You will NOT find anyone better than Chelsey! She made our wedding day everything we wanted it to be and more. Her communication, reliability, and knowledge makes her second to none. We booked her for a December wedding and ended up having to postpone our day for some health reasons I ran into. Chelsey never skipped a beat and was an absolute essential part in helping us get rebooked with all of our vendors. She made what was an unfortunate and stressful situation run as smoothly as possible and took such a load off of me and my husband. She was available for every call, text, email, problem, and never made us feel like a burden. When it came to our actual wedding day, Chelsey absolutely RAN the show! I was able to fully enjoy my day with my family and bridesmaids as Chelsey took care of everything that needed to be taken care of. She managed vendors, managed family, made sure our venue looked BEAUTIFUL, and all I had to do was walk down the aisle! We could not have done our day without her. I have over 12 years of experience in the wedding industry. Starting out as a young server for a catering company, bartending at special events, sales manager for a high-end wedding venue, getting ordained, and now finally running my own small company! friend who was using her currently and had nothing but great things to say. We did the day of coordination + vender relations + had her stay until the end of the night. With vendor relations, she was always offering to contact any of my vendors when I had trouble getting a hold of some of them a month out from the wedding. The rehearsal can always be kind of chaotic, but she remained calm, organized and ready to make any changes at the drop of the fly if need be to prepare for the big day following. She never made me feel like any of my choices/decisions weren't going to be great -- but gave her kind opinion based on previous experience. She was easy to get a hold of and always willing to talk through any questions/concerns throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding from both me and my mom. e brought to our attention details that would have never crossed my mind. She went above and beyond for us the week of our wedding. She communicated with all our vendors two weeks out so myself and my family didn’t have to answer last minute questions. She was more than happy to jump in to help the day of with anything we needed from lighting candles, to helping with the buffet, and she even took videos of our dances which are cherished since we didn’t have a videographer. She even helped make us a bar sign two days prior to our wedding. She eliminated so many stressors and put out little fires I’m sure we don’t even know about.
