CME Experience ( Chloe Mosey Events )

re a different beast and there are so many things to consider. I can say with confidence that hiring Chloe Hix and the CME Experience team was easily one of the best choices I made for myself in the wedding planning and execution process. Leading up to the wedding, Chloe and her team wrangled the many vendors I had hired and even came in clutch with great recommendations when one vendor was unable to fulfill their contract about 6 weeks before the wedding. They kept me organized and reminded me of details I hadn’t thought of yet. This gave me amazing peace of mind in what could have been a stressful time. On the day of the wedding, Chloe and her team maintained the perfect presence - there for us when we needed them, moving around the room, troubleshooting problems and fielding vendor needs. Their attentiveness allowed me to focus on my family, guests, and new husband. The kind of professionalism and self-awareness that the CME Experience team have mastered cannot be taught. I’ll never forget after the ceremony when my husband and I were handed our cocktails of choice, without asking - perfect timing! Hire CME Experience and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again, Chloe and team!

d), she was able to show up and be present, making us feel like we were her only priority at that moment. Her attention to detail, and ability to navigate the many moving parts of the day, did not go unnoticed. Her hard work allowed us to just enjoy our day with our families and celebrate a new chapter. She was truly everywhere and out of the way all at once. A family member mentioned a sincere appreciation for how she treated them when she handed them their lemonade for the toast. They often feel othered when it comes to sobriety, and they felt cared for in a way that included them instead of making them the odd one out. That meant so much to us. Long story short, she made our day so easy for us to be present and enjoy. I had so many people sing high praise about her during our wedding (she's cool and gets sh*t done), and we feel that our day wouldn't have been such a success without her!

edding dress crisis, she suggested Azazie and the dress we got ended up being PERFECT. The wedding and reception went smoothly and everything was beautiful. I would highly recommend CME for any event planning.

provided far surpassed what we expected. Chloe made us feel very comfortable reaching out with questions throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding. She had great tips and recommended most of the vendors we worked with. Her team did a great job of checking in on us consistently throughout the planning process and making sure we had what we needed. During the month leading up to our wedding when things really started to get stressful, they did the best job of making sure we had all the small details and last minute decisions covered. The days leading up to our wedding were way less stressful than I had anticipated because her team was in such close contact with all of our vendors. It made everything go so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about any of the details in the days leading up. The actual day of our wedding was just as relaxing! The CME team was incredible that day! Our guests were even raving about them. We had Chloe, Bree, and Natalie working with us on the day of. All three of them were so amazing and special with us that day. They made sure were never thirsty, hungry, worried about timing, anxious, etc. It was so nice! They even had our dog (our flower girl) taken care of! :) Something I totally didn't expect was to have a good 45 mins or so right before the ceremony to just hang out and eat snacks with a couple bridesmaids and my dog. That was honestly one of my favorite moments of the day and it really set the tone for the ceremony. They made that happen. Another awesome moment I remember was right after the first dance and the father-daughter dance, I was super thirsty and all of a sudden, Natalie appeared on the dance floor next to me with a huge glass of water. Amazing! It was really the small things like these that just stuck with us. There are so many other things I could share! 10/10 recommend hiring the CME team. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner/coordinator!

ul throughout the entire process, as well as super knowledgable. The day of team knew how to help with everything! They calmed all my nerves and helped with everything I needed. Would recommend this team to anyone!

n to the wire when we asked Chloe for her help, and it was an immediate relief to have a professional on board. She rounded up some last-minute services for us, including a handler for our 8-month old Golden-Aussie puppy! Then it rained the day of. Change of plans, go under tents... Chloe was there to orchestrate everything. It was a beautiful day despite the rain.

ing handled. Our wedding turned out perfectly to what we had envisioned, and Chloe was a huge part of that! Hire her, you won’t regret it.

e everything ran smoothly and kept checking in on my husband and I. She is so thoughtful, caring and fun to be around! She wants you to have the best day ever and we truly appreciate her. I even had some people come up to me after our wedding wishing they could hire CME for their own wedding. Hiring CME Experience for our wedding was the best decision we made and we truly could not have done it without her or her wonderful team!

much fun. A month out from the wedding, Chloe scheduled a walk through the venue with me and offered logistical solutions, ideas, and asked questions I hadn't thought of that saved major headaches down the road. She was always quick to reply to questions and was as excited as we were about our big day. On the day-of, her team was well versed in our timeline (we had a short period of time for load in that I was stressed about, but with their help, it wasn't an issue at all), and all of them were more than happy to jump in to help with anything (even holding my drink as we did couples photos)! It's so important to surround yourself with trusted vendors for your wedding day, and I couldn't recommend Chloe enough as a wedding planner!

cannot imagine doing a wedding without them! Do yourself the biggest favor and book CME for your wedding! You won't regret it!

om were children, and a wedding party of 12 adults and 7 kids) and a somewhat complex wedding day schedule. Not to mention a big, rules-oriented venue. It sounds chaotic and it was a lot to plan but the day of the wedding was peaceful and joyful. I didn’t feel stressed at all, which is exactly what you want for your wedding day! Everyone commented on how happy and chill my groom and I seemed and we were, because a) we had preplanned a lot and b) we had Chloe and Chloe knew and understood all of our plans and was able to enact all of them while we were busy enjoying our day. We could not have done everything without her. She knew our venue and our caterer and our day-of schedule and she helped us to do everything we needed. She suggested clever things like doing the cake cutting (which was indoors) before dinner so people could just go dance after dinner. It was brilliant and the whole night flowed so seamlessly. My sister, who was the mother of a flower girl, later said she had worried it was all going to be chaotic but it was so smooth. Chloe thinks of everything and she was always available for questions by text or email, and she was SO PATIENT with us. She should probably raise her prices because she is so good. Between Chloe and our caterers, Essence of the Thymes, everything was managed beautifully. Everyone who we talked to was impressed by how smoothly our wedding flowed and had a great time.

ited about our wedding. Chloe knows exactly what she’s doing and doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. We hired Chloe for the month and day of coordination. She took our design ideas, and all of the décor we had purchased and implemented it perfectly. While I purchased a lot of my own décor, Chloe helped me figure out a few things that I didn’t need and what I was missing. She also provided some décor inventory which saved me money and time. On the day of your wedding you need someone who you can trust to handle everything that comes up. Chloe is that person. She didn’t stress me out with any unnecessary questions or issues, she just handles them. Chloe is a great leader and will make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do. During my wedding she made sure my husband and I had everything we needed at any moment. Brey was awesome too and always made sure we had a drink in our hand and didn’t miss out on appetizers while we snuck away for photos. We had met Brey at a couple of wedding expos and they make a great team! They kept the events on time and truly we could not have asked for a more perfect day. Hire CME Experience for your wedding and you’ll be so glad you did!

supportive, organized, and very knowledgeable in this industry. We were looking for other vendors, and she provided great lists for us to look through that made sense within our budget. Because we don't live super close, Chloe set up virtual meetings to get the ball rolling with some of our vendors. She made the wedding planning process on our end as painless as possible, and we are truly grateful for that! Also, the events that she and her team put together were awesome because it helped us do our wedding research in person, and plus they are just really fun to go to. Lastly, whenever I had questions, she was available through a phone call/text/email, and that just makes a big difference throughout the whole wedding planning process. Thank you Chloe and team for making our wedding day as beautiful and perfect as we imagined!

ay perfect. We originally hired an officiant, but we had an unfortunate experience the night of the rehearsal that influenced our decision to let him go. Without hesitation, Chloe stepped up to the plate and offered to officiate our wedding. We should have had her do it originally, and we are so happy it turned out the way it did. She made our ceremony so beautiful and meaningful. Chloe and the team were also amazing at coordinating the logistics of our wedding. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we didn't have to worry about a thing. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. We are so grateful to CME for everything they did to make our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding." Here are some specific things that CME does that's so amazing: • Chloe was always available to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. • Chloe and the team were super organized and efficient and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. • They are flexible and accommodating, and she was always willing to go the extra mile. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend hiring CME. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and it made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.

nd, easy to talk to, and truly wants to make your wedding day everything you want it to be! I would have been lost without her. She helped me every step of the way and shes so organized! She brought my wedding vision to life! I can’t thank her enough for helping me and taking so much off my plate. I could go on and on and on about how amazing she is!

would absolutely do it again. People kept telling us to expect that things would inevitably go wrong on the day of our wedding but nothing actually went wrong on our day… we think Chloe and her team were the main reason for this. She helped us starting a month before and the day of. Some of the ways Chloe and her team went above and beyond for us: found me (the bride) a hair stylist the day before the wedding, coordinated efficiently and gracefully with my family who wanted to help with set up/other tasks, found our mistakes in calculating alcohol supply, folded our napkins the day before… and most of all helped us on the day of the wedding gently guiding us to the next part and anticipating any need so that we could focus on being present and soaking in our day with each other and our guests!! Chloe is very easy to work with, efficient, calming and just makes things fun and easy. We can’t recommend CME Experience enough. My husband and I think were pretty frugal, but we agree — if you’re on the fence and thinking you don’t need a day of coordinator — just know that CME Experience is worth every penny from our perspective!

re rehearsal and event itself. Chloe was quick to respond (within 15 minutes the month before the wedding) and was always there when we had questions. She was not only professional, but was incredibly kind when wedding stresses were getting to us. She had great rapport with the vendors we used, and would most likely have recommended solid vendors had we asked for recommendations. Our families couldn’t stop gushing over how amazing she was. She was THE MVP of the day, and we couldn’t have imagined going through the wedding without her.

ice. Through the process Chloe was always available for email questions with suggestions on items such as rehearsal venues options and how/where to purchase alcohol. She always responded promptly with detailed options. In addition to her expertise, she provided from her inventory items such as lawn games, candle holders and table numbers. She went over every detail of what we envisioned when we first engaged her service, 30 days prior to the event and then a final check-in the week before our big day. She helped us get better pricing on the table linens. She oversaw our rehearsal, ceremony and all the set-up on the wedding day. When we walked into the reception, it was beyond what we had imagined. We had friends comment that they had never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Thanks to Chloe and her crew for helping us create the wedding day we had envisioned and will always treasure!

all the way through the planning process. When we had a rental snafu with timing of pick-up and drop-off at our venue, Chloe called me within minutes of my slightly panicked email and helped me solve the problem by the end of the day. She has a large inventory of wedding items that saved us a ton of money (and helped us not be so wasteful!). On the day, everything ran on time and she consistently checked up on us to make sure we were getting what we needed - water, food, another spicy margarita :). Our wedding party all commented how on top of things and how helpful she was - we couldn't agree more! Highly recommend hiring Chloe, especially if you're getting married in Kitsap. Her familiarity with the venues and vendors was extremely valuable throughout the planning process.

ay. We highly recommend CME!

only did she help settle some disagreements from happening, but she made my wedding so I could relax and enjoy the morning. I really do not think that I could have done it without her.

swering all of our wedding questions from big picture to small details. She is prompt with communication, professional and personable, and just overall is a joy to work with. She made everything about our rehearsal a total breeze, and she executed our actual ceremony beautifully. We cannot give enough stars, she is simply the best! Thank you so much!

day of my wedding went so smoothly because she was every and always anticipated what needed to happen next. She even set aside food for my husband and I to make sure we had a moment to eat while the other guests were being served. And she made sure that my reception dress was waiting in the changing room with all the needs accessories. I loved working with Chloe so much and would definitely hire her for future events.

in the past. We met with her a few times and otherwise kept in close contact via email - she always responded and updated me at the end when things were done behind the scenes. I was so worried that there would be confusion among the vendors or some other problem that would come up on the wedding day, but instead it went very smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything except saying my vows! During dinner, I wanted to take out my veil and put in a small jeweled comb that I had borrowed from my sister-in-law. I told Chloe about it, and she immediately knew where this small comb was and got it for me within just a few minutes. It was amazing! She was on top of everything. I highly suggest Chloe Mosey Events for your wedding!

thly and I couldn't have imagined having our wedding without her. Her prices were extremely reasonably and she was easy to reach whenever I had any questions about planning the wedding. I would HIGH RECOMMEND Chloe and her team!
