e still have guests complimenting not only the incredible food but also the outstanding catering staff! We chose the dual plated option, and wow—our guests were blown away, and so were we! Every plate looked absolutely divine. The attention to detail and precision were remarkable. We couldn't have asked for a better team to be part of our wedding day. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Cindy, who was our lead throughout this entire process. She truly helped guide the whole night, managed everything seamlessly, and was attentive to every detail. We had so many challenges with our venue, but Cindy reassured us every step of the way that everything would run smoothly—and she was absolutely right. She always found a way to say "yes" to my ideas and never made us feel like we were asking for too much. We are so incredibly grateful for her and the entire Cocina Fusion team. If you're looking for a wedding caterer, do yourself a favor and book Cocina Fusion. They exceeded every expectation and played such a huge part in making our wedding day unforgettable!

We had 280 guests at our wedding, and we're still receiving compliments about how amazing the food was, as well as how friendly and professional the staff and bartenders were. e met Juliana we clicked and felt so comfortable with her. She’s an absolute pro and it shows in the way that she runs her company. We were never confused or left without communication from Cocina Fusion. Everyone has been raving to us about their service at our wedding as well as the food. Shout out to their awesome bartenders who took such good care of us & our guests!  The mushroom risotto bites, empanadas, chipotle meatballs, and steak brioche bites were standout hits in the passed hors d’oeuvres. We did chimichurri steak or pollo à la crema (chicken with white cream sauce) for our entrée selections with a vegetarian option of the stuffed poblano. We were blown away by the flavor of the food and pretty much knew from the tasting that we were going to pick them. We also chose to do a BYOB bar with their mixer package. Highly recommend doing that with Prestige Liquors. Cocina Fusion also did two signature drinks for us for the reception, an old-fashioned and an espresso martini, which everyone loved.  They are one of the most reasonably priced catering companies for the incredible service and quality that you’re going to get in the city of Chicago. They have everything you need (linens, glassware, flatware) and set your tables beautifully. If we ever have a need to cater another event, we will absolutely use Cocina Fusion!
