I used Courtney for pre-planning, rehearsal, & wedding day. Having her along the way the whole time was instrumental in putting together the wedding seamlessly and without any stress. We had a conference call every month to discuss any open ended things. I live in NYC so Courtney was my right hand in Phoenix with my mom going to doing things like seeing the florist, doing venue walks, etc. Courtney and I also emailed frequency to discuss little details that had deadlines soon. She was never not available. She was so great at telling me deadlines we had to complete and helping me complete them or giving her advice. We also had a lot of phone conversations about the types of vendors I wanted to use. I would tell her what kind of photography that I liked and she was able to send me links of people that fit into my vision. She did the same thing with transportation, hotels, etc. She made sure that everything fit together and exuded my vision seamlessly. She was so easy to work with and like I said, you like feel that she loves what she does and it shows in how she puts together the wedding and how you never feel stressed. She also is one of the sweetest people ever and is so easy to talk to and tell her exactly what you like and don't like. I was that type of bride that didn't exactly know what I liked but I knew 100% what I didn't like. She was able to come up with creative ideas that helped me figure out what I liked and wanted and then executed them. She gets your vision and then gets to work putting it together. I have never worked with someone how just completely got me and what my aesthetic was all about and felt like she never judged me for my weird ideas! Like black linens and red roses in Scottsdale with black wedding shoes! Oh and we also had BBQ for the dinner so formal attire, formal dinner setting, casual cactus all outdoor venue setting, plus BBQ for dinner! To say my wedding was a casual/formal fusion is an understatement. She never thought it was weird or odd but just put all my crazy ideas together where everyone at the wedding thought it just all went together so well even though it had so many different aspects to it. Courtney made it all just go together and that is just the most amazing talent a wedding planner can do. I literally was so sad once the wedding was over because I didn't get to work with her anymore! I can't stress enough what a dream and blessing it was to have her by my side! Courtney knew what was important to me and made sure the day of, it was all ready for us. We had some special requests to have set up at the wedding and it was done and ready for us. She just made sure everything went according to plan. Overall the best part of my wedding, (besides marrying my husband), was having Courtney be apart of it! Planning was so seamless with her and she thinks of everything and anything so that nothing goes wrong. My friends kept commenting that I was too calm for a bride. Courtney was my secret! I felt extremely stress free because I was so cared for in her hands. She has such an amazing talent and passion for what she does and it is evident in her level of work. Courtney took my vision and was able to design and create a reality better than I could have ever imagined or dreamed of. Her design aesthetic is beyond breathtaking and anyone in her hands is going to be in awe and so well taken care of. She was truly a dream to work with.

Courtney is amazing at what she does. She makes what can be the over-whelming process of wedding planning fun and stress-free. We were planning our wedding from afar, so Courtney’s wealth of experience and extensive network of vendors allowed her to narrow the list of options to those who best fit our vision. Our wedding weekend was TRULY everything I pictured it would be, made possible by Courtney’s flawless and meticulous work. Not to mention, she is the kindest, coolest person! I would recommend and highly encourage her help with anyone’s wedding!

We had such a great experience working with Courtney, she was easy to work with and handled all the details seamlessly. The planning process was enjoyable due to expertise and knowledge. She worked within budget and last minute details were handled with grace and calmness. The wedding day was beautiful and she worked with ease with all the vendors behind the scene. If there was a problem, we did not know it because she took care of everything!
