Owner/Bartender
With over 20+ years of service industry experience and 15 years behind the bar, Charlie brings a deep understanding of hospitality, customer experience and event execution. Charlie is also a skilled woodworker, crafting custom tables, bar and event props. Weather it’s a unique bar set-up or a custom built-in feature, if you have an idea, we can bring it to life.
Ryan McHugh
Owner/Bartender
With 13 years of bartending and more to come Ryan found his passion for hospitality in his home state of New Jersey. Moving to California in 2016, Ryan found himself thrown into the world of craft cocktails and from there a new fire was lit. Doing the occasional off site event, he found providing a more intimate service for clients to be especially fulfilling and so Coastal Drift Collective began to take shape.

An East Coast girl at heart, but I’ve always been drawn to the laid-back vibe of the California coast. With a passion for hospitality, I love connecting with people and creating memorable experiences that make them feel at home.
