After a very disappointing experience at another bridal boutique the day before my appointment here, I walked into Coco Bridal feeling nervous, hesitant, and honestly just hoping f...
or a better experience. I could never have imagined how amazing it would turn out to be 🥹
From the moment my bridal party and I walked in, Sarah greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made us feel welcome. She let us know the bride before me was just finishing up, and while my entourage and I looked around, we even got to witness her say yes to her dress, which was so exciting! Sarah kept reassuring us she’d be with us shortly. Even while wrapping up that appointment, she was incredibly attentive to me and my party of nine. I never once felt forgotten or like we were an inconvenience.
Once it was my turn, Sarah walked us through the entire process and made everything feel easy and comfortable. She helped us pull dresses, listened to everything I liked, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. When it came time to change, she gave me all the privacy I wanted and never made me uncomfortable by insisting on being in the fitting room. That meant so much to me.
Every time I walked out in a dress, Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel beautiful, heard, and seen. She explained the construction of each gown, how alterations could change the fit, and what made each dress unique, making sure both I and my bridal party understood. It truly felt like she was educating us while helping me find my dream dress.
Then I put on the dress.
The second I looked at myself, I knew. It fit like it had been made for me, and I genuinely felt like a princess.
When it came time to make the decision, I called my fiancé so we could purchase it that day. Sarah patiently explained payment options to him over the phone. She even called the boutique owner to ask if I could purchase the new sample off the rack and if they could offer me a discount since it fit me perfectly. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but she went above and beyond anyway.
She also took photos of my bridal party and me, offered us champagne (and water in champagne glasses for the non-drinkers so everyone felt included 😂🙌🏼), made sure we had memories to take home, and even jumped into a picture with me. By the end of the appointment, she didn’t just feel like my bridal stylist—she felt genuinely invested in making this one of the happiest days of my wedding planning journey.
And because of her… I FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS!! 🤍👰🏼😭
I truly cannot thank Sarah enough. She made me feel beautiful, celebrated, confident, and cared for from beginning to end. Every bride deserves to feel the way she made me feel. ❤️
Coco Bridal is the sweetest little locally owned boutique, and you can truly feel the love and care that goes into every appointment. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with kindness, patience, and genuine excitement while finding your dress, this is it.
Thank you, Sarah, and thank you, Coco Bridal, for giving me one of the happiest memories I’ll ever have. I’ll never forget this day, and I can’t wait to share my wedding photos with you at the end of the year. 🤍
Coco Bridal was the first shop I went to and the dress I ended up choosing was second one I tried on. It was so different from what I envisioned but somehow Stela knew it would be ...
perfect for me. We ended up leaving to try one other shop and immediately I knew that nowhere else was going to give me the same warmth and attention. Being at Coco Bridal, you feel like you're the only bride in the world. My dress was custom made to my measurements while still remaining within my budget. I looked forward to every time I got to go into their shop and spend time with them during fittings. Stela takes her job very seriously and insists on perfection and it showed in my end results. I can't recommend Coco Bridal any more emphatically than to say - if you want designer quality, family treatment and a truly unique dress that doesn't blow your budget, look no further! I wish I could go back in time and relive finding my dress at Stela's shop but I will be using them for any future events I have and will recommend them to any bride who asks!
