ally naturals! Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail really stood out throughout the entire process.
Cole was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer my messages. I had a million questions along the way, and he never once made me feel like a bother.
On the day of the wedding, everything felt relaxed and fun, yet incredibly well-organized. Cole and Ashley had a great eye for lighting, angles, and candid moments, capturing both the big highlights and the small, meaningful details we might have otherwise missed. Our guests also loved the live portrait photobooth.
When we received our photos, we were blown away. We got married March 14th and already getting our wedding book and canvas in the mail in May.
We couldn’t recommend CNK more highly—if you’re looking for someone talented, reliable, and easy to work with, you won’t be disappointed!

ed everything from my contract. I’ve sent countless emails, texts and Instagram messages (this was the only one I received an answer to) and have still not received the photo book and canvas that I paid for. Don’t book them if you don’t want your contract honored.

ys and literally dozens of (mostly unanswered) messages to the owner to receive everything we paid for. He literally did not respond to me for months, and at one point when he finally did get in touch, he had me confused with another client. It was extremely frustrating and time consuming to track him down, and he did not apologize for or even acknowledge the delays.

he package we got, we got the an engagement photo shoot, our full wedding all day with two photographers and three canvases, usb flash drive and a photo album. Our wedding was in the beginning of June. We had our engagement shoot with Jackie, who was amazing and we recommend her 1000% percent. On our wedding day we had Jackie again and Shannon. These two were amazing, I recommend them to everyone!!! They shielded us from protests going on downtown on our wedding day and everything. They got so many unique photos and took our requests with ease. Jackie got us a few photos that same night so we could post on socials to announce and celebrate, amazing service! Photos took about four weeks, typical, nothing to stress about, they took thousands that night. Now comes the sucky part, post wedding. We have been emailing and calling CNK and Cole to see where our album and canvases are. We haven't heard from anyone at CNK since August 6th in which they said they were waiting for proofs. Come to find out, so many others have been scammed the same way by CNK not responding or providing updates. I hope someone at CNK see this and decides to reach out to make this right. We understand if nothing is printed yet, we just want a status update on things we have paid for. I will edit this post to potentially give CNK more stars in the future just because of how wonderful Jackie and Shannon were for our wedding.

It took over a year and a half to get the album and canvas (which we paid for in our contract) despite sending several emails monthly asking for updates. Most emails went left unanswered. We still have not received our USB. Unfortunately we will not be using them for future events.

to no contact. We have received all our digitals, but everything else promised in the package (usb, canvases, and album) have not been received. Now, we have not selected the photos for our album yet, so I’m slacking on that front, but we selected our photos for our canvases and have asked for the USB for over a month now and have had no luck getting in contact with them. At this point I don’t even care about the album and might just do that myself, but I don’t want to have to pay another company when I’ve already paid CNK! We have tried emailing once a week, texting and calling, but no luck. Their office phone number and Cole’s number goes straight to voicemail. After reading several other reviews, it appears that this is a common occurrence. I don’t want to be a Bridezilla, but no contact is inexcusable. Maybe leaving reviews will finally get their attention. Considering legal action. Do not use unless you only care about the digitals.

We have tried to call, emailed, and contact through text with only a text weeks later. The response through text said proofs would be sent the next morning, a week later and we still have not received anything. CNK Photography does not respond to any forms of contact and is not reliable.

e from the wildfires that would have ruined our photos. He wanted to make sure we were getting the best possible engagement photos and it was worth the wait! Cole and Jackie were with us on our wedding day and kept everything moving so smoothly, capturing all of the shots we wanted and then some! Everything went so smoothly that we were able to maximize our time at cocktail hour, which is what we wanted! We received preview photos within 48 hours and I am already in love with these photos. They're amazing quality and truly captured every emotion from the day. While we received our wedding gallery in an extremely timely fashion (faster than I anticipated to be honest), my husband and I have been extremely disappointed in the communication and turnaround time of receiving the other products we paid for in our contract. It was been 16 months since we selected the photos for our album and canvas and 12 months since we were told a proof was in the works. There has been no communication on a time frame for these products. There was also no response to an email sent almost 3 months ago simply requesting an update on anticipated timeframe. While the team is absolutely wonderful to work with in person, on the day of the event…it’s been frustrating thereafter trying to receive the rest of our products that have already been paid for.

y wedding album 13 months after my wedding, I didn't even have it to look at on my one year anniversary. I still have not received the Canvas or USB that is a part of the package I purchased. I have emailed Cole numerous times regarding these items and he has only responded three times in the last year. Two of the times he said the items shipped that day and yet we still do not have them. I attached copies of my emails to show I was not rude or a "Bridezilla" even after not receiving the items. We paid Cole( in full well before the wedding) we tipped Cole and the 2nd photographer, and we remained polite throughout this entire experience. I do not like leaving bad reviews but at this point I don't know what else to do. I wish we went with a different photographer.

portfolios, we chose to go with Cole for our big day and are very happy with our choice. My husband and I are both proud Penn State alumni and Cole had suggested that we travel to Happy Valley for our engagement photos. I am SO happy he did! There couldn't have been a more perfect location. We love looking through our engagement photos and reminiscing about our time at PSU. We are also very pleased with our wedding photos. Our digital photos became available about 4 months after our wedding day. The wedding album is beautiful and great quality. We will also be proudly displaying our canvas in our new home. My only two critiques is that it took 10 months to receive our album, canvas, and USB and communication could have been better after the wedding. I would have appreciated updates on the status of our products. At times I had to send multiple messages in order to get an answer. I do understand that COVID has thrown everyone for a loop and made things slower and sometimes more difficult but I feel there could have been some improvement in these areas for the future. Overall, we are very happy with CNK Photography and would recommend their services.

engagement photos he let us drag him into NYC in the middle of January. It was freezing but he kept us focused and got amazing shots. Our wedding day was no exception from this experience, Cole helped steer the ship in ways I didn't even expect. My big ask was that we get all formal shots done between the first look and ceremony and he did exactly that! We already have our preview and we are so excited to the rest because we love every photo so far! Could not recommend Cole more!

We already received almost 150 pictures just a few days after the wedding that everyone has loved so far. We cannot be happier with our choice to go with CNK.
