letely manageable — even enjoyable. Funny enough, we actually met Chelsey while touring a venue we didn’t end up booking. But we were so impressed by her during that one meeting that we knew we wanted her involved in our wedding, no matter where it was. That says everything about the impact she made on us. Chelsey is the perfect combination of chill and on top of everything. She made our timeline, coordinated with vendors, answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!), and just quietly got everything done. We never had to worry. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, she was truly a lifesaver. Everything ran so smoothly — not just because of luck, but because Chelsey had it all handled. We were able to fully enjoy our day without stressing over details, and that peace of mind was everything. Our families and friends even commented on how relaxed we seemed, and it was 100% thanks to her. She’s not someone who demands attention or makes it about her — she’s behind the scenes, making magic happen. And she does it with a smile and such calm energy.
