The entire team was wonderful to work with and made every step of the process feel easy and enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything came together beautifully, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment. Seeing our family and friends enjoying such a beautiful setting made the day even more special. having the entire property to ourselves made it feel like a true tropical retreat. From the moment we booked, the experience was seamless and personal with CPI having a true "mom and pop" feel.
Tracey was so helpful in the early planning stages, and when Carin joined the team, everything went from great to even more exceptional. As a destination bride, I felt incredibly supported—Carin helped wrangle guests, cued the ceremony, shared behind-the-scenes photos, and made sure every little detail ran smoothly. The staff went above and beyond all weekend, even helping us do laundry before we headed off on our honeymoon!
The setting speaks for itself—palm trees, ocean views, private beach. Even the tropical foliage on the non-beach side of the property made for a great photo backdrop! There were so many things for our guests to enjoy — evening s’mores/wine by the fire, kayaking in the bay, and the ability to just walk a few steps back to their rooms after dancing the night away. The post-reception pool party was a highlight for all!
A few rooms are on the smaller side, and we do wish the bridal suite had a full-size fridge for all the food and drinks we brought in—but those are tiny details compared to everything else this place offers. We already can't wait to come back for anniversaries in the years ahead. Coconut Palm Inn is a wonderful resort and truly a dream wedding venue!

stantly fell in love with it. Being able to do a resort buyout and have the resort exclusively for your wedding is one of the coolest aspects of having a wedding here. We had a pool party, rehearsal diner, reception, and brunch all at the resort.
The setting is absolutely incredible and the resorts GM Tracey and wedding coordinator Carin are absolutely amazing. The staff is attentive, personable, and accommodating.

there's nothing provided, but we liked that because we were able to make it our own. They were easy to work with, great staff, and we didn't have any real issues the weekend of the wedding. It was a little pricey for the event and the rooms surrounding the weekend, but it was worth it for us. The resort had lots of amenities that you could use; free muffins, fruit, and coffee every morning; and smores at night (besides the ceremony night). For the one event price, we could also have our Welcome Dinner/Rehearsal Dinner and any other events there, so for one flat price you get the whole resort for the weekend to have multiple events. I highly recommend the CPI if you want to have an intimate (max 100 guests), relaxing, fun, beautiful wedding right on the bay side of the Florida Keys.

I loved that when you rent for the wedding, you get the entire resort. So everyone on property was someone we knew and loved.
