The biggest thing you need to know - all of our guests commented on how AMAZING the food was! CN Catering is more than just food, it's bartending, linens, glassware, and so much more. We had such an amazing day, and CN catering was a huge hand in that. Our planning sessions were so in depth, and we did not have to worry about a single thing! Miguel, our bartender, was such a joy to have. The personal touches he added were truly incredible. Our drinks were always full, he personally poured our champagne, and our guests all commented on how much fun he was! Thank you to CN and their entire staff. Everything is so customizable that each tiny detail felt like US! Also, THE FOOD WAS PERFECT! You cannot go wrong!

CN Catering was absolutely amazing! We used them for our wedding at The Mason Dallas. They made the planning so easy and their food was delicious. We had so many compliments from our guests regarding the appetizers, dinner, and drinks! Would highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with CN Catering for our wedding as required by the Cotton Mill, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience! From the initial consultation to the final bite, the entire process was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We opted for a plated buffet stye dinner and was not disappointed. The appetizers such as pork tacos and macaroni bites were a hit. Also, the signature drink of spicy pineapple margarita was the talk of the night. The company was also very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions and allergies. Additionally, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the evening. Though the price was quite high, it was reasonable for the quality of the food and service presented. We highly recommend CN Catering for all events especially weddings!

CN made the wedding planning process so easy and seamless. Every step of the way was great with them and their food is the best. Our guests were blown away. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I would not recommend going with anyone else, CN is the best!

CN Catering was the in-house catering at our vendor and they did a fantastic job! From the food service to the bartending, everything went smoothly and they were very receptive to our needs. We were very impressed with the food as well- definitely recommend CN.

If I could leave a one word review, it would be WOW!. But that doesn’t do Michael and the team at CN Catering and Brake & Clutch Warehouse enough justice. What an incredible team and experience provided for our daughter’s wedding from Day 1-- nearly a year before the wedding. The constant communication from the team was above and beyond; and flexibility as decisions changed leading up to the reception were met with joy, understanding, and a genuine re-assurance that none of the changes are an issue!! What a relief! The venue is fantastic and food prepared by Michael nothing short of amazing! Guest after guest commented on the venue, the ambiance, the vibe, the food, the attention to detail, and cleanliness throughout the entire night! The catering experience was incredible. Michael is great and very easy to work with, no matter what crazy idea and/or change you throw at him. Without a doubt, this team goes the extra mile. Disaster was avoided as “Dad” forgot to get a bottle of champagne for the “couples toast” to kick off the reception. Not to worry, one of the staff literally sprinted to the local store and was back with champagne before the toast was to begin, all without anyone realizing what had happened (minus the valet team who videoed the sprint—just exceptional). If you’re looking for attention to detail, and those “extras” that separate venues and catering from each other, then Brake & Clutch and CN Catering are your answer. Leave everything to them and have a great time! You won’t be disappointed!

One thing guest will remember about a wedding is the food, especially food made by CN Catering. Our guest raved about the food afterwards. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. We enjoyed the process as well. Noah was very helpful and worked with us to get a unique menu. Highly suggest CN Catering.

Being a wedding planner in this industry, I knew pretty quickly which catering company I wanted to hire. I have worked several times with CN Catering throughout my career and they are one of the best catering companies I have worked with and their food is always spectacular!! Andrew is the head manager that I typically work with and who I had been working with throughout my process. Andrew truly went above and beyond for my Husband and I's wedding. He made the process so easy and answered any questions that I had. I got married on 05/04/24, Andrew sent Gene to be there at the wedding and Gene understood the assignment and was so amazing. He helped my team that was coordinating my day and made sure other vendors were taken care of. My team was raving about how Gene helped with setting up the bar facade we had, and it was a pretty hot day so he made sure his team was on it to serve water to the guests, but also the entire day made sure me and my husband were taken care. I could not be more thankful to have had CN catering on our day, they were so personable and kind to all the guests and made sure everyone was taken care of. One big compliment that I heard from every single one of my guests was how spectacular the food was, which my husband and I agreed with them. Everything has a lot of flavor and tastes so fresh. I could not think of a better catering company to have hired for our wedding. Truly, if you are looking at CN catering and are unsure, do not hesitate because they will make sure to go above and beyond every wedding and the food will not disappoint!

CN was among recommended caterers when we started looking last year at options for our wedding 5/5/24. We chose CN basically because of word of mouth endorsement and the most professional and quick communication, but it seemed like a coin toss at the time - I was willing to sacrifice a little communication for better food. We were SO happy that we chose them, though - my brother used them for his wedding about 6 months before mine and the food was amazing. The food our our wedding was just as good - so many people told me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. My understanding is that they don't cook the food 100% prior to it being brought to the venue - they actually finish cooking it on site, so it stays fresh. Whatever they do, it's delicious. I do want to also note that they're awesome to work with. Andrew was our go-to guy for the entirety of the planning process (and really the reason when signed with them in the first place) and actually on site the day of the event - he was always super responsive and very very helpful when it came to recommendations and advice on dishes to serve, how to serve them (buffet or plated? Passed appetizers or not? etc etc) as well as timelines and details. CN also has a lot of other things you can rent from them as well - as one reviewer said, it's not always the cheapest option out there, but the convenience of minimizing your number of vendors is not to be overstated. Anyways, if you're trying to choose between caterers (which I know is so hard to do because you can't try their food before!), I would definitely recommend CN. You won't be disappointed.

Many pros and a few cons for using CN. First off let me start by saying 5 stars for their food selection, taste and amount each person received and presentation. The food was hot and fresh and there were so many selections to choose from. We were given a tasting which offered a ton of different foods to try with hundreds of items to choose from. when deciding the actual menu. The wait staff during the wedding were very polite and professional and no one had to wait for anything. The buffet line was run so smoothly and went so quick that guest couldn't believe it. The tables were set very nice and professionally and looked beautiful. The 4 stars comes from a few things---if you want liquor, you can provide it, HOWEVER, anything extra in your drinks from what is generally provided (certain juices, mixers, fruit etc.) you have to buy through them for a huge upcharge on what you can go find and buy yourself. The bartenders opened every single case of beer and some alcohol that was not used at all to where we could not return any of it. My suggestions would be, don't break open any packaging unless it's time to use the item. CN has the market on up lighting, linens, chargers, photo booths, greenery walls, confetti canons, and many other items. If you want any of these for your reception, you cannot resource any of these items cheaper from any other vendors. You HAVE to use and purchase through CN-felt like the pricing was a little high for some of this. Communication with staff during the planning process was very good.

• There are no words…to describe how CN Catering is essentially unmatched in their craft. Food is a HUGE deal, folks…huge. We were looking for the perfect caterer for our wedding and this was the one vendor I was going to be PICKY about given I am such a foodie. We knew we wanted a plated meal for the right ambiance and CN knocked it out of the park. Anyone planning a wedding needs to be realistic about the true costs associated with having such an event - especially a plated meal. It will likely be the most expensive ticket item for your wedding day - and for good reason! Do your research, take a deep breath, and set a realistic price point for your fabulous wedding meal. CN is reasonable and worth every single penny. To start off - we went to a public tasting event for CN Catering to really get a proper snapshot of what all they have to offer. We not only got to see how great the food looked and tasted, but we got to see true presentation, service, and how much they pay attention to detail. We had some favourites from the tasting and decided it was time to do a private tasting. We got to curate our menu and taste every single item - everything was SO good and we got to make tweaks here and there to each item. CN was incredibly receptive and paid attention to each note when it came to the final product. Andrew was a dream to work with throughout the entire process and was readily available if we had any questions come up! While we didn't do a drinks package (bought our own from Spec's), we did add on various rentals, a dance floor, and an elevated mixers package so that we could have a really nice open bar. I probably messaged back with Andrew 10-12 times with questions regarding my liquor order from Spec's and he provided such great guidance on how much we should order. I didn't even get to taste test their cocktail mixes before the wedding (we could have - I just didn't bother) - but I can tell you I was SHOOK on the presentation. The espresso martinis even had a chocolate swirl pattern inside the martini glasses! The French 75s had a perfect lemon twist rind on top - these details may not matter to many, but I am a person who lives and thrives in the detail and they nailed it. We even had a bit of a difficult plate rental that had scalloped edges so the plate covers couldn't perfectly lock - and the CN team handled it with such finesse and no plates were dropped! Not even a bobble. We missed our entire cocktail hour since we were taking pictures, and CN was nice enough to curate an entire tray of fresh appetizers for my husband and I to munch on during our plated meal. SO SWEET! For anyone wondering what we got - we did the pear crostini, the meatball, the honey walnut shrimp, and the tortellini skewer for appetizers. All are incredible - but I will say the honey walnut shrimp blew everyone out of the water. It tends to be commented on the most in reviews with CN catering and there is a REASON for that (it is that good). For our plated meals - we offered the Dallas strip steak medallions with the mushroom peppercorn sauce, a creamy tomato basil sauce smothered on seared chicken breast, and an eggplant parmesan for our vegetarians. All options came with the same sides - broccolini, yukon gold mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls. EVERYONE was happy. I nit picked all three dishes at our head table to spot check flavour and each one was perfection. To finish the night, we had their classic gyoza dumplings and it was the perfect snack while killing it on the dance floor. THANK YOU CN CATERING for playing such a crucial role on our big day! We will cherish the memories (and GOOD food) forever.

Michael at CN Catering is a gem. He was so helpful throughout the whole process. Quick to respond and answer all our questions. Michael and the team were amazing, and the food was fantastic. We got so many compliments on the food at our wedding. Even from my picky aunt! I would absolutely recommend them!!

Working with CN during the process of planning my daughter's wedding was great. They are very organized and knowledgeable and helped us make the process of selecting a caterer and menu options very easy. On the day of the wedding, execution was perfect. CN Catering catered my daughter's wedding as required, at their downtown Fort Worth venue, Century Hall, January 4, 2024. We were very pleased with the entire process. Our representative, Jarrah, was attentive and responsive. She was very helpful and knowledgable when it came to choosing our linens and food choices. For the reception, we chose three stations; tomato soup and grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese martinis, and chicken fried chicken and buttermilk biscuit sliders, all delicious. The macaroni and cheese was probably the best I have ever tasted! We received many compliments on the food, but also the station process itself. There were no lines at our 160 guest event, and I was very impressed with the appearance of the stations. Service began quickly after the ceremony, before the bride and room arrived, as requested. No sitting around waiting. There seemed to be servers everywhere, and it was so nice to have them cut and serve the bride and grooms cake. CN Catering met and surpassed my expectations. and I enthusiastically recommend them.

They did a wonderful job at our wedding (the food was delicious and the service was very attentive), and they also were extremely detail detail oriented and helpful leading up to our big day (helping us pick our colors and what foods worked best for our guests).

Our wedding was at the Montclair and CN catering provided our food/bar service. They were amazing, the event was smooth and successful. Allison was the catering and venue coordinator and she was INCREDIBLE. She took care of all the tiny details, was accessible to me when I had questions about the planning process, and was so knowledgeable. I would recommend Allison and CN catering to anyone!

CN Catering was an extremely convenient vendor, and the food ended up being truly spectacular. CN Catering includes food, linens, and tableware, along with lots of additional options for the reception - and it was incredible to have one contact for all of those items! We did not enjoy their quarterly group tasting, but after a private tasting with our preferred menu, everything went smoothly. We can highly recommend the uplighting, confetti canons, and late-night donuts!

CN Catering was so good!! We did a Buffett and had tomatillo chicken, beef short rib, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The cocktail appetizers were the brisket Mac and cheese, crab wontons and crispy chicken. We also had the donut holes and honey butter chicken biscuit as a light night snack. All the waiters/waitresses/bartenders were so nice and lovely to work with!

Wow! The food was amazing. We had such a great night and the staff was fantastic. Our guests could not stop talking about the hours d'oeuvres! My 10 year old daughter could not get enough of the lobster rolls!

Andrew and Jarrah at CN were amazing to work with throughout the process of planning our wedding. I can't begin to count how many revisions of the menu we went through but they were always so responsive and gave us all the information we needed. At our last meeting Jarrah was so easy to work with and helped to make sure we got the tablescape look we wanted while still staying in our budget. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and we are still getting comments from our guests about how much they loved the food and that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Seriously can not thank CN Catering enough for the amazing job they did!!

The meal was above and beyond anything I've had from other caterers! I am singing their praises!! From the start, they always responded to questions quickly and was on top of it all - anticipated our needs and provided suggestions before we even had thought about needed details. The food and service was over the top - there is no need to go anywhere else! Absolutely the meal was memorable - the best! Eeven afterwards I heard the compliments - "The food was so good!" Never hear that at other large gatherings! THANK YOU to CN Catering to make our day so special.

There are an unbelievable number of options to pick from, and I love that we were able to also coordinate many of our rentals through them as well. Our experience with CN was so great! We got married at The Century Hall and worked with Amber and Jarrah at CN. They both made everything so easy. We live in San Antonio, but the two made long distance planning so easy on us. Amber even went above and beyond by sending me photos of linens/table arrangements to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it! Everything from the appetizers, dinner, drinks and bartenders were amazing and our guests loved every moment!

Everything was excellent! The team I worked with through planning was very responsive and so helpful. All of the staff on wedding day was so nice! They were sure to bring the wedding party drinks and hors d'oeuvres because we were taking photos during cocktail hour- which was awesome, we were starving! The food, amazing. I think we got more compliments on the food than anything else at the wedding! Even our infamously picky friends loved it all!! CN provided everything meal and bar related for our wedding, which made everything so much easier! They came in with everything and took everything with them when they left! Definitely recommend, especially if your venue is completely open vendor!

Our experience with CN Catering was phenomenal. The two sales Representatives that we worked with were Amber and Jarrah - they both went above and beyond and were very flexible with our requests. In regard to the food and service at the wedding, it was magnificent. We had a multitude of people reach out to us afterwards that complimented the food and asked who we had used. Our planner recommended CN Catering and I’m so glad that she did! Our experience with CN and Andrew in particular was such a great experience. We did a private tasting at first and tasted 3 meals, multiple salads, apps and sides and it was amazing! We then did a group tasting closer to our event to make sure we were 100% confident in our choices and see if we wanted to add anything. The group tasting was great because we were also able to see their rentals in action as well as their photobooth options, which was super helpful. We ended up using their photobooth as well as their linens, flatware, glassware and plates and our big day was everything we had hoped for. We also elected to have the bar package from CN and would recommend to anyone wanting to have professionals handling the alcohol! Everyone loved the food on our big day and we even had friends tell us they tried to recreate some of the dishes afterwards because they couldn’t stop thinking about our food! If you have the chance to work with CN, take it! Special shout out to Andrew specifically for answering all our questions, accommodating last minute changes and generally being a really cool dude! We are so grateful we got to work with you for our big day!

Excellent! As the mother of the bride, I was highly impressed with Amber Coker who we worked with for almost a year planning and implementing my daughter's wedding at the McKinney Cotton Mill. The food was wonderful and we are still receiving compliments. The tablecloths, napkins, chargers, and flatware were all planned and made for a beautiful reception area. We also booked the dance floor which was a wonderful addition. The additional lighting and photo booth were enjoyed by everyone. We also added a coffee bar which we received many compliments on too! Top notch service was provided for our guests for our plated seated dinner by the CN staff. Definitely would work with Amber again as she made our dreams come true!

CN Catering did our reception at The Century Hall. The food and special requests were done very well. The only thing was, most of the wedding party missed out on the appetizers during the pictures. I was able to get what was left over to share with a few of them when I asked about it. Amber did a great job with planning and being there for any questions on the day. I wished the ladies who were on the floor spoke English, they couldn’t answer simple questions.

I was nervous about having to be tied down to a specific catering company based on the wedding venue we chose but CN far exceeded my expectations! They are a one stop shop with high quality food, linens, tableware, etc which is exactly what we were looking for. Amber Coker has gone above and beyond to fit our wedding needs, especially with my over the top mother who I love dearly but is admittedly hard to please! Make sure to take advantage of the food tasting experience. It was so much fun and the food was amazing! We are so excited for our wedding in two months!!
