Coco Moore Makeup

PAID OVER $600 7 DAYS AHEAD OF SERVICE FOR LATE SERVICES ON WEDDING DAY!! I recently had Coco do my make up for my wedding on June 19th. I am all for giving credit when its due so I must say her work is phenomenal. She made the changes as requested when requested but when it comes to timing, its no where near up to par. It would not be much of an issue but being that this booking was for my wedding day, the service was TERRIBLE! She had sent a schedule to me the day prior of the wedding in which stated that me and my bridesmaids’ make up will be completed by 4pm because we had pictures at that time. She has 6 faces to complete, my own and 5 of my bridesmaids in which she only scheduled one assistant to help the day of. Her schedule was set for them to arrive at 1pm, in which her assistant arrived at 1:35, didn’t start until 1:45. Keep in mind we’re supposed to be completed by 4pm for pictures. Only one of my bridesmaids make up was completed by 2:30 in which Ms.Coco still hasn’t arrived. At this point, I requested for her assistant to start my make up because I only have one bridesmaid done and only an hour left to have my make up done. Ms. Coco arrives at 3:00pm, in which my eyebrows were only done and my 2nd bridesmaid is just getting started. Long story short, I was not able to get any before shots with my bridesmaids thats was scheduled with my photographer. More money wasted! Did I mention she charged a $150 late fee/$50 per day. She requires her wedding services to be paid in full 7 days prior to the actual service and which I did not understand nor did i get a notification until 3 days after the due in which there was already a $150 late fee tacked onto the $670 service. I would think that if I’m paying ahead of time, my services should be perfect, especially for what its worth. But so much money was wasted due to using this unprofessional wedding make-up service! Kudos to her assistant for doing her best with what she was set up with! She claimed that she didn’t charge for a travel fee or assistant fee BUT as per contract, the travel fee was included in my package and the assistant fee was only required if I had over 7 people when I only had 6... IF YOU WANT TO PAY OVER $600 7 DAYS AHEAD TO BE LATE TO YOUR OWN WEDDING WITH NO PRE-BRIDAL PHOTOS, book with Ms.Coco 👍🏽

I loved Coco! Every girls makeup was beautiful! 10 hours later my makeup was still flawless. It stayed the same the entire day! She came with a team and got everyone done and gone on time.
