About this vendor
Based in Charleston, SC, our adorable Cocktail Car provides a romantic and unique mobile bartending service for your wedding or other private event. Serving carefully crafted and personally designed cocktails as well as beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages and anything in between, we love doing everything we can to make your celebration the best it can be!
We are John and Simaya, a Charleston local couple living our best life on beautiful James Island. A few years ago we decided it was time to make our dream of owning our own mobile cocktail bar come true! Our adorable vintage 2-horse trailer has been renovated with love (all done at home here on James Island!), and is now open for business for all of your cocktail needs (and more). We also provide stand-alone bartending services without our mobile bar.
We genuinely love what we do and aim to serve each drink with a smile! We have a small team of amazing bartenders who are all as passionate about providing good service as we are. Our favorite thing is working with a couple to create a personalized plan for the beverages that will be served during the event. When you hire us, our bartending service includes everything needed to serve the drinks of your choice, aside from the alcohol. We will help guide you in deciding what and how much to purchase, and you are able to keep costs low by purchasing your alcohol directly from any store that you like. We will bring everything else needed to serve delicious, handcrafted beverages, and will walk you through the simple process of purchasing your own alcohol step by step.
We would be thrilled to be a part of your celebration! Don't hesitate to reach out here or at charlestoncocktailcar@gmail.com, and we can provide more detailed information about different packages that we offer. You can also take a look at www.charlestoncocktailcar.com, or find us on Instagram (@charlestoncocktailcar). We would love to hear from you!

The entire Cocktail Cars team was amazing to work with! Simaya and John are so helpful and were in constant communication with us before, during, and after the wedding. They went o...
ut of their way to make our wedding day so special. We have gotten so many compliments about the drinks and the service out guest received. I cannot thank Cocktail Cars enough for the seamless job they did and all that they added to my wedding. Do yourself a favor and book. You will not be disappointed.
This Cocktail Car was one of the highlights of the Rehearsal Party!! The car is very pretty and looks great even without additional decorations. Simaya was so helpful with alcohol...
selections and pickup. She set up an extra bar inside the venue as it was a little cool the evening of event. Her bartenders were friendly and professional . I would definitely recommend using this vender to add an extra touch of class to your event!
If I could give them a higher rating, I absolutely would! I’ve been a guest to plenty of weddings or events that had a similar idea as this, but none that were half as personable a...
nd kind as Charleston Cocktail Car. We were so happy to have them as our vendor for our engagement party in October, and now as we are planning our wedding, are for sure hiring them for the event. They respond quickly and are very timely; they helped with the set up and had the menu printed out, and helped me come up with some signature cocktail ideas. What I also really loved was just their joy at being a part of the event, by the end of the night I feel like my guests could do nothing but talk about how personable the bartender was, or how much fun they were having creating new cocktails. They really meet you where you’re at, which really helped bring the party together. We had a little champagne toast as well, and they were keeping on it making sure they got everything ready for us exactly when we wanted it to be done! The MOST amazing thing though, is their honesty and pricing. A lot of places gouge prices of things when you mention it’s for an engagement party or anything wedding related, but from what I can see they really price everything fairly across the board and that’s a rare find in such a competitive market. If you want a fantastic and unique experience, please go with Charleston Cocktail Car! You’ll be supporting an incredible small local business, and people with a genuine heart of gold. Happy festivities!

p of the way. Simaya's organization and expertise put us at ease no one would go thirsty at our reception, and her attention to detail made our day truly special. They did an incredible job with custom cocktails. I described a cocktail I once tried in South America, and they matched it perfectly--it was a big hit! Their bar cart is absolutely beautiful and compliments any decor. Bartenders were all friendly, skilled, and efficient. Great communication and overall a pleasure to work with. Oh yeah.... and as an extra bonus, John is a local musician and was able to set us up with an amazing live band! These two really made our party a great time for everyone. We are so thankful and highly recommend them!
