From the moment we first visited, we knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The property is absolutely stunning and truly captures the beauty and spirit of the Florid...
a Keys. If you're looking for a venue that reflects the authentic charm of the Keys, this is one of the very best places to celebrate.
The entire team was wonderful to work with and made every step of the process feel easy and enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything came together beautifully, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment. Seeing our family and friends enjoying such a beautiful setting made the day even more special. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping create memories that we will cherish forever and would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a magical place to celebrate their wedding.
We got married at Coconut Palm Inn in October. It was the most perfect venue I could have asked for. It is so beautiful and peaceful. Carin and Tracy are also amazing and went abov...
e and beyond to help us and made the entire experience much less stressful. Being able to have the entire property for a whole weekend was such a special experience. We had a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. We loved having a dance floor on the beach right in front of the water. It was unlike any wedding we had been to before. We would recommend this venue 10/10
We cannot say enough amazing things about Coconut Palm Inn—this venue was the heart and soul of our wedding weekend. We hosted a small, intimate wedding with around 40 guests, and ...
having the entire property to ourselves made it feel like a true tropical retreat. From the moment we booked, the experience was seamless and personal with CPI having a true "mom and pop" feel.
Tracey was so helpful in the early planning stages, and when Carin joined the team, everything went from great to even more exceptional. As a destination bride, I felt incredibly supported—Carin helped wrangle guests, cued the ceremony, shared behind-the-scenes photos, and made sure every little detail ran smoothly. The staff went above and beyond all weekend, even helping us do laundry before we headed off on our honeymoon!
The setting speaks for itself—palm trees, ocean views, private beach. Even the tropical foliage on the non-beach side of the property made for a great photo backdrop! There were so many things for our guests to enjoy — evening s’mores/wine by the fire, kayaking in the bay, and the ability to just walk a few steps back to their rooms after dancing the night away. The post-reception pool party was a highlight for all!
A few rooms are on the smaller side, and we do wish the bridal suite had a full-size fridge for all the food and drinks we brought in—but those are tiny details compared to everything else this place offers. We already can't wait to come back for anniversaries in the years ahead. Coconut Palm Inn is a wonderful resort and truly a dream wedding venue!
I got married at the coconut palm in 11/9/24 and it was absolutely incredible. After looking at other bigger resorts in the key largo/isla morada area we came across the CPI and in...
stantly fell in love with it. Being able to do a resort buyout and have the resort exclusively for your wedding is one of the coolest aspects of having a wedding here. We had a pool party, rehearsal diner, reception, and brunch all at the resort.
The setting is absolutely incredible and the resorts GM Tracey and wedding coordinator Carin are absolutely amazing. The staff is attentive, personable, and accommodating.
You will not be disappointed with a wedding here. It is the perfect setting for a weekend extravaganza that your guests will never forget.

erything went smoothly. From the planning process to the big day, they were attentive, organized, and always available to answer any questions or concerns. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a perfect ambiance for a destination wedding. Every detail was flawless, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the location and service. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience!
We LOVED our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn! The venue was beautiful. We loved that you get the whole resort so there's no one else on property. You have to get all your vendors, ...
there's nothing provided, but we liked that because we were able to make it our own. They were easy to work with, great staff, and we didn't have any real issues the weekend of the wedding. It was a little pricey for the event and the rooms surrounding the weekend, but it was worth it for us. The resort had lots of amenities that you could use; free muffins, fruit, and coffee every morning; and smores at night (besides the ceremony night). For the one event price, we could also have our Welcome Dinner/Rehearsal Dinner and any other events there, so for one flat price you get the whole resort for the weekend to have multiple events. I highly recommend the CPI if you want to have an intimate (max 100 guests), relaxing, fun, beautiful wedding right on the bay side of the Florida Keys.

e flexible and helpful when it came to other vendor recommendations. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the view was breathtaking. I loved that when you rent for the wedding, you get the entire resort. So everyone on property was someone we knew and loved. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone interested in a beachside wedding! LOVED IT!
