I'm sitting down to write this review a few weeks after my wedding and it feels difficult to articulate the many ways in which Samantha and Taylor made the experience as near to perfect as it possibly could've been. I could wax poetic about their articulate communication style, willingness to adapt to random requests, and a genuine openness to sharing their years of wedding wisdom with us ... and well, I will. Samantha and Taylor are phenomenal and I use that word quite literally. They exceeded every expectation that we had and in many senses made the day feel surreal. The Coastyle team made us feel seen, cherished, and celebrated through every aspect of the planning process. No question was too silly or basic, no random idea was pushed aside, and at the first sign of an anxiety, they were there to help calm our nerves and show us a clear path forward. As a groom, it's often assumed that your bride is in the drivers seat. And, of course, she was my primary concern. But my ideas, contributions, and thoughts on how things could unfold during the wedding were always given consideration by Sam and Taylor. It made me feel incredibly special, heard, and encouraged to be as invested in the planning process as my wife. As my bride and I worked together as a team to make decisions, we were in lockstep with the Coastyle team every single step of the way. If the process of planning a wedding is like traversing a minefield of bad decisions, incorrect orders, and forgotten due dates, it never felt like we were in danger as Sam and Taylor have made the journey many times back and forth. While the many months (in our case, years) of planning constitute the vast majority of the relationship with a wedding planner team, I'd be remiss to not mention how wonderfully the day of festivities unfolded. Amongst the many people I've talked to about their weddings, it is fairly common to hear about some silly mishap or moment during the wedding where things seemed to go awry. Maybe it was a misspoken name, technical difficulties, or late transportation. Sam and Taylor not only were by our sides the entire day of the wedding, they helped ensure that everything went seamlessly. Every aspect of the coordination was perfect - our rides were on time, our run of show down to the minute, and it felt like working with Coastyle gave us the permission to let go of every lingering question and simply enjoy the day. Suffice to say, working with Coastyle was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding journey and for that reason alone, I'd encourage you to reach out and see how Sam and Taylor can make magic happen for your special day. However, beyond their prowess as planners, they are truly delightful people. Fun-loving, laid-back, and friendly beyond a business capacity. I'm proud to truly consider them friends.

If more stars were available to give, these ladies deserve them all!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was to work with Coastyle Weddings & Events to plan our special day. First, and most importantly, Samantha & Taylor are beautiful people who sincerely have you and your partner’s best interest at heart, making you feel safe and at-ease when entrusting them with your wedding day. For someone who could endlessly belabor over countless options, having experts guide you to the best possible vendors for your needs is an unmatchable service! They made the biggest, most difficult decisions seem like a breeze and held our hands every step of the way as we navigated the minutia. As for the wedding day, every one of my wildest dreams came true, and it was a treat to have them there throughout the day to seamlessly guide us through, allowing us to enjoy the culmination of a year’s worth of planning and all those who came to celebrate with us. I cannot count how many people told me during and after the wedding that it was the most beautiful event they had ever been to - and credit goes to Coastyle!!!

When my wife and I first started planning our wedding, I knew that we would need help with all of the small details, and therefore decided we would need to hire a wedding planner. My good friend got married in OBX a few years ago and highly recommended her planner. LUCKY FOR US, Coastyle was willing to travel to our wedding in NY and after just a few minutes during our inital meeting, I knew they were the right team for us. Needless to say, we made the right decision- they were AMAZING!! We decided to go for the "month of wedding" plan, where the team started being hands-on 30 days before the wedding. They took over all of the communication with our vendors and everything went as smoothly as possible! Any questions that we had, they responded within an hour of reaching out, they reminded us about small details we needed to take care of and even helped us do some research into in identifying a last minute vendor. Fast forward to our wedding weekend, and we could not have been more impressed. Everything ran SO smoothly (and if it didn't we had zero idea, LOL). Rebecca and Gentry were calm, organized, so sweet to our guests and vendors and just made the whole day stress free for us. Perhaps the most impressive part was the days after our weddings, all of our vendors reached out and mentioned how great Coastyle was to work with! The head of the inn that we were married at said 'if they were local they would be our go-to wedding coordinator recommendation" which is high praise in my opinion. All I can say is, this team was AMAZING and hiring them was the best decision we made! I am so grateful for Rebecca and Gentry and cannot recommend them enough!!!

Samantha, Taylor, and Gentry are true professionals and just lovely people in general to work with. The wedding planning process can be overwhelming, but from day 1 almost a year out from my wedding, they made me feel like I was taken care of. As a new bride, I had trouble fully articulating how I imagined my wedding, but they were amazing at taking my half formed ideas and transforming them into the most beautiful wedding day I could have imagined. They truly listen to make sure they are understanding your vision, all while providing support based on their extensive knowledge. Their vendor recommendations were spectacular and their day of coordination was extremely organized and smooth. They go above and beyond in every aspect, thinking of every single detail, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. We will miss our Coastyle email notifications for sure, but will always cherish the memories they helped create.

Hiring Coastyle is like planning your wedding with your best friends who don't get tired of hearing about your crazy ideas or problems or breakdowns, and who happen to also have incredible style and taste. They take the time to get to know you personally and what you really want your wedding to be about, which is an absolutely priceless gift (especially at the end) when you are decision fatigued and running out of steam. I completely trusted that they knew me and knew what I would want at every step of the process. They extremely responsive and available no matter how trivial your concern or question may seem, they are there with you through every step of the process. They made the process so painless, there is 0 chance I would've survived the process without them. When I walked into our wedding for the first time, it was like they somehow took the dream wedding in my head (that I wasn't even sure I had accurately described to them in enough detail) and pasted it onto our venue, plus extra things I didn't even know I needed or wanted. Several of our friends and family said that it was basically like I threw up and a perfect wedding came out (sorry for the visual, but it was) and they were completely responsible for making that happen.. They allowed my husband and I and our families to completely enjoy the day and it was literally the happiest, most pure bliss I've probably felt in my entire life and I could never have had that if it wasn't for Coastyle and the passion and expertise they bring to everything they do. We got endless compliments on how wonderful and easy they made our day from our guests. As soon as I stepped foot to our venue, I got to turn my brain off and let them take it from there, which is a truly priceless experience and I am so incredibly grateful I chose them. I know wedding planning is expensive, but if you're going to splurge on something, make it them. Just do it. You'll thank yourself later, I promise. They made our day not only my aesthetic dream but emotionally the most perfect day I could've ever imagined.

These ladies have it all. They were the absolute backbone to my perfect wedding day. As a bride who struggled with creative expression, overthinking and high stress…. They were everything. They helped me create the vision I had in my head and always kept me calm and never worrying because I knew they had everything managed. They reached out to every vendor for us, set up meetings and handled all communications leading up to the wedding. They attended those meetings and took notes for us and would make sure to send a recap email afterwords to everyone. Not having to worry about these things was an immense relief for us. We knew if we ever had a question about anything, even the smallest detail- we could shoot them an email and they would get back to us ASAP with their expert opinion. These ladies became like family to us in this process. Not only are they incredible wedding planners but they are incredible people. Their spunk, charisma, and kindness were just the cherry on top with them. I can’t overstate how essential these ladies were to us. They were the most important part of our wedding and we, without a doubt, couldn’t have done it without Samantha and Taylor. They are spectacular!

Let's face it. Weddings are expensive. You will need to pick where you want your "wow" factor to be and some things you will need to let go of. But make no mistake your most important decision is a full service wedding planner who knows your vendors, can coordinate and negotiate on your behalf and pull off flawless execution on your wedding day. Without this none of the magic will happen! Coastyle Events was the first and most important decision we made. We are "blown away" with how they took our daughter's vision and turned it into reality. It was way beyond our expectations and we enjoyed every minute because there was absolutely no worry about the details. Coastyle worked tirelessly to ensure the day was perfect! The Coastyle team was an amazing experience. They were positive and professional through the planning as well as the day of the event. They made us feel as if our wedding was the event of the year. Would highly recommend, the day went off without issue and expectations where exceeded.

These women are totally dedicated to what they do and pour their hearts into their clients. When planning a wedding you will need lots of support. No matter how much you think you can do it on your own or want to save money, it's so much better to trust these experienced ladies who will take good care of you so you can enjoy everything. We were so impressed with all that they did and are forever grateful to have had them!

My wife and I worked with the Coastyle Team for our destination wedding and welcome dinner, and they were amazing to work with & made planning from afar very easy. Sam, Taylor and Gentry were diligent in their work, prompt for every meeting and event, and were exceptionally organized. They paid attention to every detail and had thorough questions to ensure the weekend was exactly what we envisioned. Their familiarity with other vendors was extremely helpful as they communicated and coordinated with them for each of our events. The team also built out a thorough timeline for us and our vendors for both days, and provided a platform to use that was easy to navigate and helped with the planning. During the weekend, they were engaged and present, supportive for any issues or questions we had. By the end of our time with them, we felt like they were a part of the family by and even took the time at the end of the night to take a photo for our guest book and had some heartfelt things to say. They were BEYOND INCREDIBLE and we would recommend them to anyone considering a wedding in the Outer Banks. If you choose the Coastyle Team, you will be in fantastic hands for your special day!

COASTYLE is incredible in every aspect you can imagine. Whatever I needed, you name it, these girls got it done! I was a month of bride and planned an OBX wedding from Maryland. I had a lower wedding budget and worked with a lot of vendors. They managed all the points of contact beautifully. I also had a ton of DIY aspects that they conquered the set up on! They gave countless recommendations and tips on vendors/things in the area since I wasn't from OBX. They made our timeline and prioritized US, THE BRIDE AND GROOM, the day of! From a bride that has anxiety I can honestly say that my wedding day was a day I remained stress free. I had time with the people that matter so much to me and I will forever be grateful to Coastyle for this! I woke up the day after our wedding (after way too much partying) and rolled over to my bouquet placed so sweetly in a vase, with water, on the table next to me. This is just one explain of how they truly took care of all the little things. My only regret was not booking them as full service wedding planners! I would recommend any couple to really prioritize your wedding planner and work them into your budget. They truly are your right hand girls! They made the day so much fun!! GO BOOK THEM!!

Wow! Where do we even begin with Coastyle! From the moment I saw Coastyle in action when they were working with of my best friend’s weddings back in June of 2021, I was blown away by their incredible ability to handle every single detail of her wedding, taking every bit of stress off of her while setting up for the wedding, helping all vendors, organize any and everything to get things ready on time and to make her day absolutely perfect. They take wedding planning to a whole new level from every meeting, venue walk through, tastings, phone calls, FaceTimes, countless emails and texts they were always there, going above and beyond for us. They brought my wedding vision to life and did it even better than my expectations. I will never be able to say thank you enough. I called them my life savers multiple times throughout the wedding planning process. They did even more for us than our contract stated because they cared so deeply to make our wedding day picture perfect. We hired Samantha & Taylor to be our wedding planners but they became our family over the years of working together from being in weddings they worked for and from planning our own wedding. When our wedding had past it was so emotional for me knowing I wouldn’t be able to talk with them daily like I had the last year because they truly made our dream wedding come to life and they’re both such kind, talented, hardworking women. Their dedication to every part of our wedding planning took so much weight off of my shoulders considering I couldn’t do it with two busy children and a life we had already started before we got married. My advice for any upcoming brides thinking about booking Coastyle, DO IT. I would’ve never met the majority of my vendors, my dream wedding venue, and had the most beautiful wedding if it wasn’t for Coastyle. They’re more than just wedding planners. They’re people who care about two people falling in love and having the wedding of their dreams come to life. They will always hold a special place in my heart and they will always be our family. We are a destination couple, married in September 2022 and there is no way our wedding would have been the success that it was without Sam and Taylor! They are a powerhouse duo that think of it all. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and handle everything with grace. They think of EVERYTHING. From the big moments to small details. Even our guests and family complimented how they kept everything on track and didn’t miss a beat. Their preferred vendor list is filled with only the best of the best in OBX, their communication is quick/helpful, and they made what could have been a stressful process FUN! I had a million questions and they always answered, provided their expert opinion, and kept in mind what was important to us. There are no words to describe the professionalism, organization, and kindness that the ladies of Coastyle deliver. My family surprised me with them as our wedding planners for my birthday, after I spent months stalking their incredibly aesthetic Instagram, and it was truly the most incredible gift I could have ever received. Samantha and Taylor took my entire Pinterest board and brought it to life. (In fact, they exceeded ALL of my visions.) They made wedding planning SO enjoyable and seamless and truly provided the most luxurious experience. We simply could not have asked for better wedding planners and cannot recommend them enough. While there are truly no words to convey how amazing these ladies are, know that they have forever touched the hearts of my husband and I. We will cherish every email exchange, Zoom call, and meeting we had with them in our hearts forever, as we attribute every part of our perfect day to their planning and dedication. Do yourself a favor and book these beautiful ladies. They are worth every dime and more!

Where do we even begin? I could truly write a novel on how invaluable Samantha and Taylor are. We could not have done this wedding without them. We have been working with them for almost 2 years, we did an in person visit with them and they took us to every vendor and location and made it so fun! They shared their genuine opinions and found us the dream team of vendors that fit our style and vision for our wedding day. We then came back with our family 4 months later and a year before the wedding and did another in person meeting with them and more vendors- it is truly a full service experience! What started as a business relationship truly turned into a friendship. Samantha and Taylor ended up feeling like family, to the point where we will call them every time we come in town to visit. Coastyle genuinely cares about their clients, and their entire planning experience. Besides loving them as people, professionally, you will not find a better duo than Samantha and Taylor. They were 100% honest with us and so organized. Wedding planning can feel so overwhelming, especially doing it half way across the country and Coastyle made it look and feel effortless. They captured my style and personality instantly and made what felt like the impossible possible. The wedding day was 100% seamless. Coastyle spent so much time on the logistics and timeline.I loved every detail of my wedding, and although it was truly beautiful, the logistics of the day was what most important to us and our guests and why it was such a successful event. We truly did not have to worry about a single thing. We were instantly moved to the next location or event. I remember standing on the dance floor as the wedding cake was being walked out to us and turning to my husband and saying woah I forgot about this- it was like magic. I never felt like I was worried about people and things being in the right places. I cannot stress enough how amazing Taylor and Samantha were at making the day flawless. It felt like a movie. Taylor and Samantha understand the importance of your wedding day. They make you feel completely validated in every worry and decision. They are the behind the scenes DREAM TEAM. You wont find two wedding planners who are more dedicated, genuine, and professional than Coastyle. My biggest piece of advice to any bride would be to hire a full service wedding planner specifically COASTYLE! We miss them already.

Not only are they good at what they do but they are so genuine, kind, and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Samantha and Taylor are IT! We were married in November. From the start, we knew we'd have a busy year competing for vendors with couples who had to cancel or postpone the previous year due to Covid. These ladies were ready to rock the first time we spoke with them, and they consistently made us feel heard, which eased so much of our anxiety! On top of that, we ourselves had a wild year of starting new jobs and moving to a new city (something we DON'T recommend doing while also planning a wedding!), but these girls made it so seamless- answering all of our questions, and doing magic behind the scenes, even when we were often pretty bad about staying on schedule. We're both NC natives but now live in California, so we went with their full-service package since it can be incredibly difficult to plan a wedding on the opposite coast. We cannot recommend them enough! They covered all the bases and helped us build a kick-ass vendor team. If you're like us and not so great at event planning, you absolutely MUST hire these ladies. Our wedding was outdoors, and the weather decided to drop about 20 degrees and the wind turned into gusts (which totally freaked me out), but Samantha and Taylor were so calm and came prepared to tackle anything. I want to also acknowledge how kind and understanding these two are. Samantha and Taylor were so gracious and totally cucumber cool when we had some family drama day of the wedding. The passion they have for this work, and the genuine interest they have in YOUR day are so real! These ladies know what they're doing, and you can rest assured that you are in great hands with them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning our dream day into reality.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Samantha and Taylor! We live in VA and wanted to get married on the Outer Banks during our October vacation. It was just the two of us (we eloped), and we needed someone to help us plan our wedding. We were thrilled when we found out Coastyle did elopements! Samantha and Taylor were responsive right from the start, and after our first phone call we knew we had picked the right planners. They provided us with a list of their preferred vendors and made suggestions based on what we wanted our wedding to be. They asked so many questions and made us think about things we hadn't even considered. And I thought I was detail-oriented but Samantha and Taylor put me to shame! They were on top of all the details, all the time. I can only imagine how terrific they would also be for a larger wedding. If you're hesitant about hiring a planner because you think you don't need one, please reconsider. Samantha and Taylor made my life so much easier, I don't know what I would have done without them!

Y’all - if you are planning a wedding anywhere these amazing ladies are a MUST. My biggest regret was not being able to hire them from the start. We chose a venue (Sanderling Resort) in OBX that came with a coordinator but then decided we needed extra help for month and day of planning. These women are everything. Wedding ninjas is an understatement! Once the 30 day countdown started (and even before) they were on it. We got to enjoy the last month of being engaged without planning - imagine if I had them from the start. Taylor and Samantha - thank you for everything you did! You made our wedding day stress free so that we could soak in every moment! We are forever grateful - it brings me to tears how thankful we are for you! Amazing work!

Hiring the ladies from Coastyle was honestly one of the best decisions we made during our planning process. Samantha and Taylor are both so kind and helpful, and they are strong and reassuring during the stressful moments. Having COVID a month before the wedding wasn't ideal, but they helped us work out all of the last minute detail. Our day of was a fairy tale, they captured our vision so perfectly and they kept us on our timeline so that our day could be stress free. Definitely recommend using Coastyle to help with all of your planning needs- especially if all the details stress you out!

The #1 piece of advice other brides gave me was that I needed a day of planner. I gawked at spending that kind of money for something I could surely do myself, but set my pride down and said “fine” IF I CAN GIVE YOU ONE PIECE OF ADVICE IT IS GET A DAY OF PLANNER. I am a project manager at an event planning software company. I can plan an event. As a bride, you will reach a point that you are on the verge of a mental breakdown and just need some help. They FLUNG into action gracefully and pulled EVERY. SINGLE. LITTLE. THING. together. We had a COVID wedding that they made so easy to switch. We chatted on the phone and I gave them all of my vendor details. I thought I had thought of everything, but they reminded me of so many little things that I had overlooked like signage, a flower girl basket, etc. Of course I had already sent my invitations when they told me that 5 hours is pretty normal for a ceremony and wedding and mine was 7…plus it’s on an island (not accessible by car, only boat) so people are literally stuck. CUE PANIC. They were so calm and cool and suggested some options to make it work. We added a passing appetizer to avoid overconsumption and decided to offer a few additional shuttles as needed throughout the night prior to the final shuttle back. We put their phone numbers on the hospitality bag cards and they happily coordinated any boat shuttles back to the island prior to our final wedding shuttle. They coordinated with the DJ to make announcements when they were planned and I didn’t have to worry about anyone being trapped. Crisis #1 averted. As the day approached I started getting a bit nervous because I had infamously unresponsive vendors (for example I called and emailed my florist 5+ times over the course of 2 months and didn’t get a response) and these ladies managed to get a hold of them. I don’t know how they did it, but BLESS. They called me about two weeks out with a big list of things they were wondering from documentation I had sent them. Small details I overlooked on my own and my vendors overlooked - an extra side to the tent, an extra fork for cake, things like that. They also sent me an email on how much I should be tipping which vendors, which was so nice of them. They had me make envelopes with tips in them in advance and labeled so they could distribute them on my behalf day of. It gave me plenty of time to review and followup with vendors to get things corrected without stress. I had no opinions about a lot of things, like place setting and sign placement. They happily made executive decisions and added tasteful touches like attach greenery to all my signs so they looked flawless. They were also happy to not insert their opinions when I was set on something. The perfect balance. It was windy, so geniuses they are left the signs on the ground until the last minute so they didn’t go flying everywhere. So many random things happening so I didn’t even notice to make it all perfect. During dinner it started POURING and they were at the sweetheart table moving it before the first drop hit the ground so we didn’t get wet. I am obsessed with them and they did everything to perfection. I would say some of my vendors were like 2.5-3 stars, but these guys were literally 10,000 stars and beyond and helped those 2.5 star vendors look more like 5 star vendors. I would have literally jumped in the river and quit without them. They were my saving grace and my queens. If I wasn’t clear enough, HIRE THEM!

The backstory - our destination wedding got cancelled twice due to COVID and on a whim, 6 weeks out from the date, we decided to book a house in OBX and throw a wedding. By luck of the Instagram algorithm I had been following Coastyle Events for some time and when we booked the house I knew our day wouldn’t be perfect without them. I was super lucky that they agreed to squeeze us onto their calendar for month of services. Samantha and Taylor’s guidance pointed us in the right direction to secure all of our vendors last minute and their recommendations were spot on. They handled all of the final communication and little details that you just don’t want to be thinking about on the day of your wedding like should we bump that table 4 feet to the left or are we sure all the place settings are complete? They handled the hiccups we knew about like having the wrong rum in the signature drink or someone getting a cut and needing a bandaid - to all the ones we didn’t know even happened. We had a friend tell us weeks after the fact that these ladies helped them sew up a hole in their dress the day of the wedding! They were discreetly making sure everything was perfect and with their help, it truly was. Beyond them being awesome at their jobs every call or conversation I had with them was wonderful. They are so kind, responsive and thoughtful! I’m the type of person who thinks I can do everything myself but for your own wedding you shouldn’t have to! You should hire Samantha and Taylor to take care of it all and enjoy the experience. You will not regret it!

Not only do they work on the Outer Banks but they also are willing to travel for their business and let me just say, they definitely know what they are doing! These ladies made my dream wedding in Virginia come to life. Throughout the short months of working together they stayed on top of communicating with vendors and doing their research and they always got back to me right away. They are tremendously organized and always seemed so calm, especially knowing they have several other clients they work with. I know I couldn’t handle that kind of business and they definitely took the stress and hassle of wedding planning off my shoulders! Both of them are so caring and have hard work ethics and are very determined to get the job done and to get it done right. You can tell they love what they do! After all the planning and finally the wedding, the entire experience has me wanting a wedding every year on mine and my husband’s anniversary and I know exactly who I would use as my planners again! They listened carefully to the Bride and Groom's wishes, were very prompt in returning emails/answering questions, attentive to detail, and delightful to work with. Being the mother of the groom, not familiar with the OBX, and a bit of a skeptic, Coastyle Weddings, along with Bride, planned everything to perfection!! Absolutely fabulous!! Could not recommend them enough!!

I can honestly say that we would not have been able to have the day that we wanted without the assistance of Coastyle. From our planning 1.5 years out all the way through our big day - Coastyle was in touch with us and made us feel like we were their only priority. It was truly a pleasure to work with such energetic and attentive planners. They thought of things I never would have and made sure every single thing we wanted and more was executed seamlessly! I really don’t even know where to begin with these two! They really are just so awesome. They thought about things that didn’t even cross my mind. They really did make sure every box was checked off. Within my budget, they provided me with the most beautiful vendors. They go above and beyond for their clients. I truly mean that. Their attention to detail and professionalism really impressed me as well. They talked to me almost daily and helped me with every obstacle I threw at them. They are so sweet and their adorable relationship as coworkers and friends is really something special. Because of them, I had the most perfect, beautiful, memorable wedding. If you’re thinking about having a wedding, especially in the Outer Banks, they are your girls!

We HIGHLY recommend Coastyle. When we started to plan our wedding, we had a decent idea as to what we wanted. My wife and I had been married before, so we weren't looking for the cookie-cutter, modern wedding. But whereas we had SOME idea on certain things, we also had NO idea on many other things. Samantha and Taylor were the absolutely perfect fit. They figured us out quickly and modified their approach to what we were looking for. They made great recommendations for caterers, where to stay, venue info, etc, etc. And they were right there with us every step of the way. We knew we could hop on a call with them at any moment and that they'd be enthusiastic to help. And I can't say enough about how great it was to have the two of them working together. There was never any confusion, as they seem to have a mind meld going on, and on the day of the wedding it was great to have two of them around. Taylor and Samantha were amazing throughout the whole process of planning our 150+ person wedding on the beach in Corolla, NC at Pine Island Lodge. From the first meeting to the day of, they were organized, extremely professional, thoughtful, and continuously patient (we had a lot of cooks in the kitchen with opinions). They pushed when needed (to ensure we met deadlines and booked and paid our vendors), but also stayed out of the way and didn't over-communicate or nag. They had excellent recommendations for vendors who they had worked with before, but were also completely open to working with new folks and supported all of our wacky out of the box requests (e.g. pinatas during the reception lol). On the day of, they managed all the vendors (a small Army!) with precision and ease and shielded us from any commotions, decisions, and issues that came up - I literally felt zero stress, didn't have to make any decisions, and was completely in awe of the final decor when I finally saw it after getting ready with my bridesmaids. They have great taste, lots of experience, and an excellent eye for setting up the venue and managing the flow of guests. I cannot recommend Coastyle enough - they will ensure your wedding day is both perfect and 100% you.

Samantha and Taylor were both SO amazing. The first time we met about the wedding they took note on every detail we wanted at the ceremony and reception and also the entire flow of the wedding day. They contacted all the vendors to make sure everything was set correctly for the day. You really feel like you build such a relationship with both of these beautiful girls and they are right by your side for whatever you need and whenever, they make it happen. Samantha and Taylor were an absolute blessing throughout the wedding planning process. if you’re getting married anywhere near OBX and haven’t hired these ladies, I need you to sit down and reevaluate. This text box isn’t enough to describe the incredibly amazing work these ladies do for their clients! I’m still in shock. I had no wedding inspo. No idea what I wanted, No idea where, concept, etc.... literally not a clue. However after just ONE meeting with Samantha and Taylor, our vision started coming to life. Since then, these girls handled EVERYTHING and were able to help us create our dream wedding. Our wedding day perfect. I mean PERFECT. Every single aspect. I cannot thank Samantha and Taylor enough for what they did for us, and I could not have imagined ever planning a wedding with out them. 10/10.

Samantha & Taylor are amazing! I reached out to them months before our wedding because I knew I needed a day-of coordinator for our big day. Tyler & I were planning an out of town wedding & knowing Samantha from college & that she was from the area we were getting married in I was excited to hear they'd travel to Richmond to work with us. Being a wedding coordinator myself, I wanted to make sure to hire someone I could trust to run the day as I'd planned, Samantha & Taylor exceeded my expectations. We had a wedding party that was a handful to say the least and families that were most likely overwhelming and they handled everything with such ease, never skipping a beat and very professional. Aside from marrying each other, hiring Samantha and Taylor was the best decision we made! From phone call 1, we knew it was a great match. They were welcoming, informative and helped us find our true vision for our wedding. We live in Philadelphia so having our planners on location in OBX was a HUGE must! They were able to give us honest recommendations for vendors that in time, allowed us to pick the right team to complete our wedding day! Coastyle was also great with working with our photographers who too, were traveling out of state for our wedding! They kept us up to date on all important payments, signatures and forms throughout the entire process. Throughout the 9 months of planning, Samantha and Taylor remained consistent and awesome to work with! We mostly communicated via e-mail (easier for myself and my husband) and Samantha and Taylor would respond almost immediately! We have had over 200 e-mail exchanges since starting our planning! We had a few small hiccups on the wedding day (that no one could have predicted) and with Coastyle was there, we had nothing to worry about! They brought our ideas together and created something absolutely stunning! These girls became not only our planners, we now consider them our friends! simply, the best.

Samantha and Taylor are worth their weight in gold! We hired them for same day service but they helped us all along the way and reminded us of deadlines. They happily followed through with every request in a timely manor. The day before they both put in a full days work setting everything up in the rain. For the rehearsal they rallied the troops and communicated effectively with requests from our out-of-state pastor and photographer. The entire time they verbally bounced ideas off each other and with my bride. They both spoke from a place of experience, confidence and with a positive attitude in all communications. The day of they were at our venue early. There were our meteorologist, therapists and helpers all day. They were the last vendor to leave. A+ 100% would recommended

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this duo is! Taylor and Samantha went above and beyond since the moment Coastyle became my wedding planners, ahem, more like life savers. Any ounce of anxiety I had during the planning process, they cured, and made everything so much easier. Not only are they two of the most fun, sweetest, and BOSS babes you’ll ever meet, they would do anything for their brides (& grooms of course). I had A LOT of DIY decor and greenery, and they brought my vision to life better than I ever could've imagined. One of my favorite moments of the day was walking out to see the tent that they had transformed into the most gorgeous reception that I had ever seen, and it was ours!!! Our wedding rained, then poured, and last but not least, had a tornado warning. Everything, and I mean everything, went off without the slightest indication that there was ever even a problem. They even brought the cutest bride and groom umbrellas for us to use during pictures. These ladies worked their butts off and our wedding would never have been as amazing without them. Basically what I’m saying is, you need them. Seriously. Best. Planners. EVER.

I was extremely fortunate to have Coastyle Events working with me on my wedding! They were very helpful in working with me to make sure all my details were in order. They developed my wedding day timeline and made sure that all my other vendors received it. I loved getting to meet them because I could really see how dedicated they are to making sure their brides get what they want. And when the weather changed our outdoor, beach wedding plans, Coastyle Events was on top of letting all vendors know of the last minute changes and making sure that things went smoothly.

If you are debating on whether or not to hire a wedding planner - DO IT! Trust me when i say that we were on the fence thinking "oh, we can handle this ourselves it can't be THAT hard" but finally went for it, and I can't even begin to say how grateful I am that we hired Samantha & Taylor! Looking back, this was probably the most important expense in our wedding budget, because without these two fabulous ladies our wedding would not have been as perfect and magical as it was! Starting a month out from our wedding date, they began making sure that all of our vendor contracts were correct, and even brought other steps to our attention that we had overlooked or didn't even know would have affected our wedding day. They created a seamless timeline for us, and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure that it was followed. But the best part? They set up and took down our entire decor -- in the most beautiful way I could have ever imagined, greeted and seated guests, passed out welcome drinks & handled any issues that arose without me needing to be involved once on our actual day so that I could take the time to enjoy it all and be present in the moment, without any stress. Even when we were up against Hurricane Florence, the entire week leading up to the wedding (and weekend-of!) they were there helping us develop Plans B & C so we were always prepared.
