We are so appreciative of Eric's help for our wedding! Eric was very flexible to tailor a package for us that allowed some planning services and full day-of coordination, while staying within our budget. Eric is not local to us (we are in Los Angeles), but he was able to easily adapt to help us remotely with early wedding planning decisions, including important considerations when comparing venues. He provided many valuable resources for us throughout the entire planning process to ensure we were prepared, and on track with wedding decisions and our budget. Once we began our wedding prep approximately 2 months out, Eric was organized and efficient throughout the process. He was able to communicate effectively with all of our vendors to ensure that they all knew the timeline and our specific requests. Our wedding day was amazing and, generally, everything was according to plan, but Eric was so good about "checking in" with us to make sure that we were doing okay. We felt very confident that any potential mishaps were being handled so that my husband and I could enjoy our time with our guests. I encourage couples everywhere to still reach out to Eric even if you think he's too far away. He did a great job with preparing our wedding from out of state and traveled to help us on our wedding day, and we are so glad that we worked with him!

Eric is absolutely fantastic to work with! He is fun, professional, and a breeze to work with. We worked together last July on a wedding at the amazing venue, Salvage One. Eric was quick to respond, answer any questions that came up, very detailed and on top of everything. The couple had very busy schedules and Eric made everything as seamless as possible during the planning process. As the caterer, it was wonderful to have all the information needed provided in a timely and efficient manner. On the day of the wedding, Eric and his assistant were always one step ahead, ensuring everything was executed flawlessly. Not only was the couple extremely happy, but all of the vendors had a blast working their wedding! I highly recommend Eric for any event you may have!

As a wedding photographer, I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a wedding planner who is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for his brides and grooms! Eric was so present throughout the wedding day making sure the couple had everything they needed. The day ran so smoothly and was totally on schedule thanks to him! As MOB, I can’t say enough good about Eric and his “say yes when you can” attitude”. Eric was so great about realizing our daughter’s vision, including our (now) son in law’s ideas, and incorporating their personalities into all aspects of their wedding. He also made sure “hidden details” that were probably of importance to me only were handled! Most importantly, when we had a sudden illness in our family that took us out of wedding planning for a few months, Eric carried on seamlessly, and the wedding was executed beautifully. Eric was a calm presence throughout, providing advice, encouragement and creative input. He responded to every text, call and/or email promptly, and had great ideas, plus some wonderful surprises. We loved his choice of vendors and his unique way of showing our bride and groom how to select them! The wedding day was delightfully stress-free, and we moved through it happily knowing Eric was taking care of things. Our groom forgot his cell, and Eric delivered it to him later that night after the reception. That’s dedication! We truly appreciate Eric, and while we won’t have anymore weddings, we may plan a party or two with Eric at the helm! We’re very grateful and very blessed.

As a bride planning her Houston, Tx wedding from North Carolina, Eric was truly a teammate and helped me by recommending vendors, looking at tablecloths in person and allowing me to bounce ideas off of him. If you are looking for one of the best wedding coordinators out there, Eric should absolutely be your choice! He did so much for us in the run up to our wedding, and really saved us a ton of stress during the week and day of. He kept all our vendors organized and made it so that we didn't have to deal with anything on the day of our wedding. His awesome attitude, fun personality, and orchestrating skills made for a great experience and we couldn't have asked for more. Seriously - if you want to actually enjoying your wedding and not be stressing out, hire Eric.

Eric was absolutely amazing and made our wedding day flawless! Eric was a lot of fun to work with leading up to the big day and we enjoyed our conversations and planning sessions. I could not imagine our day being as amazing without him - or planning a wedding without a planner. He was flexible with working with our schedule as we were planning a remote wedding but still made sure everything was completed on time. Our event was hosted at a venue that only had tables and chairs. Eric did a fantastic job recommending and coordinating all of our vendors - the photographer, band, caterer, alcohol delivery and florist. We had one minor issue that was barely noticed because he handled is quickly. My husband and I strongly recommend Eric - we hope you love him as much as we did!

Eric was awesome from the beginning of our planning experience, to well after we said “I do!” Eric did a great job of engaging with us from the start, really driving the bus on each phase of planning and coordination throughout the entire process. His organizational skills are top notch and it helped keep us on track, whether it be through the planning period or the day of. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and willingness to not only provide insight, but adapt to our wants for the special day. We really enjoyed our conversations leading up to the wedding weekend, as Eric is very personable and easy going. Also, his day of coordination was spot on and our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect without his direction and planning. Eric was a great choice and I would recommend him for any event planning, not just weddings!!

Eric was amazing. The wedding truly wouldn’t have gone as well as it did without him. Through all the months of planning he was always in direct communication with us and made sure that we were on track ever my step of the way. He coordinated extremely well with our vendors and made sure that we were CC’d or told us about what was going on as soon as possible. The day of the wedding it seemed like he was everywhere at once making sure everything went off without a hitch. He was able to keep every one calm and was so confident and steadfast that it literally took all of our nerves and anxiety away. I thought I was going to be a wreck that day but I had couldn’t have been more relaxed even when things did go wrong that we’re completely out of anyone’s control. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Eric if you need a wedding planner. He was nothing short of perfect and you can definitely tell just by the pictures of how well it went. I would honestly give him more than 5 stars if I could.

People with Eric's comprehensive ability to think of every detail are few and far between, and every time I work with him on an event I am inspired all over again by his creativity with both concepts and budgets, and impressed by his skill and passion for planning and coordination. As a wedding vendor myself, I am party to the inner workings of an event that are often sight-unseen to clients, and y'all. Even the inside seams of a Cmart Celebrations wedding are beautiful, tight, and high-quality. The way Eric draws out what is important to you as individuals and facilitates special nods to the things you love via thematic or aesthetic elements is unparallelled, and his the easy-going yet intensely on-top-of-it personality coupled with his deep respect for others and attendant professionalism make Eric my favorite planner. He is a magic-maker, he is very well connected within the industry and has a plethora of interesting resources at his disposal, and he ambitiously goes for the best of all possible outcomes, every single time. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants their big day to exceed expectations and go forward smooth as silk no matter what it throws at everyone. Eric has been with us through every single step of the planning process and helped make our fall wedding vision come to life! My husband and I had a long engagement, but having a planner is something we both knew we wanted right away. Eric was the one and only planner we met with, and instantly knew he was going to do everything to make our wedding perfect. Over the past year and a half, he has been available for calls, texts and emails when ever questions popped into our heads, and always made our conversations feel like a couple of friends catching up than actual work. The Day Of- This is 100% why we hired Eric. When we arrived that morning, he was already there and coordinated every aspect of the day from setting up to packing up all our belongings in a family friends car and I never once had to worry about a thing. Before our wedding day, one of the things he made clear was our family, friends, and especially my husband and I should be able to fully enjoy the day- and that is EXACTLY what we did! My husband and I lived in the moment and vividly remember all of the details of our wedding because we never had to worry about a thing. While I was getting ready I was able to enjoy the simple moments like walking out and marveling at the reception space, chatting about life with my mom in the chapel, and holding my grandmas hand and walking the grounds. These are the moments that matter, and we were able to enjoy them together because we knew Eric had all the set up and preparation under control! One of his biggest assets is his calm composure. In a day that is so full of emotions, having a planner that makes you feel calm and stress free is so incredibly crucial. He told us that if he isn’t worried about it, then we shouldn’t be worried about. It wasn’t until right before we walked down the aisle I started to get nervous, and let me tell you his calm demeanor and welcoming face was something I needed before walking down the aisle. Our favorite part of the day was something we actually didn’t even discuss with Eric before hand. Like most girls, I dreamed of the moment the doors opened and I walked down the aisle to my husband. We chose the song A Thousand Years. The beautiful quartet played this song, Eric and his assistant made sure my dad and I looked great, and at the most perfect moment when the chorus began he opened the doors. It took everything in us not to bust out in tears! My husband and I have talked about that moment playing out that way so many times and Eric helped to make that dream a beautiful memory we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a planner that will do it all- help to make your wedding vision come to life, allow you to have a stress-free day with friends and family, create the perfect memories, and end the night jamming to Spice Girls with you on the dance floor, then Eric is absolutely your guy! Words can not express how WONDERFUL Eric is. Planning a wedding can be so stressful and Eric made it a complete breeze. He was able to take my very vague vision and make it an amazing reality. He thinks of the smallest details that really bring your wedding to life. Our wedding was beyond my wildest dreams in large part to Eric's amazing design and the way he made the day flow. I showed up to our venue and did not have one worry all day, Eric put out every fire and didn't even let on that there were any issues. He had excellent vendor recommendations, great advice to offer, and was just fun to work with. His crowning moment came when he was able to bustle my dress with safety pins and make it look completely natural and flawless. I would recommend Eric to EVERYONE for planning and design because he truly is a professional that makes the whole wedding planning process fun and exciting!

Eric Stinkin’ Cmar. HE IS THE BEST. Not only was Eric easy to communicate with, he is knowledgeable for all things weddings. The pre-wedding meetings left us feeling more relaxed and calm about our big day...which as you know can otherwise be stressful. Eric was also willing to step in on the wedding day for anything- even if they were out of his realm of duties. I’d recommend Eric to anybody who wants great ideas, experience, & personable professionalism that adds to your special day! BONUS: He is so cute...which is always good for pre-wedding photos ;) Ha.

I have worked with Eric on multiple occasions and I can’t recommend him enough. His communication is always clear and timely and he is always calm and collected on wedding day- even in the face of unexpected challenges. Eric is truly a treasure. He not only was a dream to work with but he can make magic happen with any idea you have for your special day! He made all my dreams I didn’t know I had about my wedding day. I knew I wanted a unique wedding and he took everything I said and ran with it in the most beautiful and magical way. The only advice I have with working with Eric is to trust him and his vision. He is creative and imaginative he will make anything he touches into nothing short of spectacular! As any bride knows, planning a wedding can be miserable and magical at the same time so having a fearless coordinator with a big reputation for success is critical. The moment I knew Eric was my “the one” (after my adoring husband of course) was a tongue and cheek quote about Mason Jars in Chicago’s Knot magazine, so I reached out. We had our introduction call but I knew this was the perfect match for our wedding, it was like talking to an old friend on the phone when we had never even met – probably how Joe Fox and Kathleen Kelly felt as they navigated IM for the first time (20th anniversary this year). We hired him for our day of coordination but he was our A-Team from the start, with vendor recommendations, creative ideas and even discount codes – no bad blood to full price things, but a wedding can be expensive, take the discounts! Well the wedding month came and Eric was ready for it – he took care of all our vendor communication and even asking the questions we didn’t know to ask, helped coordinate a few surprises for the groom I had up my sleeve and most importantly, kept us calm so we could breathe and focus on our big day. The day of – wow, he never missed a beat, essentially lightning on his feet while still maintaining that state of grace that took away all our nerves and worries about the wedding. We had a slight hiccup with our limos but were able to shake it off with Eric’s help. When we walked out for our introduction, we felt like we were in screaming color surrounded by beautiful table settings that somehow came together in that creative genius mind of his – it was even more than I had frequently daydreamed about (work was slow leading up to the big day), we gave him the materials and he ran with it like a knight on a white horse. There was glitter on the floor after the part, a lingering reminder that this is the wedding our guests will never forget thanks to Eric! We’re honored to call him a friend at this point too and can’t wait to keep in touch! If your end game is a wedding that’s fly like a jet stream, one that never goes out of style, just say yes to Eric and Cmart Celebrations, I wish you would as he’s simply the best. My husband and I used Eric for our wedding last December. We are almost at our 1 year mark and friends and family are still talking about how wonderful our wedding was. When they talk about their favorite wedding, ours comes up in conversation all the time. We would not have been able to have such wonderful memories without Eric. Everything went perfectly! He also added little details into our wedding that really highlighted my husband and I's personality. If you want a wedding that stands out from all others, hire Eric!

Eric is not just another wedding planner. Yes, he handled my vendors, timelines, etc. But he went so far beyond my expectations of him on the day of and throughout the whole process. From our first phone call on I knew I could trust him. On the day of our wedding I was able to hang out with my bridesmaids and family. I wasn’t dealing with the last minute issues or logistics. He truly took care of us and we were his priority. Hiring Eric was a decision I would make over and over again. He was incredibly supportive and attentive throughout the planning process. He had amazing tips and ideas that would have never crossed my mind! Plus, he’s so freakin fun. :) You won’t find a better planner than Eric!!!

Book him! Eric is fantastic! He planned my sister’s wedding and did such an amazing job! He handled the logistical hurdles of having an outdoor wedding on a family farm so gracefully! My sister and I are both floral designers, and Eric kept us sane while we juggled creating the florals and being bride and maid of honor! Working in the wedding industry has taught me that something beyond your control will always go wrong (I.e. a late summer Illinois rain storm during an outdoor wedding). That’s why it’s so important to have a planner like Eric that thinks of everything so you don’t have to! In addition to being incredibly professional, courteous and organized he was SO fun to work with!

Eric was a savior for our wedding. We chose him for day of coordination and thought he was the best investment we made. He was available the weeks leading up to help coordinate things, answer questions, and alleviate our stress. He was our go to go for any and all issues the day of the wedding and probably did more than we knew about behind the scenes. Weddings are already stressful enough, you don't want to have to worry about coordinating when the flowers will get dropped off or when the DJ will start setting up. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, easy to get a hold of, and super down to earth and personable, I would highly recommend Eric and Cmart Celebrations!

I chose Eric as my day of coordinator, but boy did I end up getting beyond more than I could have ever asked for! From the moment we had our initial meeting I knew that my fiancé and I were in excellent hands. He was incredibly personable, charismatic, and willing to help me fine tune my wedding plans and give me the perfect wedding timeline! He had ideas and advice that I would have never thought of if it wasn’t for his expertise! Eric also gave me several recommendations for vendors that I still needed including cake, flowers, get away car, and menswear that were all F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S. I fell in love with every vendor he sent my way and I could tell they all loved working with him! Communicating with him was easy and his responses were always quick, concise, and answered all my questions and concerns completely! He even met up with my mom and I to do a walk through of the venue to make sure we were clear on what my vision was! On our wedding day, everything went off without a hitch all because Eric and his assistant were there and on top of things. He made it so easy to just relax and enjoy my bridal party and family! Even when Eric found out that my linens were delivered to the wrong venue, he stayed calm, cool and collected and got my linens to our hall with plenty of time to spare. (I didn’t even know it had happened until AFTER the hall was set up and gorgeous!) Once the actual wedding started, Eric navigated the evening to perfection and made sure that not only were my husband and I taken care, but that all of our guests were happy! At the end of the wedding, every vendor, our entire bridal party, and many of our guests all raved about how laid back, kind, hilarious, and impressive Eric is! And I have to say…. I COMPLETELY AGREE. (Not to mention, he has some killer dance moves). I’m honestly sad my wedding is over just because I have less of an excuse to hang out with him. If you are considering a wedding planner or day of coordinator, DO IT and choose Eric Cmar. It will be the best decision you have ever made (other than deciding to marry your best friend!)

Eric Cmar is like American Express -- don't get married without him! Eric made our event so carefree for us that we felt like guests at our own wedding. Is it weird that, after spending a day with him, I feel like we will be friends for a long time? He threaded through our substantial family dynamics with aplomb. He helped me set plans for components of the day that I had not even thought of. He arranged special perks and considerations for us that I never would have asked for -- like early arrivals, late checkouts, extra flowers for decorating, the list goes on and on. My husband, who is somewhat shy, warmed up to Eric right away and was totally amazed at how much help Eric provided. At one point during the wedding, my husband said to me "good call with the wedding planner!" Eric is punctual, composed, organized, professional, well dressed, funny, friendly, trustworthy and genuinely a sterling person. Eric kept track of all of our vendors and contacted everyone in advance to make sure they all knew our expectations and that nothing went haywire. He kept me calm when getting ready to walk down the aisle. He helped me figure out what to tip the service staff. He even paid the parking meter for our car during the whole wedding reception. (I hadn't thought of that either!) The part that really blew me away was at the end of the reception, when I would be expecting to have to gather up all our belongings and gifts, Eric told me that everything was already neatly packed in a box in the trunk of our car. Wow. Wow wow wow. So at the end of the night, we got to leave the wedding like guests and retire to our hotel room without any post-wedding work. Our wedding felt simply magical, due in large part to Eric. Hiring him was the best money I spent on our wedding.

Eric was incredible. We hired him to be our day-of coordinator and from our first meeting two months out I felt a weight taken off our shoulders. It was awesome to arrive at the venue on my wedding day and see how Eric had turned my bride's and my dreams into reality. Now I just hope he was serious about the BFF thing.

Eric was absolutely incredible, my rock during the chaos of wedding planning. We went with the day-of coordination package, and I can't imagine our wedding without him. He handled everything from the last two months onward, from timelines to confirming details with vendors to overseeing all of those vendors and making sure everything went smoothly on the day of. He asked questions about and followed up on things that I didn't even realize we needed to consider, and our wedding was flawless as a result! I cannot recommend him enough, he was an absolute dream handling vendors (those who were easy to work with and not so easy to work with), our families and their millions of questions, our guests, and us as we slowly descended into pre-wedding madness. Thank you, Eric!!!

I (we) want to thank Eric for everything that he did for us! Our wedding day was beyond perfect! Even though our beautiful day went by incredibly fast and I do mean crazy FAST, we couldn't have asked for more! I was blessed having come across Eric’s website last spring! If it wasn't for him, I know my wedding day wouldn't have gone anywhere near as smoothly as it went. He is amazingly awesome, but I'm sure he already knows that!!! All of my bridesmaids and especially my mom adored him! My mom was pretty bummed he wasn’t able to make it to our brunch at the park the next morning, but I totally understood. He is a busy man helping make brides wedding dreams come true!

I have no idea why anyone would decide to plan a wedding without a planner (go ahead and get full service planning...it's worth it). Eric saved us so much time, stress, and money, and it was a great all around experience. He was on top of things, answered our incessant questions without complaint, and delivered an amazing wedding day. We're super appreciative, and I can't recommend Eric enough.

Eric is awesome. Not just an awesome planner, but an awesome person, who loves what he does, is passionate about people, and wants to get to know you so he can make your vision a reality. My husband and I are honestly sad that the wedding is over because working with him was truly such a joy. We hired Eric to plan our October 2017 wedding in full, and holy cow, we have nothing but the highest praises for him and the team of vendors we worked with under his watch. From the very start, he dug deep to understand what we were going for in terms of design (even asking for pictures of our rooms!), and created a beautiful vision that gave me, a control freak, so much comfort in knowing it would be perfect. That vision was carried through to the very end, even in the small details like signage, drink choices, and linen color. We are still getting compliments about how beautiful the wedding was, and how every detail reflected my husband and I. We have only Eric to thank for leading us to the right vendors and helping us make the decisions that made it so, and keeping us on budget on the way.

There are not enough words to describe my gratitude and love for Eric! He made my wedding on 01-07-17 more magical than I ever dreamt. He not only kept myself and my mother calm throughout the whole wedding planning process but he was there for every little to big detail the day of. The second I met him I knew I wanted him to be there by my side and he was! He's smart, witty, caring and has an eye for the details you never knew you needed. Eric has become a true friend from this process but I felt like we'd been friends our whole life. You will absolutely not regret hiring Eric! Do it!

I HIGHLY recommend Eric as he met and exceeded my expectations in a multitude of ways. Eric's exceptional attention to detail, seamless execution and warm demeanor will make you feel so at ease. I was the maid of honor in my cousin's wedding when I met Eric. My cousin had told me how much she liked him but I didn't know what to expect. We met at the rehearsal the day before the wedding. I was really impressed with his calm demeanor and confidence. He really helped set the tone for a stress free wedding. Just like any wedding day, we were faced with some unexpected issues, Eric handled everything with ease. He was easy to communicate with and he remained professional throughout the entire day. I would recommend Eric for anyone who wants to have fun on their big day! We were ecstatic when he joined us on the dance floor at the end of the night! That was definitely one of my favorite moments with him! I know my cousin enjoyed it too!

If you are considering having a day-of coordinator, DO IT and hire Eric and you will thank yourself forever! Eric provided me with total peace of mind on my wedding day. He is a great listener, asked all of the right questions (and ones that I hadn't thought of!) and executed everything perfectly. He was invaluable on our wedding day -- I was able to relax, have fun, and enjoy the day! Eric handled every little detail and made sure everything went smoothly and according to the plan we had put together. He is professional, creative, organized, and fun! Is there a 10 star available?! Lol but really Eric was AMAZING!!He made the day of the wedding amazing and made sure it ran smoothly! I honest to god don’t know what I would have done without him there! Him and his team rocked my world. I literally had the best time of my life. I planned my wedding but Eric took the time to actually understand and help execute my vision. I appreciate everything that he has done for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better Day of Coordinator. I am overdue in writing this review. The reason is that I can never adequately express what a FABULOUS JOB Eric did planning my daughter's wedding. From the first meeting to the follow up coffee we had just to reminisce about the wedding and because my daughter and I missed Eric! I have read a lot of reviews that Eric becomes your friend. That is indeed the truth. My daughter married on January 7, 2017 and we do miss him now that all of the wedding hoopla is done. He is FUN, SMART, INFORMATIVE, CARING AND CREATIVE just to name a few of his qualities. At the beginning of the wedding planning I was completely overwhelmed about all of the decisions that had to be made. Eric saved the day. We told him our vision and he expanded on what we wanted and made it better. He has great ideas and contacts. But most of all he is just makes you comfortable and makes all of the decisions fun while maintaining the integrity of the event. The day of the wedding I never worried about anything getting done. I knew without a doubt Eric would see that everything ran smoothly. And it did! I have recommended him to several brides and will continue to do so. If you allow Eric to help you plan your wedding you will NOT be unhappy with that decision. With all of the decisions you make it will be the best one.

I can honestly say that my sister's wedding day would not have run half as smoothly without the help of Eric! Eric was so much fun to work with and was constantly making sure everything was in place and that everyone was happy. As the maid of honor, Eric helped me handle all the little details and was always one step ahead of us. We LOVED working with Eric and I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat!

First of all I just can't say enough about my new best friend Eric! My daughter was married on New Years Eve of 2016 and Eric was our lifesaver! We met with him several times over the months leading up to the wedding and he made the whole process so stress free and fun for us. No Momzilla or Bridezilla moments had since he was at our side. My daughter had a vision of exactly what she wanted the day to look like and Eric translated it perfectly. We trusted him with every part and he always came through. The day was just perfect and we have him to thank for that. Love ya Eric!

Eric was our coordinator for our November 2016 wedding. We visited a multiple venues and met with a couple different coordinators during our search, but from the moment we met Eric, we could tell that he was a cut above the rest and we knew that we wanted to work with him. Eric is professional, he knows what he’s doing and he is phenomenal at it. He was always organized and on top of every detail. He answered all of my questions (even the weird/silly/tiny ones) and was a great sounding board for any ideas we had, and of course it helped that he has great taste! Planning a wedding can be really stressful at times but with Eric I always knew that everything would work out. Anytime I started to feel overwhelmed, I would talk to Eric and remember that he had everything completely under control. Even the morning of my wedding when my flowers showed up all wrong, he was right there fixing them without me having to say anything because he was so in tune with what I wanted and on top of everything. Eric ensured that our special day went off without a hitch and I can’t imagine what it would have been like to plan my wedding without him!

Eric is by far the best wedding coordinator around! My husband, Tyler and I got married on November 20, 2016 and I can definitely say our wedding was perfect because of Eric. As a little girl I always dreamed of my big day and what I wanted it to look like. I simply told him a few details about what I wanted and he took those ideas and ran with them. Eric was always 50 steps ahead of me with wedding decoration ideas, back up plans, everything! He made our wedding day everything I dreamed of and more. Two months after our wedding day and I am still blown away by how perfect everything at our wedding turned out! I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone that is planning a wedding. You will not be disappointed, that's for sure.

Have you ever heard people say weddings are so stressful? Weddings can really bring the bad on you! You need to enjoy it now because that day you will be thinking about million things and the day will be gone in a blink of an eye! ... well that was our biggest fear but it was definitely NOT our case. My Husband and I couldn't be happier with the way our wedding turned out! Eric your flawless work made everything run so smoothly. Your Ethic, professionalism and the effort you put in every little thing was beyond anyone's expectations. I am so indebted to Eric for coordinating my wedding rehearsal and wedding day. I thought I could do things myself but now I realize that the day would have been a mess without Eric. He was professional, organized, responsive, and very amiable with our family and guests. Most importantly, he was cool under pressure and someone I could lean on when the stress became too much. Eric Cmar was incredible! From the first tour of the wedding venue I knew I had to have Eric has my wedding coordinator. He saw the vision I had pictured for my wedding and made it a dream come true! It was such a blast working with Eric, he was always very responsive and could answer any questions I had. On the day of the wedding, he took care of EVERYTHING and made the day run so smoothly. Everyone had a blast and it is definitely a day I will never forget. I will definitely miss all of our planning sessions but I know we will stay in touch as he has turned into a great friend. :)

Eric Cmar was a godsend throughout my entire wedding planning experience! I would recommend him to anyone in the process of planning their wedding and especially those who want a less stressful wedding day. Eric is the reason we found our cake lady, our florist, and our awesome unity sculpture. He is wonderfully knowledgeable and is full of suggestions and ideas for anything you can imagine and come up with. He becomes so invested in creating the wedding you have envisioned and that becomes so evident when it all comes together on your wedding day. He showed up to the bridal suite with coffee in hand and a smile on his face ready to go the day of our wedding. Every question, comment, and concern was handled calmly, rationally and professionally by Eric from not only myself but all of my guests and family members. He was my right hand man throughout our entire wedding and it would not have been the same without him there! We learned that Eric will laugh with you when you take a spill the morning of the wedding and cry with you while reading the love notes my husband and I wrote for one another. We were so blessed to have Eric as a part of our big day behind the scenes and on the dance floor! I know he would be able to fulfill anyone's expectations for a wedding planner and will go above and beyond those expectations for sure. I was a bridesmaid at my best friend's wedding, and Eric made the wedding so easy and stress-free. He helped with the entire process, from directing everyone where to go, to providing comforting words and stress relief. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he really took the effort to know the procedures of the wedding from start to end. Eric is an amazing wedding planner and helped tremendously. I would recommend him to anyone!

My daughter got married last night and I can say hands down there was absolutely NO way I could have managed the wedding/reception without him!! We started planning the wedding approximately 10 months ago. Eric is able to basically hold your hand throughout the entire process......paying attention to every detail. My daughter said it was exactly what she dreamed of since she was a little girl!! Eric was a huge part of last nights success!!! He attended the rehearsal and assisted with all the ins and outs of the ceremony and OMG the actual day of the wedding Eric so calmly attended to all my needs, questions, and requests as well as the brides. He served as a calming source for me....... and allowed me to sit back and relax and enjoy the moment because it goes by quickly. One last comment I would like to emphasize is although Eric is a one man show he basically does the job of what could easily be 2-3 people and he does it with ease and competence. Where was Eric when I got married 25 years ago! We sure could have benefited greatly from his amazing services. We were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with Eric 10 months ago while trying to decide on a venue for my daughter's wedding. EVERYTHING was explained to us up front during our first consultation. Anything that we did not understand was explained to us in greater detail as needed. Eric was over the top responsive during the next 10 months and was proactive toward making sure we were addressing the necessary details it takes to have this special day go off without a hitch. Starting with the rehearsal and ending with loading our car up with the gifts after the reception, Eric was there for EVERY detail. He had the entire wedding party, bride & groom, parents, and grandparents informed and in their respective places at all times. Nobody had to remember anything; Eric took care of all the remembering and more. You CANNOT go wrong hiring Eric for your most important day. He has all the qualities, skills, and services you could possibly expect in a wedding planner. Eric is AMAZING! He made sure my wedding day was absolutely perfect, and handled every little detail for me so that I could enjoy the day. He was very patient with all of my random thoughts and questions that I text him in the weeks leading up to the wedding, which only further instilled my confidence in him. My husband and I went into wedding planning with a general idea of what we wanted but totally stressed out by the logistics of planning a big event. Eric had us covered and we were able to relax knowing that he had us on the right track (and he is just genuinely fun to talk to and plan with- I think we both developed a friend crush during the planning process). Wow, where do I even begin? From the first time I met Eric I knew I needed him there for our big day. He was there helping create the wedding of my dreams from the very first day and it absolutely would not have been possible without him. He is so responsive to texts and calls, any time I had a question or concern he took care of it immediately, he was SO much fun to plan with and knew exactly how to create the vision I had in my head. Let me start by saying that witout Eric at my wedding, u wouldn't have had the fairytale wedding I always dreamt of. Eric put all my ideas to reality. He made it picture perfect. My guests were in awe. On my wedding day, Eric bought me a coffee to the bridal suite, -and told me relax and enjoy my afternoon getting ready while he looked after everything . And he really did. Reading through the earlier comments on this page, I am not surprised to see the outpouring of praise for Eric Cmar. We planned an event wedding from start to finish in only 3 months. Eric was the glue that kept it all together. At every step of the way, he made us feel reassured that everything would come together perfectly and that no small detail would be overlooked. He kept us on track and kept the lines of communication open constantly. On the day of the wedding, we felt 100% confident to leave everything in Eric's capable hands, and everything was absolutely perfect. We were so lucky to have found Eric as our event coordinator. He puts you at ease, makes you feel like an old friend, and leaves you with a new one. Thank you, Eric! We made a cmart move working with you! ;)

Eric is the reason why our wedding day went so smoothly! He took care of every detail and fixed every problem before I even realized I needed to worry about it. My fiancé and I decided to move our wedding day up and had less than 5 months to plan our wedding. At our first meeting I asked Eric if we were crazy for trying to plan a wedding that fast and he told me "Heather, I could have a beautiful wedding ready for you this weekend. Give me 5 months and it will be perfect!" He was absolutely right! From the planning down to the wedding day, Eric took care of everything - even a pouring down rain at what was supposed to be an outdoor wedding! Eric is also so much fun to hang out with. My husband and I got married just over 2 months ago and looking back on our wedding day, I don't think there is anyone who could have been as perfect as Eric was when it came to orchestrating the whole thing. Its handled :) The venue was beautiful, every detail was accounted for and the whole night ran smoothly from start to finish!
