Coastal Gourmet was exceptional from start to finish – the food was incredible and so many options for us to pick from. Beyond the food, we didn’t have to worry about anything when working with them. Jenna and her team handled everything – from rentals, staffing, the bar and food menu, décor set-up, décor planning, day-of timeline, rehearsals, and so much more. We couldn’t have done it without Jenna and her team’s help (they kept us so organized!) and if we had to plan our wedding all over again, we would go with Coastal Gourmet again!

Dinner was short ribs with cabernet sauce, hazelnut crusted chicken, or butternut squash ravioli. We were so impressed by their large selections and their ability to customize anything. Food was the most important element for us, and we were not disappointed. We worked mostly with Jenna, who had an incredible attention to detail, and Dee helped us day of and made sure everything ran smoothly. So grateful for their guidance and expertise!

you have the choice of working with one of three caterers. We met with all of them and were immediately drawn to Coastal - more importantly to Jenna. From the moment with met with Jenna she made us feel immediately comfortable and we felt confident we were in the right hands. Jenna is VERY detailed, she asked us questions we hadn’t thought of, gave us options we didn’t think were possible, and talked us through everything – seriously EVERYTHING – we could possibly need. We got engaged in 2020 and had a long engagement. She kept in contact with us periodically, checked in when big decisions needed to be made, and was ALWAYS available with any question we had. When our wedding weekend finally came and we had our rehearsal, our decision to book with Jenna and Costal was even more apparent when we got a glimpse of how Jenna would conduct the day and control the flow – she made it look effortless while being incredibly efficient. On our wedding day I cannot stress how impressed we were. Jenna had the decorations for our venue set-up with pristine accuracy, we had very detailed décor and she somehow made it even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every single server, bartender, attendant, chef, and employee we met was friendly, helpful, and always appeared to be one step ahead. Jenna and the Coastal team were a huge part of what made our day magic and we wouldn’t have had the happiest day of our lives without them. Thank you so much Jenna. Thank you so much Coastal. Allie brought all of it to life on the day of. The team at our wedding provided impeccable service, ensuring everything followed our timeline and no one went hungry. We received SO many compliments on the food from our guests, I've lost count! Overall, we cannot recommend Coastal Gourmet enough. They were fabulous to work with and they do an incredible job.

the time crafted a creative menu for our Indian fusion wedding, including a vegetarian entree of chana masala and saag paneer, as well as several Indian-inspired appetizers like chaat and marinated vegetable skewers. The chicken and salmon dishes they prepared were also just incredible. At the wedding, the food was served hot and very well-prepared. Coastal also expertly coordinated the day of the wedding and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Our initial contact at Coastal left the company shortly before our wedding, but the new coordinator (Keri) made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She ensured that our ceremony and reception ran according to schedule, and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves once the wedding got started. Our attendant (Brittney) made sure that we always had food or a drink in hand at the reception and rehearsal dinner. We had our rehearsal dinner at Latitude 41, one of Coastal's restaurants. The dinner buffet and dessert were delicious, and the event was very well executed. We wholeheartedly recommend Coastal's services. You will not be disappointed.

We went with a station style for our dinner and it gave us so many more delicious options than a traditional sit-down dinner, which is exactly what we wanted. Burgers and kabobs aren't traditional for a wedding, but they made for a much more fun event! Michael's team is wonderful. Sunny, our attendant for the day, was polite and attentive. We always had food/dessert at our table, and we never went without a drink (which is great when you're at a winery!) Michael was very familiar with our venue (Saltwater Farm Vineyard), so that was a big help when planning, because he knew exactly what he would need and was able to give us a price immediately. He also did a great job with organizing everything the day of, directing the ceremony, the introductions to the reception, and dinner. We would definitely recommend Coastal Gourmet to anyone that asks!

And of course, a review of the caterer would not be complete without mentioning the food at both events. In a word: phenomenal. We had been looking forward to these meals for almost two years! From the first meeting where the menu was conceived to the tasting where we got to try everything, we have been excited for this food. The stations, passed apps, and meals all had our guests raving.

The final meeting with Michael before the wedding was so thorough, touching on every little detail as he walked us through our whole day. It was helpful and informative and made us feel so confident our day would go on perfectly. And it did! The food at our wedding was SPECTACULAR! So delicious! Eric and I were provided our own personal server by Coastal Gourmet to make sure we were fed and our drinks were never empty! And, boy, did they deliver! When an unexpected fog rolled in halfway through cocktail hour and we left to take the most stunning photos, the server brought us out a personal tray of all of our appetizers to try. We really appreciated that. Our entrees were delicious, and Eric and I opted for a combo plate to try all three entrees (chicken, short rib, cod). Our plate included 2 out of the three, but we are glad it did. We were SO full, we would have felt terrible wasting food. But Coastal Gourmet servers made sure to check with us if we wanted to be served the third entree as well. Very considerate. We loved our food and would turn around and hire Coastal Gourmet again in a heart beat! Good pricing, works with your budget, thorough and considerate, professional, and a kind group of people to work with.

ey were the most reasonably priced and the most professional. Throughout the planning process we worked with Kimberly. We always said, "No matter what else goes wrong, we have Kimberly, so we don't have to worry." Just having her working with us did so much to alleviate my wedding planning anxiety. She's a total pro. For our day-of event manager, we worked with Michael. He was also wonderful, and was on top of everything without making it look like it was difficult. He even helped us out by coming to our wedding rehearsal and walking us through it, which was such a relief. The food was delicious! My husband and I were able to have plates made with a bit of each entree, so we got to try it all. Everyone complimented our food and commented how big the portions were. The bar was on consumption, so we actually were refunded because our guests drank less than the estimate. Coastal Gourmet also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Latitude 41, which made everything really easy. We felt like one of the best decisions we made wedding planning was to book Coastal Gourmet, and much of that was due to how wonderful and professional Kimberly is. We highly recommend them.

We worked with Michael Ferreira and from our very first meeting with Michael until our last goodbye on our wedding day he and Coastal were nothing short of professional, personable and beyond knowledgeable. Michael not only organized everything on the catering end but also organized our entire day, he knows the venue so well he was the one organizing everything on the day of, and I mean everything... from where some signs should be placed, to putting out the centerpieces and party favors, arranging how the guests seats should be and even how the bridal party would be walking out and where we would all be walking from. He was there at our rehearsal and did the whole ceremony walk through with us. These are not things I expected to get with catering/as part of the package, but that is what Coastal Gourmet and Michael bring to the table- they are the whole package. The food was outstanding, our family and guests are still raving about it. When the bud light stock got a little low (our guests do love their bud light!) Michael was right on it and had more brought to the venue from off site, the communication and quick response with that and everything else throughout our entire experience working with them was nothing short of impressive. We also were introduced to Brittney with Coastal Gourmet on the day of our wedding and she was (of course) phenomenal as well, she always made sure my fiance and I had a drink or food in hand and also made me feel so at ease before I was about to walk down the isle just by talking with me as if she was one of my long time girlfriends. When one of our guests dropped a bottle on the dance floor, Brittney was right on it and took care if it in such a fun and light-hearted way it made myself and the guests feel so comfortable. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience with Coastal Gourmet was (but they only allow so many characters to by typed!). Thank you Coastal Gourmet & the whole team for your exceptional service and making our wedding day run as smooth as it did, we will always look back on our day and you and your team will always stand out!

make sure our big day was everything we wanted and more. Beyond and including Jenna, all the staff were kind, attentive, and extremely professional, but also fun! This was extremely evident as the bride and several other guests had medical food allergies that were easily handled by the kitchens and staff. As others with food allergies can relate to, we cannot express enough how much stress was alleviated by Jenna and the team handling our concerns by making menu alterations and finding solutions to all of our concerns with ease. Not to mention how the allergies were handled in such a discrete manner that no one was singled out nor did they miss out on the food selections as there were so many options. Seriously the food was amazing and I highly recommend Coastal Gourmet for your wedding caterer; you will not be disappointed!

cktail hour the mini lobster rolls and the macaroni and cheese balls were our favorite. Although I heard from some of the guests that they didn't get to try them, so the circulation may have lacked a little. Overall, we loved the food and we loved working with Kimberly who made everything "wonderful".

the scope of catering. I think this is what makes him and his team so good at what they do. He took the time to outline an entire day of schedule with us, from when we should start getting ready, to when guests are coming to the venue and getting offered refreshments and even explained the exact order and way his team would enter the room, serve the guests and clean up when guests were ready to party! They are able to take the budget you give them and make a beautiful menu out of it. We actually didn't use up the estimated alcohol budget and so were credited some money back! He also made sure the bridal and groom ATE!! We actually thought the food was better on our wedding day than it was at the tasting (and it was good at that tasting too)! We highly recommend Michael and his team and can't say enough good things about their service.
