I worked with Coachman Luxury Transportation to shuttle guests to and from a hotel to our wedding. Vinnie, who guided us in the booking process, couldn’t have been more helpful or kind. He walked us through the entire process and gave honest advice to ensure the best experience for our guests. And I must say, after gathering many quotes, Coachman was by far the most reasonable. But the service and quality of the bus were top notch. The driver expertly navigated busy Brooklyn streets and made our guests feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Coachman Luxury Transportation!

I was hesitant to book with Coachman, simply as they are a name I do not hear often. However waiting until a few months before the wedding we were in a bind and Coachman provided the lowest quote. Day of our weeding, we had Thomas as our driver. We had ZERO negative complaints. He was on time, nice, played music, helpful. I'm glad we booked.

We hired a coach bus for our son's wedding on June 18th. I was dealing with Zesean and he was very professional and courteous. Our route involved Long Island & Manhattan and he worked with us on the various stops for pickup and drop-off and there were absolutely no problems. Everything went very smoothly and our guests were more than happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them for any event you may have.

Great company to work with. Arrived to the pick up location early. Buses were clean and drivers were friendly. They accommodated all of our requests. They also provide you with a tracker so you can see where your buses are prior to pick up.

Easy to communicate with; we changed the schedules a couple times and they made the changes quickly and confirmed back. Buses were clean, modern and comfortable.

We initially chose Coachman because they had very competitive pricing compared to other transportation vendors on Long Island. Not only were they priced right, but they were easy to work with through a postponement, multiple pickup and dropoff points and multiple vehicles. Coachman used two buses to transport our wedding guests to and from two different hotels and afterparties flawlessly without ever needing me to answer a question. Everyone also mentioned the drivers being super friendly. Thanks to everyone at Coachman!

My husband and I were married at Pellegrini Vineyards on September 1, 2019. We hired Coachman for a “shuttle” type of service to transport our guests from the nearby hotel to our venue. Incidentally, the vehicle was used to transport myself and my bridesmaids from the hotel where we were getting ready to the venue as well. Our driver was very friendly and nice, and we had no issues with anything. The office also was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Coachman for any of your transportation needs!

My sister recently got married and used Coachman for her transportation. She had two coach buses and put me in charge of coordinating. The evening was perfect. The drivers were professional and friendly. They shuttled the guests to and from the venue without a problem. They even made an extra shuttle for people who came out late. I will be using them for my wedding next fall. The service was that good. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I recently used coachman for our wedding in October. We did do some shopping around, but I’m so glad we decided to use coachman. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest they were fairly priced. Their buses were absolutely beautiful. We Use their mini bus it was beautiful. So clean and I’m happy I used it instead of a party bus. For my guest we used a large coach bus. She kept in touch with me throughout the entire process which was very helpful because I got wrapped up in so many other things. Overall I have to say coachman really made my wedding special. And I recommend them to every and any one. I will be using them again in August for my family reunion.

I’m so happy we decided to use Coachman for our wedding. From start to finish they we’re absolutely wonderful. Im a teacher so it was very difficult finding the time to plan my wedding. CC understood this and was so dedicated to making sure everything would go right. She kept in touch with me DAILY. Left voicemails if I couldn’t answer. Emailed me everyday just to make sure things would go right. Really stayed in top of every detail. The bus was so nice & clean. The driver was an angel. He was so sweet to all my family. He was even 20 minutes early! I’d recommend Coachman to ANY & EVERYONE. I’m also using them for upcoming field trips for my students in May to six flags. They’re prices are reasonable and worth every cent. I wish I could think of a con to share but they exceeded my expectations. Coachman for the win 😊

I recently got married at the Jericho Terrace, and Coachman Luxury came highly recommended to me by friends. I didn't realize the importance of transportation when planning a wedding because I was so focused on my venue, food, guest list, my dress, bridal party, and other areas involved with wedding planning. However, now I know the importance of having reliable transportation. I had many guests that were staying in nearby hotels, and I rented shuttle buses from Coachman to transfer my guests from the hotel to the venue and than back at the end of the wedding. The buses were clean, well kept and the drivers were amazing. The driver shuttled back and fourth several times to make sure that all of the guests were where they needed to be. He arrived early which was a huge PLUS. I would recommend these to every single bride. As brides, we have so much on our plate and Coachman made my wedding planning a little bit easier. I did not have to worry about safe transportation for my guests.

I recently contracted with Coachman for my wedding. Let me start by saying the process was seamless. I dealt with Kim in the office. She was very friendly and accommodating. We used a coach bus and a shuttle bus to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. The buses were beautiful. The drivers, Steve and Jean were wonderful. They helped everyone on and off the bus and were extremely friendly to our guests. They had our itinerary and followed it to the "T". The service was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

This is the official wedding company for transportation!!! I was referred by our venue and was given 2 other companies as well. Let me say, Frank in the office is amazing! I explained that I would need to use multiple coach buses being I had such a large family coming in from all over the island. He reassured me of the time line and all of the millions of questions I had were all answered. To top it off, the prices were considerable and not over the top as some of the other local companies here are. On 7/06 , Johanny, my driver truly gave my entire wedding party a superb experience. He treated everyone like royalty. Specifically, my grandmother is handicapped, he truly took the time to help get her on and off and made sure we got to our destination safely. The coach bus was beautiful, the driver was exceptional and the staff was professional , I couldn't of asked for a better wedding day! I have and will continue to refer anyone getting married to book their transportation through Coachman Luxury Transport.

DON’T USE THEM! I use them for my wedding and almost nothing went as planned. The party bus to my house was 20 minutes late because the driver was given the wrong address. Therefore, the mass started late. We were told the party bus included champagne, water, ice, cups and napkins. NONE of those things were on the bus. So here I am, I’m married and I have no champagne to celebrate with, the people who didn’t drink beer that we brought on the bus had nothing to drink since there was no water and we had no ice to keep the beer cold. As if that wasn’t bad enough, after the church, the driver of the van we hired to take some people to the catering hall wanted to talk to me. Turns out they were was misinformation all over the place and I had to wait for drivers to call the company. Then when we got on the bus, one of the handicap polls near the roof was hanging from the ward. I asked the bus driver if he would please fix it before somebody got hit and he told me he doesn’t have any tools on him. The hanging lead to some noise of the speakers, which absolutely SUCKED to begin with. Lastly, we hired a coach bus to take people who lived in Queens to and from the catering hall. Before the ride home, the bus driver said he wasn’t sure he would make it because the service engine light was on. That’s comforting to know when you’re relying on these people take you home after a long night. I called the company and they credited me $200. Don’t get me wrong, that was nice of them to do but clearly not enough. So yes, this place gets a huge THUMBS DOWN from me and needless to say, I’ll never do business with them again.

Bad planning of time which caused me to have to drive myself to my wedding.

We had a great experience with Coachman for our wedding this past weekend. We booked a 50+ person coach bus for trips between the hotel and the venue. Everyone at Coachman was very nice and helpful. Our driver was also great and easy to reach throughout the day/night. As we live out of state, we booked without ever seeing the bus and just hoped for the best. We were thrilled when we got into the bus at the end of the night and it was so nice! It seemed new! We had a great experience and would certainly use Coachman again in the future.

My sister recently used Coachman and now I plan to also! She had Tge Cadillac Escalade for herself, an awesome party bus for her bridal party, and a Coach bus to shuttle her guests. The driver treated all of us like royalty. I would highly recommend using this experienced and friendly company.

We arranged for Coachman to transport our guests from hotel to church then to our reception. The original manager retired and we got stuck working with a new guy, Vinnie, who was incompetent, unprofessional and rude. About a month before our wedding, I inquired as to having a smaller vehicle transport guests back to their hotels at the end of the night. The manager erroneously emailed me back (meaning to email the owner) stating "Only additional bus I could give her is limobus...shes looking to pay less than $1200.00, and im sure we can get out for more... ". He never apologized and the owner never took my calls. I never understood why they would not just be upfront with me and tell me that they did not have a smaller vehicle. I was also charged $75 after the wedding on my credit card and no one could explain what it was for. One person said it was for the 'waiting' time for the limo that took me to the church, one person said it was an 'overtime' charge for the end of the night. None of their responses made any sense. The owner's response to me was 'It’s fine. It’s just $75. We felt it as fair based on the overtime, but if you feel the need to dispute then I won’t make a big deal of it.' However, she NEVER removed the charge from my credit card. We fought with them for weeks and I was never credited the $75. This company was the only vendor on Long Island that I had an issue with, they were AWFUL and unprofessional. I spent my entire wedding planning process trying to straighten out what they were charging me for and no one there could get the pickup/drop off times correct. I had to use a different limo company to drop off my guests to their hotels at the end of the night and they were cheaper and more efficient. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The management is worthless, inefficient and just looking to rip you off!

Do not use this limo company especially for your wedding! We used them on our wedding day and our driver literally left on the side of the road during our pictures with no transportation to our reception hall! We actually had to hitchhike a ride to our venue! Do NOT use this company!!!

Coachman offered us a great price and when we looked at their limos a their site, they looked better than some other companies we had seen. However, the limos we received were outdated and did not have good air conditioning. However, their prices were unbeatable, their drivers were polite and all limos were on time or early for their arrivals.

The limo was on time picking us up and the driver was friendly helping all the girls into the limo and making sure we didn't get wet from the rain; however he took the wrong way to the church twice (he dropped the girls off then went to get the guys) making the trip twice as long as it should be, and then didn't listen to my husband on the way to the reception and got us stuck in a parking lot for fifteen minutes because he couldn't back out. Because of this, I was late for my cocktail hour which was really upsetting to me, especially since I cut my pictures short just to make sure I was there to experience everything at the reception. The shuttle bus was nice and very convenient, but again the driver was not the best. My guests complained about his driving saying he was "all over the road." They also picked us up for our trip to the airport for our honeymoon for free (which was great), but again, our driver drove way too aggressively, speeding so much that my husband's coffee in the cup holder fell out and spilled on the floor. Dealing with Nick was great. He always got back to us right away and everything went smoothly;however I can't say the same for the drivers.

They are prompt and professional. They worked with us to accommodate our guest for the wedding. We had party buses which everyone enjoyed. Great customer service.

A++ Frank was the best. Super helpful and super nice. You can't beat the prices anywhere around here (and I went to ALL of the places around...got 25 quotes). Frank worked with us because we ordered 2 Setra Coach Buses and two white stretch limos (one 14 passenger and one 10 passenger). They came with champagne and friendly drivers. They were early and professional. I HIGHLY recommend.

We used a Coach bus and an Escalade limo, and they were true to their word. No face to face bookings, its all done over the phone. Afforadle!!!

The two drivers I had for my wedding day were amazing! They were professional, prompt, and on point. They were easy to get along with and put everyone at ease (a lot of us were a little nervous and anxious before the wedding started). They helped out to make sure everyone looked good (they helped fix the groomsmens' ties), made sure the bride's dress was always flowing, and helped coordinated the wedding party at the beginning of the ceremony. was very happy with the day of services. the services received over the phone when i was booking them made me a little nervous about using this vendor, but i was extremely pleased in the end.

We rented a bus to take our guests to/from wedding/reception and it was the best idea we could of had! Everyone raved about what a great time the wedding AND the bus ride was :) Brand new, very clean bus they sent us, worth the money to rent! Only issue we had was the driver didn't follow the original directions and it took them 30 minutes longer than expected to get to the wedding.

This company was very difficult to get in touch with and kept changing everything. I origonally spoke to them in January and it took them 3 months to get back to me. I then emailed them a list of times and places to be (it took me talking to 4 different people) and they still asked me 4 different times.

We had a limo bus and it was wonderful, the whole wedding party and parents were on. We also rented buses for our guests from the Church to the Brooklyn Botannical Gardens and back to two hotels Wonderful service
