Athena and her team were simply amazing. During the process, she was available, handy, and helpful every time I needed her. The day of is where I really saw her SHINE! To see her be only about me (the bride) was what I truly appreciated---she was outstanding. Things happen on wedding days and with the little hiccups that I had out of my control, Athena was on it. I felt represented, protected, and catered to by her and her team. Anyone would be lucky to have her for planning and design. My decor was exactly what I envisioned! She ensured satisfaction and I just am so still thankful for her.

I don’t even know where to begin but go ahead and book coalesce creations NOW! I met Athena & her husband at a bridal show that I attended! We just went for fun as our wedding was still pretty far out and we had most vendors booked! My sister pointed out their booth and said “she looks like she could give you what you’re wanting” and she was absolutely correct! I loved Athena from our very first meet & so did my husband! We had no doubt in our mind that she would deliver the vision I had been desperately trying to explain! It’s like she opened up my brain and took all my ideas and brought them to life! I had a magazine worthy wedding that people are still raving about! I’ve attached three pictures of how absolutely beautiful it was but I thought about attaching the entire gallery! Athena and her team gave us everything we wanted and more! Her care for her couples is something that meant so much to me through the process, she took so much time to understand who we are and what we wanted! We had some snags on our wedding day but I don’t remember worrying ONCE because she handled all of it (all while not being as mobile due to an injury) but she still got it done! I had the wedding of my DREAMS due thanks to her and her team and I will forever be so thankful to coalesce creations for that!

Our wedding was in December of 2020. The year of the pandemic and a year of constant changes. To say planning a wedding during this time was overwhelming is an understatement and then I met Athena and her team. My wedding angels. Athen and her team took my covid wedding planning stress and turned my wedding planning experience into such a JOY! In such unsure times, Athena always made me feel like the most special bride in the world and that COVID was NOT gonna ruin our big day. Every stage of the planning process was so fun! Athena and her team are very hands-on and SO organized!! With immediate responses to my 1000 questions, keeping my spirits up, and making my big day everything I had dreamed of and more. I would recommend Athena and her team every time!

There were red flags before the wedding- Athena stood us up on venue walk thru appointment, had to contact assistant only because Athena would not respond on their communication platform for weeks, had to remind Athena to schedule meetings to go over details a week before the wedding. During the wedding, Athena came up to bride and groom on 3 occasions to tell us issues going on. Didn’t correct the musician, who played the wrong first song. I was 20 minutes late to my ceremony because Athena left me without any means of communication in the bridal suite and told me to wait (had to send a venue staff to ask her what was the hold up). Didn’t ensure the photographer pulled us for golden hour photos. She left early saying “I’m not getting paid to clean” to another vendor and left her assistant who didn’t ensure all vendors finished before the venue closed, which cost us our security deposit. Her contract ensures the bride and groom will not lose deposit for this specific situation (vendors leaving on time). She lost rental items from another vendor, which almost cost me that deposit as well but during our honeymoon was able to locate the items and mail them to the vendor. She refused to reimburse the security deposit from having vendors leave late from the venue and alleged she left early because she had allergies. Then had her husband email me that if I tried to request my security deposit he would go after vendors they felt were at fault for not leaving on time. All my vendors worked incredibly hard, I wouldn’t want them to lose income knowing they did their best. I post my review because I would hate for another bride to have this experience. You hire a coordinator to avoid all this stress on an important and expensive day. This coordinator truly disappointed us. Coalesce Creations is not worth the cost and added stress.
