am of employees were extremely responsive and accommodating leading up to the wedding and that weekend. We had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic and they were understanding- and it was well worth the wait! When we checked in, one of the property managers threw in a few extra add ons for free!! We loved that our entire wedding party could spend the weekend on site and extra guests could stay in the glamping tents! The main house is GORGEOUS and huge- perfect for having a rehearsal dinner the night before (inside or out) and having a team of makeup and hair people come to the site. We lucked out and had the most beautiful weather- besides the horrible bugs everyone enjoyed being outside the entire time. This property is seriously a photographer's dream!!!! We are so so happy we chose Cobb Hill for our special day- and you should too!!! You do have to hire all your own vendors, which was really fun for us so we could make the day our own and not feel like there were any rules- but it does add a lot of work. If you do book this venue just know that unless you hire people to set up, you and your bridal party will be in charge of setting up and cleaning things up- but the extra work was totally worth it for us.

ts on the property with our wedding party, which was such an amazing way to extend the festivities. As a place to stay, Cobb Hill blew us away. The house was well stocked, beds comfortable and cozy, and the hot tub was such a plus! Every single space in this house is beautiful and unique and our guests really enjoyed relaxing around the property. We had our rehearsal dinner on the property as well. Despite the fact that I down poured all day, we had plenty of space inside for 30+ people and were able to enjoy the evening. The wedding day was perfect. There was enough space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready downstairs while the bride and bridesmaids could be out of sight in the beautiful master bedroom. The massive front porch offered a wonderful gathering area as immediate family arrived. Guests were in awe of the views, flower gardens, and beauty all around. We had a beautiful sunset, during which the guests strolled around the property to take in all the different views and explore each nook and cranny of the lawn. We had a fire in the evening, which was a great touch. The property is so beautiful, there is almost nothing that needs to be decorated further. We didn’t find that we were in need of anything. There were more than enough chairs, tables, and all other promised supplies. It seemed that any last minute thing we thought of, was already provided. The staff was always sweet and accommodating in the months leading up to our wedding. They offered suggested vendors and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They were quick to address any concerns that came up. We got lucky with the weather on our wedding day, but even on a gloomy day, this venue is amazing. The owner has truly done a wonderful job turning it into a place of wonder. Waking up each morning, we felt so lucky to be in such a beautiful place for this big event. If you’re looking for a venue that will allow you to really make your wedding your own without limiting you to timelines and vendor requirements, this is absolutely the place to be. It’s a wonderful place and we just wish we could come back every year!

d there was something meaningful at every corner (antiques, pictures, lighting at night, corn hole, etc.) The sunset pictures are soooo romantic!! All of our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue, it was the "best wedding they had ever been to!" Our guests stayed in Keene and we rented buses from First Student in Keene to transport them. They were great too! The staff was very flexible and accommodating in our requests. They usually got back via email within a day or so. The wedding site exceeded our expectations as there were 3 new tents there for our wedding! The new reception tent is "pole-less" and fit our guests comfortably (170) with 23 round tables seating 8 guests each. There is a large catering tent and grill area which are extra, but well worth it! Your caterer will thank you! The main house was large enough for the bridesmaids and additional guests and the Carriage House housed the groomsmen. There is a fee for extra nights in the main house and Carriage House, but again....well worth it! The house had more than enough room and supplies in the kitchen. We had an assigned contact (Chris) during our stay and he was great! We asked for the lawn to be cut and the next day, it was cut. He had answers to all of our questions. We also rented the "Cantina" which is in the attached barn (separate fee and comes with the house band which was great!) They played at our rehearsal/welcome party at the Carriage House. I would highly recommend Cobb Hill for your wedding. It is well worth the money! I would recommend hiring a wedding planner in the area to assist you with the details. We used Memorable Events and she was great!

We visited the venue in February on a bitter cold day with clear sunny skies and a view that literally took our breath away. The main house is large, comfy and welcoming offering everything a family could want for a vacation or a wedding! We have rented the entire estate which includes a wedding package, a cabin, and a carriage house for 5 days/4nights late summer wedding in 2015. This venue allows us to hold the rehearsal dinner, welcome event, ceremony, reception, Sunday brunch as well as lodging for the entire bridal party and a honeymoon cabin in one location. Our guests will have a variety of lodging options including transportation to and from the wedding venue on the wedding day. We visited the venue this summer to see it with the white event tent up, set up for the coming event. The view was as spectacular as we remembered and the landscaping in full bloom. The carriage house was charming with an idyllic pond and the cabin cozy. I could envision my daughter standing on the 2nd floor balcony of the main house looking out watching her guests assemble at the ceremony field and then being escorted out from the beautiful garden path by her father down the way to the fenced entrance leading to her groom. Yes, I cried. The process of visiting, contracting, and planning with the vendor has been professional friendly and supportive. We booked more than a year in advance on the advice of a friend. It was the best tip we've acted on because we have made decisions that work not only for the bride and groom but also for the venue. An added plus, we have been able to take advantage of discounts offered for contracting with vendors early. We booked a wedding venue that fit our bride and groom's vision for their wedding, their budget, and allows them to celebrate their wedding in a natural outdoor setting that doesn't require a lot of fussing or fancying up. As my daughter said, "It's already decorated by mother nature. You can't get any better than that!". I am glad we had Cobb Hill Estate "SAVE OUR DATE"!
