and I cannot imagine trying to do this without her knowledge of the industry and expertise which was such an amazing help to us. From the very beginning, she helped bring our vision to life, guiding us through countless design decisions and creating a cohesive, beautiful aesthetic that felt uniquely "us." Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the final result exceeded anything we could have imagined.
In addition to her amazing work planning leading up to the event, on the wedding day, Casey was absolutely incredible. She managed every aspect of the event with professionalism, organization, and calm confidence. Even with us making a couple of last minute changes, she was able to integrate everything seamlessly into our timeline. Because of her incredible coordination, everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us, our families, and our wedding party to be fully present and enjoy the day. We never had to worry about timelines, vendor logistics, or unexpected issues because Casey was already handling them.
Beyond her talent and expertise, Casey was a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was responsive, creative, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our wedding special. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and cannot recommend her highly enough to any couple looking for someone who can both design a beautiful event and execute it flawlessly. Thank you, Casey, for helping create the wedding of our dreams!

and the Coastline team are absolutely incredible. From day one, Casey made us feel grounded in the wedding process. She’s incredibly honest, organized, and decisive, which made it so easy for us to make confident choices. My husband and I are both Type A people, and Casey made planning a breeze. She provided clear tools, timelines, and checklists that kept us perfectly on schedule, and she was always willing to hop on a call to talk through ideas or decisions.
Her vendor relationships are amazing. She worked seamlessly with our entire team and ensured everyone went into the wedding day completely aligned and organized. Beyond her logistics skills, Casey is insanely creative. We had a lot of unique ideas for our wedding, and every single one was met with a “can do” attitude. She even hand built our wedding stage and ran our chaotic rehearsal with total grace.
What stood out most though was Casey’s temperament. She’s calm, grounded, and thoughtful, exactly the energy you want leading up to your wedding day. Whenever we were nervous or overwhelmed, she reminded us that everything was under control and that it was going to be the best day ever, and she was right.
Long story short, if we could do it all over again, Casey would be our first call. We’re forever grateful for her and the Coastline team. They truly made our wedding experience perfect.

We booked Coastline for coordination because we wanted to be really hands-on in planning our wedding, but the level of support we had even “only” booking coordination was so spectacular. As we were planning our Maine wedding from New York City, Casey was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. Throughout planning, we felt absolutely at ease knowing we had her support, and when it came to the week and day of we were perhaps the calmest bride and groom our loved ones had ever seen. When an unexpected plus-one showed up before the ceremony, Casey immediately said, “Don’t worry about it,” and found a space for them at dinner, making sure that we did not feel stressed, and handling it delicately enough that no one felt awkward. We truly had the time of our lives and felt like we were working with friends. She and Alex took such good care of us on our wedding day – our glasses were never empty, and they made sure the day flow so flawlessly. There aren’t enough “thank you’s” in the world to express the gratitude we feel for Casey and the Coastline team.

Throughout the process, Casey took the time to get to know us, our style and preferences, and addressed our many questions and concerns as we are not based in Maine. Her in-depth knowledge of and relationships with the many vendors we evaluated and ultimately worked with made all the difference.
We got many comments after the wedding about how thoughtful our design was, but none of that vision would have been brought to life without Casey's can-do (or already-done) attitude and passion for her work.
On top of dealing with everything else, Casey handled a few issues with a newer, more difficult vendor to the point where we barely knew anything was wrong. Casey is a consummate professional and we would strongly recommend her to any couples looking to get married in Maine!

Casey was helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process - her zoom calls were organized and helped us think ahead about the most important aspects of the day, and she was very responsive via email. She helped us find a lower cost transportation shuttle and was generally a wealth of knowledge about vendors in Maine! The weekend of our wedding, Casey and her assistant were flexible with changes to the wedding party processional, and even broke out their toolbox to fix our wedding arch when it fell over in the wind and the wooden backing snapped. They set the tables beautifully, and took care of all of our wedding decor as we got ready for the day. We cannot recommend Casey & Coastline Weddings highly enough!

On our wedding day, she kept us on track, guided the wedding party and worked with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about anything. We had amazing bouquets from Skillins, but chose to get our decorative/centerpiece flowers from Trader Joe's and Sam's club. She suggested bar tenders and caterers that fit our budget. Our BBQ was amazing! She even had items that we could rent that added to how fun our day was! The cornhole boards were amazing! Our guests said our wedding was a blast! The major benefit of hiring Casey... to not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She was there to set up, helped us with our rehearsal, and just let us enjoy all of it.
