also appears they don’t put the customers first because when we tried getting a refund upon the equipment’s return, they only said they could refund half in cash or full price in store credit.

We had our wedding ceremony on Torrance Beach and after getting quotes from a number of vendors, we found that Coast Party Rentals had the best prices...and they offered a DISCOUNT...
for weddings! You may've been warned not to tell a vendor you're asking for a quote for a wedding because they'll hike the prices, but CPR is not like that.
They showed up to the site early, set up our chairs, table and tent (which is where I hid before the ceremony). The only problem - they had a purple table cloth but I ordered a turquoise one. I'm not the type to let something like that freak me out, but some other brides might've been a little more upset. It still looked great - just the wrong color. After the ceremony, they came back and torn down the site.
My only recommendation would be to call the day before and double check they have your order accurate.
