We celebrated our wedding last weekend, and Coastal Event Reflections truly exceeded our expectations in every way! As with any service booked primarily through email, there's always a bit of uncertainty, but Charlie, the owner, completely put our minds at ease! From the very beginning, he was incredibly informative, responsive, and made the entire process feel seamless!
We had a slightly unique situation that required Charlie to set up the photobooth after our ceremony, but he handled it like a pro! There was no hesitation on his part, and he made us feel like our request was no trouble at all. His attitude and willingness to accommodate us really stood out!
The photobooth itself was fantastic, with a wide variety of props that our guests absolutely loved. The quality of the pictures was stunning, and our guests were thrilled that they could get printed copies right away, along with the option to have the photos sent straight to their phones. In addition, my Husband and I received a link from Charlie that allowed us to view all the photos taken that night, which we thoroughly enjoyed!
Charlie, thank you SO much for making our special day even more memorable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care, was truly appreciated. 10/10 recommend Coastal Event Reflections for anyone looking to add something extra special to their event!!!

I highly recommend Coastal Event Reflections, LLC. The were easy to work with and very professional. On the day of the event the arrived and were set up early. They have great prompts and the latest equipment to make everyone's experience easy. The staff is very helpful.

A photo booth can add another dimension to a wedding and Coastal Event Reflections did just that. Owner Charlie Torman was great to work with and our guests loved his photo booth. The photos were large (4x6) and there was a large assortment of fun and interesting props. The booth was always in use and at the end of the event I was given a photo book with all the fun pictures taken by our guests. It has been so fun to look at all the fun everyone had.

We met Charles and his team at a wedding showcase at the venue we'd booked, and immediately reached out to make sure they were available for our wedding date. Everyone was kind, professional, patient and helpful. I had a number of questions about the photo book and we took a long time to choose our screen background and border, but Charles just kindly and patiently provided everything we needed. On the day-of, they arrived well ahead of time and set everything up without any issues. They helped us make sure the guests all stopped by to get photos and add them to our photo booth, and they stayed past the scheduled time to make sure everyone was able to participate and nothing else was needed. At the last minute we needed to find pens for the photobook and Charles went out and grabbed some before coming to set-up. We are incredibly happy with both their service and the photos and would definitely recommend them to anyone else interested in a fun photo-booth experience!

Coastal Reflections are Pros!! We loved that they provided a lot of backdrops to choose from and that we could get our pics right away in print and via text! Great momento for our guests for sure! The props for pics were so much fun! I would recommend these guys for your next event for sure.

Wow is all I can say about the Magic Mirror Photo Booth! This is way better than your average snap a picture booth. It's much more and was a huge hit at my wedding reception. Charlie made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and has excellent communication. He makes you feel comfortable with asking anything! Certainly made this more fun and made the process a breeze. I would highly recommend using this company!

We hired Coastal Event Reflections photo booth for our wedding. Charles was professional and super easy to work with. Our guests had a blast with this Photo Booth. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You will not regret it. Also, remind your band / DJ to promote the booth throughout the evening, so folks are encouraged to go to the booth. It’s SO FUN!! 10 outta 10 recommend!

We were guests at a crazy fun wedding this weekend. This Photo Booth was a star attraction. Because you can see your reflection, every photo was amazing. We got a digital copy via text AND a hard copy. I’m sitting here laughing at our amazing photos. From the guest’s perspective, this was so cool!

I am so glad that we decided to go with Coastal Event Reflections on our wedding day. Charlie was incredibly helpful as we were trying to pick out the right designs for us. We didn’t love any of the template options for the photos and we asked if we could design something simple and on theme, and he was happy to accommodate! The photo booth was stocked with fun props that our guests took full advantage of, and I was so happy that we added another element for the guests to enjoy. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

The magic mirror booth was a super addition to my daughters wedding. Charles and his brother were super helpful, patient and fun to work with. You will be not be disappointed if you hire them for your special occasion. It was a big hit with all the guests. Will definitely call them again.

The mirror camera is absolutely awesome and everyone raved about how fun the photo booth was! I absolutely loved the photo book as a guestbook and the availability to immediately text the picture to yourself and get a physical copy! Definitely do yourself the favor and don’t skimp, get this photo booth.

They were great to work with. The best out of all my vendors. Quick responses. They came setup helped everyone out. Lots of choices of things to choices to take a picture with. The mirror is beautiful and easy to use. The employee are nice and helpful. Also the owner was nice about rescheduling do to covid and around great company and we all had lots of fun. Charlie and Coastal Event Reflections were absolutely awesome! The photo booth was a big hit and Charlie was extremely responsive any time I needed to make a change or had a question during the setup process. Our guests loved the interactive touch screen, props, take home photos, and fun! And we looove the book they made for our son and daughter-in-law with each picture pasted on an individual page so that the guests could write their advice and best wishes on their page! If you are debating on Charlie was the best and helped make our wedding day super fun and special! He was SUPER responsive and very accommodating. This was a major attraction at the wedding. I think there was always someone there getting their pictures taken. Couldn’t have been more fun. Everyone took part in getting pictures taken.
This photo booth was unlike any I had seen before. There were plenty of props to choose from and you could fit as many as five people in the shot. He printed off multiple copies and could even send the picture to your phone for future prints. It was a fun way to document such a special day! I highly recommend this service.

He showed up on time. Everything was set up ready to go with lots of fun props. Everyone was excited and loved that we had them there for some extra fun. They loved how they were able to get printouts and messages to their phone to share on their social media sites.

Charlie with Coastal Event Reflections Photo was amazing to work with to say the least. He was in constant communication with us, arrived on time and was so friendly to all of our guests. The photo booth itself was SOOO much fun for our wedding day. Couldn't imagine our reception without it. All of our guests had a blast taking pictures with the enormous amounts of props. The photo booth provides every guest with a copy of their 3 pictures and then even provides a digital copy. After your event, you receive a digital copy of every picture taken that day. It was so fun to look back on and see how much fun was had by all of our guests. 20 out of 10 stars for this vendor.

Working with Coastal Event Reflections and Charlie was an absolute dream. With our wedding falling right in the middle of the pandemic, we had to make a venue change and Charlie made things so easy for us that it was one less thing to worry about. Everything from picking out a backdrop to our home screen was so detail orientated and the process was actually fun to do. The photo booth/mirror was a HIT at our wedding!! Working in sponsor/sports events I’ve seen a lot of photo booths but this by far has been the most fun and interactive. I could not recommend Charlie/Coastal Events more highly to anyone and any bride!

- Charlie is a great professional and will help everyone with a great smile for the greatest picture results.
- the photo booth is very funny and easy to use. Many accessories are available for a great number of combinations.
- Adults and children would have a blast, as did my own two kids and us.
- What I liked is that everyone from the guests, even those who don't like taking pictures would line up and let themselves go and take awesome and funny pictures that are printed immediately.
- the quality of the pictures is great, they are sharp, funny and gorgeous.
- Besides the immediately printed versions, the vendor sends out the raw files.
- I'm from France and I haven't seen this out there but would have really liked such services to exist

The photo booth was soooo much fun and very professional. There was an awesome selection of props, and the quality of the photos I printed was so much better than I expected! I printed some, and text some to myself so I could send to my family and friends (after you take your photo you have the option to print it, text it, or email it). The booth itself and the backdrop looked very nice as well (didn't look cheap).

Coastal Event Reflections had the most unique photobooth I’ve ever seen and everyone at my wedding loved it! He was so accommodating and helpful all throughout the night and I’m so happy we decided to book with them!

Charlie at Coastal Event Reflections is AMAZING!! With two weeks left before the wedding our photo booth company we had a contract with canceled due to going out of business and thank goodness Charlie was available!!
Charlie went above and beyond our expectations compared to the previous company; he created us a custom graphic for the display screen, was flexible with ya opting out of using the backdrop and the prints were super cute!! Not to mention, he custom ordered a photo book for us from Etsy so it was one less thing for us to worry about- amazing service and super responsive.
Everyone LOVED the booth and props so it was an amazing time!!!
