I had the best experience at their sample sale today!! Ended up with TWO dresses! The whole process from arrival to checkout was great. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. We showed up a little early since we’re from out of the area, and Chloe was able to help pull dresses for me before my appointment time. She was so sweet and attentive! Then for my actual appointment I worked with Cheyenne. She’s amazing!!! Everyone needs a Cheyenne at the appointment. She was so down to earth, really got a feel for my style and laughed at my bad jokes all day. I had the best time! She made it so fun and I felt like a princess in their absolutely gorgeous gowns. 10/10 recommend!! 

I highly recommend Cloud Nine especially Chey and Shelby! They were a huge part in our day! My best friend and I got to choose our dresses together! We said yes in our dresses at the same moment! What are the chances!? They are absolutely wonderful! I love them!

Cloud Nine gave me the best bridal experience that I could ever ask for. Shelby was absolutely amazing to work with and had picked out dresses for me to try that were exactly what I wanted. I loved that they also  made my bonus daughter and nieces feel special by giving them tiaras to wear while I was finding my dream dress. My Experience at Cloud 9 was just wonderful! I’m originally from Peoria but now live in Chicago. My sister got her dress at cloud 9 almost 10 years ago and recommended I make an appointment. I worked with Marissa and she was so attentive and supportive. She had 5 dresses ready for me to try based on inspo I sent and then made adjustments based on what I tried on. Marissa was very supportive and patient when I was feeling indecisive. I never felt pressured and they were very transparent with pricing and didn’t push to spend more than what was in my budget. I ended up realizing that the dress for me was the first one I put on. Overall I would recommend any bride to be to go to Cloud 9! They are truly running a fantastic business.

Immediately after booking my appointment, they called me to ask about my vision and ideas for my wedding. They were so kind, accommodating, and I found the perfect dress for me there. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I said YES to my dress today. Cheyenne was great! She made me feel so comfortable and understood what I was looking for. She said all the right things and knew the questions to ask when I was between dresses. She was very easy to talk to and run things by. The boutique itself was very cute and had a huge variety of dresses. Some of the best customer service I have experienced! I will highly recommend to anyone and everyone! 😊

From the very first phone calls before my appointment, the customer service was so warm, thoughtful, and kind — it instantly put me at ease. When I arrived, I was greeted with such a genuine welcome. From the very beginning, Sara made me feel incredibly comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted (even when I wasn’t totally sure myself!). As a plus-size bride, I’ll admit I was nervous going in. I worried about fit, selection, and how I might feel during the process. But from the very first moment with Sara, every single worry melted away. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident, never once making me feel anything less than beautiful. She asked all the right questions, shared creative ideas, and pulled dresses that perfectly matched my vision. Her kindness, patience, and eye for detail turned the appointment into something so much more than just “trying on dresses” — it was a joyful, empowering, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Cloud Nine was amazing from start to finish, but Sara was the cherry on top. She made the day even more special than I could have dreamed. I had no idea what to expect and cloud nine blew me away!! My mom, sister, and I traveled about 45 minutes to get there. The bridal boutique was clean, refreshing, and giving all the bride energy!! Olivia S. helped us, she was very knowledgeable and you could tell she genuinely LOVES what she does! I was worried about the stylist trying to be too pushy just because this was all new to me, she made me feel so comfortable! When I walked into the dressing room my jaw dropped, she had picked the most beautiful dresses out, they were exactly like the inspo pics I sent her! I ended up going with one she pulled for me that was identical to my inspo. I had 3 dresses I was having A hard time deciding between and she really helped me figure out how to narrow It down without feeling pressured or stressed. I can’t say enough amazing things about Olivia and the amazing vibes she brought to make my experience perfect!👰🏼✨🤍😭

I had an amazing experience at Cloud Nine! Shelby was my stylist and she did an amazing job of pulling dresses that were perfect for my taste. My perfect dress was the first one I tried on which just shows how much care she took into getting to know me and my style before the appointment. This has made my bridal experience that much better!

I went in to Cloud Nine feeling discouraged after my first few appointments elsewhere. Shelby was incredibly receptive, supportive, and kind. She was super patient with me, and I had an amazing experience. And found a beautiful dress at a great price! Would recommend this place to any bride!

I needed a Mother of the bride dress badly!! I've been searching for a month and just could not find anything both comfortable and beautiful. Today I went to Cloud 9 on a recommendation and I am beyond thrilled I did!! Olivia S was patient with my requests and helped me find 2 gorgeous dresses. They were totally affordable and look and feel great! I'm so grateful for this wonderful experience and Olivia S is such a blessing. I'm now looking forward to my daughter's wedding.

Shopping at Cloud 9 was am AMAZING experience!! I was shopping for a Mother of the Bride dress and they had a wonderful selection of any type of dress or pantsuit!! The staff was kind, accommodating, and professional!! Love this shop and LOVE my dress!!!

I had an amazing experience at Cloud Nine! Delaney was so sweet and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. There was a huge selection of dresses. Even on a Saturday, they were able to make the experience feel special and were so attentive. Highly recommend!

I ended up making an appointment at Cloud Nine after having a dress emergency somewhere else, so even though I was already comforted that I was able to make a last-minute appointment and had heard SO many people recommend this place to me, I walked into my appointment pretty nervous about whether I’d be able to be excited about a dress again, stay within budget, and get a dress on time. The pre-appointment survey and inspo was a huge help, and made me feel so confident that they had found what would work best for me before I even arrived. I never thought about any of the other dresses in the shop because the ones that were already pulled for me were so perfect! Olivia and Shelby were incredibly kind, helpful, quick, prepared, and patient with me as they helped me figure out which dress was right for me. They were insanely professional and good at what they do — from answering questions to clipping everything to style ideas. They took my stressful, disappointing situation and made it such a fun, joyful experience that I’m glad that everything led me to Cloud Nine! I’m so much happier in this dress and with this whole experience!

So I came to my original appt to have fun and try on other dresses because I won a bridal experience and at this time I already had my mind made up on another dress elsewhere. Well, Olivia found me the PERFECT DRESS! I honestly couldn’t believe it! So I went back for another private appt to say yes with my family and friends and another gal Taylor helped me also and we went into more detail about accessories etc. I am so thankful for those 2 for helping me out! I had such a great experience here and I never felt rushed and or overwhelmed in any way. I LOVE MY DRESS!

I have been to Cloud Nine for my son's prom, being a bridesmaid, and now finally as a bride!! Words cannot express how genuinely kind and caring this crew is, and how thankful I am for it! I'm so glad I chose to look at Cloud Nine for my wedding dress. My stylist, Shelby, was so kind and sweet! She called me the day of asking if I had saved any inspiration photos for my wedding dress, and if I could send them her way. When I got the the shop she had already pulled 4-5 dress for me that matched my vision so perfectly. There was one in particular Shelby pulled that my eye was draw to. It was a combination of everything I wanted. I ended up trying on that dress and felt like I didn't want to take it off! Shelby and the staff at Cloud Nine took the stress out of wedding dress shopping! Cloud nine was the first shop I had been to, and I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on. So many "only God" moments happened at Cloud Nine for me! The shop was clean, the workers GENUINELY friendly/kind, and the my stylist was on point! The atmosphere was peaceful and fun. I had a fabulous experience finding my wedding dress at Cloud Nine. I booked an appointment, filled out the application online, which asked me what styles of dresses I liked. When we walked in to the appointment, we were greeted with a smile and super friendly employees. We were introduced to our stylist, she showed us where we would be for fittings, she got us a refreshment, and asked some simple questions about the bride (me) and the venue. She then showed me the 4 dresses she had picked based on my preferences, which were already in the dressing room. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process of finding a dress. She asked thoughtful questions and really helped me visualize if I could see myself wearing it on my wedding day. She was super giddy, joyful and excited throughout the whole visit and it was amazing and so sweet when I tried on the dress I liked the most, and we tried a veil. She also happened to grab a bouquet from somewhere and handed it to me. That was the moment when it all came together and it looked wonderful and perfect! It was exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding day! It was a fantastic experience!!

Had an amazing experience at Cloud Nine! Olivia was amazing with asking me tons of questions to figure out what styles to pull for me. She kept in touch after my first appointment to see how I was doing throughout my other appointments as well, then facilitated a second try on where she pulled some more dresses and my favorite from the first appointment. She was incredibly helpful without being pushy, and she was so incredibly patient with me and my indecisiveness! She even brought out a mannequin in a similar suit color that my fiancé would wear at the wedding in order to help me visualize what my dress would look like next to him on our wedding day! BEYOND great service and would definitely recommend Cloud Nine and Olivia!

She was patient when I wanted to retry some dresses and gave me honest feedback as well as bending over backwards to make sure that I could visualize everything at my venue and with my wedding party. Honestly, so glad this was the place I chose to find my dress. They send you a text that you can send photos to them ahead of time. Olivia was amazing. She had such good recommendations. I never felt rushed and she was seriously the sweetest. The place is also gorgeous and I love the set up.

Literally the best bridal experience I could’ve asked for. Both my mother and myself ended up buying our dresses from cloud nine! They made me feel so incredibly comfortable before my appointment and during my appointment. They really want to get to know you and what your vision for your day is. My bridal consultant Anna picked dresses that I wanted and some I would’ve never picked for myself. Throughout the dress selection process Anna could tell which styles I was gravitating towards, and would go back and pick others. My wedding dress I would’ve never picked for myself, and I’m so glad it was in my dressing room and I tried it on. They said I could come back anytime before my alterations started to try on my dress. And they sure did keep that promise, I hadn’t seen my dress in over 6 months and I was able to make an appointment to try it on! And my dress was waiting in a dressing room by the time I got there! I couldn’t speak more HIGHLY of the staff at cloud nine. They are all truly incredible, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. They truly make the wedding dress selection process smooth and enjoyable!

I can not say enough good things about buying my mother of the bride dress!! The staff were amazing and so attentive. I went in with a pantsuit in mind and they persuaded me to try on this dress that I thought no way would I ever wear “that dress” but, In the end it really was the perfect dress and I can not thank the ladies enough that helped me and built up my confidence to wear such a figure flattering dress. Thank you Chloe and the rest of staff for making this such a wonderful experience, definitely recommend Cloud Nine for all bridal needs. My daughter also found her perfect wedding dress after trying on only 4. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I am so happy with my dress and how much Melissa helped me when trying on dresses. They also offer a preservation option through another company that I am super excited about.
