ng because I was so focused on my venue, food, guest list, my dress, bridal party, and other areas involved with wedding planning. However, now I know the importance of having reliable transportation. I had many guests that were staying in nearby hotels, and I rented shuttle buses from Coachman to transfer my guests from the hotel to the venue and than back at the end of the wedding. The buses were clean, well kept and the drivers were amazing. The driver shuttled back and fourth several times to make sure that all of the guests were where they needed to be. He arrived early which was a huge PLUS. I would recommend these to every single bride. As brides, we have so much on our plate and Coachman made my wedding planning a little bit easier. I did not have to worry about safe transportation for my guests.

To top it off, the prices were considerable and not over the top as some of the other local companies here are. On 7/06 , Johanny, my driver truly gave my entire wedding party a superb experience. He treated everyone like royalty. Specifically, my grandmother is handicapped, he truly took the time to help get her on and off and made sure we got to our destination safely. The coach bus was beautiful, the driver was exceptional and the staff was professional , I couldn't of asked for a better wedding day! I have and will continue to refer anyone getting married to book their transportation through Coachman Luxury Transport.

fore, the mass started late. We were told the party bus included champagne, water, ice, cups and napkins. NONE of those things were on the bus. So here I am, I’m married and I have no champagne to celebrate with, the people who didn’t drink beer that we brought on the bus had nothing to drink since there was no water and we had no ice to keep the beer cold. As if that wasn’t bad enough, after the church, the driver of the van we hired to take some people to the catering hall wanted to talk to me. Turns out they were was misinformation all over the place and I had to wait for drivers to call the company. Then when we got on the bus, one of the handicap polls near the roof was hanging from the ward. I asked the bus driver if he would please fix it before somebody got hit and he told me he doesn’t have any tools on him. The hanging lead to some noise of the speakers, which absolutely SUCKED to begin with. Lastly, we hired a coach bus to take people who lived in Queens to and from the catering hall. Before the ride home, the bus driver said he wasn’t sure he would make it because the service engine light was on. That’s comforting to know when you’re relying on these people take you home after a long night. I called the company and they credited me $200. Don’t get me wrong, that was nice of them to do but clearly not enough. So yes, this place gets a huge THUMBS DOWN from me and needless to say, I’ll never do business with them again.

We were thrilled when we got into the bus at the end of the night and it was so nice! It seemed new! We had a great experience and would certainly use Coachman again in the future.

incompetent, unprofessional and rude. About a month before our wedding, I inquired as to having a smaller vehicle transport guests back to their hotels at the end of the night. The manager erroneously emailed me back (meaning to email the owner) stating "Only additional bus I could give her is limobus...shes looking to pay less than $1200.00, and im sure we can get out for more... ". He never apologized and the owner never took my calls. I never understood why they would not just be upfront with me and tell me that they did not have a smaller vehicle. I was also charged $75 after the wedding on my credit card and no one could explain what it was for. One person said it was for the 'waiting' time for the limo that took me to the church, one person said it was an 'overtime' charge for the end of the night. None of their responses made any sense. The owner's response to me was 'It’s fine. It’s just $75. We felt it as fair based on the overtime, but if you feel the need to dispute then I won’t make a big deal of it.' However, she NEVER removed the charge from my credit card. We fought with them for weeks and I was never credited the $75. This company was the only vendor on Long Island that I had an issue with, they were AWFUL and unprofessional. I spent my entire wedding planning process trying to straighten out what they were charging me for and no one there could get the pickup/drop off times correct. I had to use a different limo company to drop off my guests to their hotels at the end of the night and they were cheaper and more efficient. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The management is worthless, inefficient and just looking to rip you off!

The shuttle bus was nice and very convenient, but again the driver was not the best. My guests complained about his driving saying he was "all over the road." They also picked us up for our trip to the airport for our honeymoon for free (which was great), but again, our driver drove way too aggressively, speeding so much that my husband's coffee in the cup holder fell out and spilled on the floor. Dealing with Nick was great. He always got back to us right away and everything went smoothly;however I can't say the same for the drivers.
