Coa Catering

Coa Catering provided amazing hors d'oeuvres for one of my events (not a wedding). The food was creative, visually stunning, and full of flavor. My guests had some dietary restrictions which Chef Ted had no problem accommodating. The vegan appetizers were delicious and my guests were thrilled. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Given the creativity and flavor of the dishes and the service - I would used them again in heartbeat for any event!! HIGHLY recommend!

My wife and I spent many hours researching and reviewing proposals from different caterers, and we are so happy that we ended up choosing COA Catering for our wedding! COA's pricing was very transparent and reasonable in comparison to some of the bigger name caterers we worked with early on in the process, and in hindsight my wife and I feel as though it was the best option we could have chosen given how amazing our wedding was, and how supportive and positive Ted was throughout the planning process. Ted Torres, the chef and owner, was an amazing resource in helping us envision how our wedding would play out, and went above and beyond with his team to ensure that the experience was perfect for us and our guests. In the communication leading up to the event, Ted would always make time to answer our questions, speak or meet with us in person, and after each conversation made us feel great about our decision to use COA given his thoughtfulness and expertise. On the day of our wedding, the staff was very professional and kind, and took great care of us and our guests. We chose a venue that had never hosted a wedding before, so Ted and his team played an integral part in executing our unique vision. There were never any lines at the bars, the hors d'oeurves were a HUGE hit, and the whole evening felt very classy. The set up and clean up was seamless as COA paid attention to all of the little details. The bartenders executed our signature drinks with great care and expertise as well. The most important aspect was that my wife and I did not need to worry at all on the day of the event as things were going great, the service was excellent, and everyone was happy! We both HIGHLY recommend choosing COA catering!
