Coco's Cakery was amazing!! The cake was delicious and Melissa was so easy to work with. She followed the photo we wanted for our wedding cake!

I loved my wedding cake and Melissa was great to work with! We had a small cake and cupcakes. When we told her we were also having a dessert table, she helped us decide on fewer cupcakes than guests, which worked out great! Both cupcakes and cake were delicious and the cake was so pretty!

We met Melissa at our tasting event at The Hamilton Manor. She provided us with a cake sampling box and we quickly fell in love with her cakes and decided to use her for our wedding. Melissa was easy to deal with and exceeded my expectations on our wedding cake. We went with two flavors: the Funfetti cake and the almond cake with cinnamon buttercream frosting and both were delicious.

We chose Coco Bakery because they were included with our venue. It was either Coco Bakery or Palermo's. We were looking for more of a fresh tasting cake. When given the tasting cake box, it was very small and not accommodating for two people. At the Hamilton Manor, we were able to choose a two tier cake and a cupcake display at no extra cost. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. We even froze some after the wedding and they were delicious even weeks later. One thing that bothered me was that Melissa uses the words "fillings" however they are not "fillings." The cupcakes do not have any fillings at all. It is just the cake and frosting. Also, our wedding cake was supposed to be chocolate cake with caramel buttercream frosting. Instead our wedding cake was just chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. Was a little upset about that!

We found Melissa through our venue and she was an absolutely perfect match! Cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious!

Coco's Cakery was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was super easy to work with and made the whole process stress-free. She was open to trying any design and executed our cake design effortlessly. We especially loved the cupcake display paired with our two-tiered wedding cake. Melissa was great to work with from beginning to end! My husband and I picked four flavors we wanted to try and she brought it to the Hamilton Manor the night of our food tasting. She was personable and made sure to talk with us when walking around, which we LOVED! Melissa was amazing! The tasting went perfectly! She brought us cupcakes of each flavor to try (all were amazing). We ended up deciding on a Oreo flavoring. My parents at first were like "that is a little childish for a wedding cake don't you think?" Boy did they eat their words (and the cake!) at the wedding! It was to die for and it turned out so beautiful!

Melissa was amazing to work with! She met with my husband and I at our Hamilton Manor food tasting. She brought us a few different flavors to try. They samples were absolutely delicious! When it came to designing the cake, it couldn't have been easier! I told Melissa exactly what I wanted and she made the most beautiful cake ever! Melissa is a gem and truly talented!! My wedding cake was not only delicious but honestly a piece of art and the most beautiful i have ever seen. Many cakes i’ve seen recently are trendy and look similar but i told melissa what i liked and she turned it into a unique masterpiece just for us! Her flavors are a perfect balance.

Melissa at Coco’s Cakery was awesome to deal with! She was able to bring samples of cake to our food tasting at the Hamilton Manor! During our cake tasting, she was so cool, and not pressuring at all! She told us that she could adjust the flavors to make the caramel icing a little more or a little less prominent. We enjoyed all of the flavors that we tried, it was so hard to make a decision. In communicating with Melissa, we were able to choose two different cake and icing combinations for our wedding cake, which was totally perfect because we each like different combinations! On the day of the wedding, the cake looked exactly how we imagined it to, and it was so fresh and delicious! Overall, Melissa was a delight to work with and we both really enjoyed the cake!

Melissa is a cake genius! She was super easy to communicate with and SO personable! She met us at our venue and had DELICIOUS flavors! What was even better than the cake tasting was the actual wedding cake! When I saw the cake on the wedding day, it was beyond perfect! It was exactly what I pictured and she took wood flowers I created to place around the cake in the most beautiful arrangement! Guests were talking about the cake even months after the wedding! Melissa did the deserts for our wedding and made the most beautiful spread. Little fruit pies, dipped marshmallows, brownies, cookies, (including GF and vegan options!), chocolate dipped pretzels, a mint chocolate chip cake, and a lemon berry cake. In my experience, wedding cakes are just for show; they look nice, but aren’t super tasty. However, from CoCo’s, it was definitely the best wedding cake I have ever had (and not just because it was mine :) ), it was super moist, flavorful, and the icing was delicious and creamy. Everything was delicious and I can’t believe how fortunate we are that Melissa made our deserts. It really topped off a perfect evening — and we got to enjoy the few leftover deserts on our mini moon afterwards, just continuing to enjoy the experience. Thank you so so much Melissa!

As my husband and I sat down yesterday to eat our cupcakes (mini versions of our wedding cake) exactly one year later, we were reminded of how amazing our experience was with Coco's Cakery, specifically with Melissa. From the beginning, Melissa was wonderful! She met us at our venue for samples, completely going out of her way to make sure we felt right at home. The samples came in cupcake form as did our one year anniversary delights. This was to preserve the flavor in a more manageable portion size. (By the way, our cupcakes did last an entire year, even with a move and all!) Before we met with Melissa, I sent her a few pictures of how I wanted the cake to look, and she nailed it! We had a 4 tier cake, but we wanted simple, rustic elegance. We added a few flowers from our florist to complete the look. Because we couldn't decide on a flavor for the cake, we had more than one! Our final choices were as follows: Top/Bottom Tiers: 2 layers of chocolate cake with 1 layer of vanilla cake and mocha buttercream filling. Middle 2 Tiers: Vanilla cake with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling I really loved how beautifully simple our cake was for our wedding. It meant a lot to me that Melissa listened and got what we wanted right away. I never thought I could feel so happy about a cake, but I did and still do!

Coco's Cakery came recommended by our wedding venue and they did NOT disappoint! My husband and I met with Melissa to try the sample flavors we had selected and I brought an inspiration photo with me for the design of the cake. The day of the wedding when I walked into the venue and saw our cake WOW was it absolutely PERFECT!! She executed the design flawlessly.. she crafted a flower out of sugar that was an absolute work of art. We received our 1st anniversary cupcakes at the end of the night which we got into the freezer promptly when we got home! We reached out to our venue to see if there was leftover cake as we did not get any of that to bring home.. then again we were pretty preoccupied and wouldn't have noticed if it all did get eaten anyway. Our venue told us there was non left over and they offered to reach out to Melissa to see if she could make us something since we didn't get to have any of the cake on our wedding night (aside from the tiny piece during the cutting). Melissa emailed me and we coordinated a date to pick up a pretty nice size round cake just for my husband and I which was so sweet!...Literally! It was SOO good, my husband insisted we freeze some of it to eat when we get our wedding video back. So impressed with Melissa and her company.. I would highly recommend!! :)

Melissa at Coco's Cakery was a saint! The process of choosing from tons of flavors was painless. She met me at the venue (I believe she works with The Hamilton Manor often), and gave us some samples of cupcakes we previously chose from a list. They were delicious- buttercream frosting is delicious. They are modern flavors and not plain.

Our cake was absolutely delicious. The lemon cake was true to flavor and you could tell was not artificial in any way. Our cake really made a nice display at your wedding and was exactly what I had wanted for my dream wedding cake. Melissa was super helpful with us when selecting a cake design and flavor. i would recommend her for any Hamilton Manor bride or any bride in general.

Melissa worked with us on making the perfect wedding cake for our special day. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. She was super easy to work with and was able to give us plenty of ideas to make the cake exactly how we wanted. Not to mention how delicious it was!!

Melissa was such a delight to work with and her cake was absolutely AMAZING. When I met with Melissa I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to say anything. She was so great at taking into account the venue, our color scheme, and theme of the wedding to make us the perfect cake. As soon as I saw that Melissa did cupcakes along with a two tiered cake for our wedding day, I was sold. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with! We found out about her through our venue, the Hamilton Manor. She worked with my mom to surprise me with a cake tasting appointment for when my fiancé returned from deployment (the date changed a million times, and she was always accommodating!) Melissa was beyond sweet, and very personable. Her cakes were delicious! She created a bridal and groom’s cake and brought both visions to life. We received an overwhelming amount of compliments on how perfect they looked and tasted! She was professional, easy to communicate with, and the most perfect person to bring your dream wedding cake to real life! Coco’s Cakery was amazing! Melissa was recommended to us by our venue and we are so happy with our choice! She was incredibly accommodating in coordinating our tasting. Her flavors are unique and there are enough combinations for anyone. For our wedding cake, she was able to bring my vision of a beautiful, rustic wedding cake to life. She worked with my florist to get fresh flowers for decoration and we used an amazing wood base for it to sit on. It tasted amazing and we even have two cute cupcakes for our one year anniversary. We would absolutely recommend Coco’s to anyone!

My husband and I just got married earlier this November and we wanted to incorporate fall tastes like pumpkin into our cake. When we first met with Melissa she had a ton of ideas on how we could accomplish this. She brought quite a few different flavors and combinations to our tasting, and we were blown away. We were especially surprised with some of the flavors we didn't even think about. The hard decisions we would face: 1. how were to choose the flavor for our cakes (because they were ALL yummy,) and 2. How handle different food allergies for our guests. We had a number of our guests with a peanut, soy and/or gluten allergies, but we still wanted everyone to enjoy some wedding cake. When we started picking our cake vendor, my husband and I just assumed that we wouldn't necessarily be able to give everyone cake. Melissa gave us the great idea of doing a smaller cake, with different flavors at each level, and separate cupcakes where she could give us multiple flavors too. My friend Janelle in particular, who has a very serious peanut allergy was so touched that there were a couple of cupcakes kept separate just for her. That Melissa took the time to worry about my guests’ allergies by making other batches speaks to her incredible kindness. I can't say enough how accommodating Melissa was, and our guests were extremely thankful for it. The other thing I have to mention was the presentation of the cakes. We were able to give Melissa a rough idea about the look we were going for and she nailed it! We received multiple compliments about it too! Not only would we recommend her to anyone in need any kind of cakes, we can't wait to order more cakes from her in the future. Delicious!

Our wedding cake looked EXACTLY as we asked - we were completely blown away. And the taste was phenomenal - definitely better than your average wedding cake. Also, we had a guest at the wedding with Celiac disease and Coco's Cakery provided gluten-free cupcakes safe for her to eat! Coco's Cakery was easy to work with and provided us with the wedding cake of our dreams. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

WE LOVED COCOS CAKERY!!!!! Melissa was an amazing person to work with. She was friendly, professional, personable, and had an amazing attention to details. She was able to listen to our ideas, but was not afraid to give us her opinions and helpful suggestions. She went as far as to bring us samples to our home so we would be able to taste her cakes! We had her make us a cake and some mini pies for our wedding and they were all so delicious! Melissa from Coco’s Cakery did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake. The cake was not only beautiful but delicious! Melissa was responsive to my E-mails and was able to take our vision and put it into three tiers on a platter! We had some very specific ideas for the cake flavors and design and Melissa was both accommodating and creative in suggestions to make them work. I would highly recommend Coco’s Cakery for any bride!

Melissa makes the moist cake we have tried. I love cake and dessert, so I knew I couldn't stand another dried out wedding cake. The flavors are great too! What was even nicer is that Melissa made each layer of the cake a different flavor. We had vanilla-vanilla to cut on the bottom, then lemon with raspberry filling, and the top layer was a yummy spiced cake with cinnamon frosting. (Just make sure your reception hall/caterer knows that each layer is different when serving so they don't assume it's all the same and only serve 1 variety.) Melissa decorated with fresh flowers for free. Many places we looked at wouldn't make different flavors or fillings or special decorations without additional charges. We really appreciated this about Melissa. She met the decoration requests we had. In the moment, it was very pretty to look at. In photos afterwards, the frosting could have used a little more smoothing out (you could see the knife marks instead of a straight edge frosting spatual to keep things smooth). Flavor and being moist was most important to us - and this cake met that. Melissa provided a cupcake for us to freeze and use for our 1-year. We originally thought it was explained to us as a small, personal-sized cake pre-wrapped to be easily frozen, but the cupcake works. We wrapped it when we got home and are excited to take out 1 year from now. YUM! Melissa also made a special request dessert for us. It came out perfectly! And was delicious! The groom was more than surprised when it came out, and he loved it! We took the left-overs home and the next day ate the rest of it! I do highly recommend any soon-to-be brides and grooms to speak with Melissa and try her cakes. Her flavors are great and they are moist. I'm so glad she did our cake!
