in mind and they persuaded me to try on this dress that I thought no way would I ever wear “that dress” but, In the end it really was the perfect dress and I can not thank the ladies enough that helped me and built up my confidence to wear such a figure flattering dress. Thank you Chloe and the rest of staff for making this such a wonderful experience, definitely recommend Cloud Nine for all bridal needs. My daughter also found her perfect wedding dress after trying on only 4. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I am so happy with my dress and how much Melissa helped me when trying on dresses. They also offer a preservation option through another company that I am super excited about.

This ended up being my one and only stop! The girls were incredibly easy to work with and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. Marissa listened to me and searched high and low for my perfect dress. I love all the options they had for adds on and ended up adding on the dress preservation after my wedding.

When i walked into the store i was greeted with a smile and was directed to prom dress. All of the ladies were very supportive and helpful they made me feel comfortable in the dresses i tried on! they were all so sweet and knew what to say. I LOVED finding my wedding dress at Cloud Nine! I sent my inspiration months before my appointment and they had multiple dresses ready for me when I got there. Shelby asked a bunch of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted from my dress and how I wanted it to go with the theme of my wedding. She kept notes of all the details I liked or didn’t like about a dress or how I could customize parts of my dress if I wanted. She was so patient and polite. Shelby made this memory very special for my mom and I. We’re very close and it was important for me that my mom be involved with some aspects and Shelby made it happen. You can tell she loves her job and she is SOOOOO good at it! My mom couldn’t stop raving about Shelby and how hard she worked to find me the perfect dress! Shelby made sure to capture the moment for us and even said we were pretty while ugly crying about finding my dress. Some of the other staff were around helping other customers and were really hyping me up. It was a really fun environment. They even give you a list of seamstresses they like to work with, which helped take another thing off my plate! I would recommend Cloud Nine to anyone searching for a dress!

I absolutely loved my experience at Cloud Nine bridal boutique in Peoria! It was the first place that I visited to find my wedding dress and they did not disappoint. From the moment I stepped in the door my family and I were welcomed with open arms and encouraged to make the experience our own. Shelby was amazing as our bridal stylist and made sure to remind me that this was my wedding day and although I can get opinions from everyone, I should do what felt right to me. I appreciated her honesty and her support throughout the process. Cloud Nine stored my dress prior to alterations and then steamed it before my wedding day. It is currently in the process of being preserved and I am grateful that they offered this service. Would definitely recommend a visit to Cloud Nine for any special occasion!

Cloud Nine Bridal was one of four local businesses that came together to gift my husband and I a wedding reshoot when our photographer lost all of our photos. They supplied suits and accessories for our groomsmen and our wedding party looked SO sharp. Cloud Nine is also where I found my wedding dress. I have since been back several times and the staff treat me like family; they are bubbly, oh so genuine, and make every individual feel like the most important person. Their kindness overflows and I will never stop singing their praises. In addition to the delightful people and incredible selection of wedding gowns, they also carry other formals: bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses, prom dresses, and (as previously mentioned) suits. Go check them out and let them welcome you into their family.

I was just in on Saturday and I had no idea it would be soooo easy to find a dress I LOVE! Miss Chloe helped me and she was an absolute doll.
