Our experience with Coastal Event Reflections was absolutely outstanding! We recently partnered with them for a Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce event, and they were a huge hit with our attendees.
From start to finish, Charlie was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Their setup was sleek and inviting, and they made the entire photo booth experience fun, engaging, and seamless for our attendees. The quality of the photos are fantastic, and everyone loved having a keepsake to take home while also being able to share their photos digitally.
As an event professional, I truly appreciate vendors who arrive prepared, communicate well, and help elevate the guest experience, and Coastal Event Reflections exceeded our expectations in every way. They brought so much energy to our event and helped create lasting memories for our attendees.

d videos. Charles and his team were a pleasure to work with. He even threw in extras for us like the video guestbook and cocktail hour photos and videos. We received a physical guest book at the end of our wedding that guests signed for us. We also received all of the images and videos in an online gallery that we were able to download too. There were plenty of really fun props to use and we were able to choose our backdrop and send in a photo for our screen. Everything was very personalized. Charles was professional, kind, and patient as I changed my mind a few times about some of my options. He made sure to check in with my choices multiple times before our wedding and everything turned out exactly as promised plus more. We are so glad we booked this photo booth!

ys a bit of uncertainty, but Charlie, the owner, completely put our minds at ease! From the very beginning, he was incredibly informative, responsive, and made the entire process feel seamless!
We had a slightly unique situation that required Charlie to set up the photobooth after our ceremony, but he handled it like a pro! There was no hesitation on his part, and he made us feel like our request was no trouble at all. His attitude and willingness to accommodate us really stood out!
The photobooth itself was fantastic, with a wide variety of props that our guests absolutely loved. The quality of the pictures was stunning, and our guests were thrilled that they could get printed copies right away, along with the option to have the photos sent straight to their phones. In addition, my Husband and I received a link from Charlie that allowed us to view all the photos taken that night, which we thoroughly enjoyed!
Charlie, thank you SO much for making our special day even more memorable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A photo booth can add another dimension to a wedding and Coastal Event Reflections did just that. Owner Charlie Torman was great to work with and our guests loved his photo booth....
The photos were large (4x6) and there was a large assortment of fun and interesting props. The booth was always in use and at the end of the event I was given a photo book with all the fun pictures taken by our guests. It has been so fun to look at all the fun everyone had.

I had a number of questions about the photo book and we took a long time to choose our screen background and border, but Charles just kindly and patiently provided everything we needed. On the day-of, they arrived well ahead of time and set everything up without any issues. They helped us make sure the guests all stopped by to get photos and add them to our photo booth, and they stayed past the scheduled time to make sure everyone was able to participate and nothing else was needed. At the last minute we needed to find pens for the photobook and Charles went out and grabbed some before coming to set-up. We are incredibly happy with both their service and the photos and would definitely recommend them to anyone else interested in a fun photo-booth experience!

’t love any of the template options for the photos and we asked if we could design something simple and on theme, and he was happy to accommodate! The photo booth was stocked with fun props that our guests took full advantage of, and I was so happy that we added another element for the guests to enjoy. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

It really keeps your guests entertained and it so nice to look back at these photos after :) There was tons of props and fun extras! I even have a book that was given as a gift from them of the photos from our guests with notes on the side! 100% recommend having this vendor at any event!

And we looove the book they made for our son and daughter-in-law with each picture pasted on an individual page so that the guests could write their advice and best wishes on their page!
