The day of the wedding, she sent her delivery man out without knowing where he was going - no directions, no map, no GPS, nothing. To me, that's BAD business. If you have no knowledge of the area, why would you drive around for hours "hoping" to find it with someone's wedding flowers in the back?! The ceremony started at 2 - we called Coddington's at 12 to ask where they were and what was going on. A young lady answered the phone - she was very rude, said she couldn't help us and hung up on my mother. At this point, we're all pretty furious at this and their "customer service." Hours later, the delivery man showed up 2 MINUTES before the ceremony - my husband told him to leave and that we would not be taking the flowers. Overall, we were beyond disappointed and wouldn't recommend Coddington's to anyone. I think it's a poor run business if you don't research where you're going before you jump in the car. You're a florist - customers should NOT have to give you turn-by-turn directions to someone whose been in business locally for over 20 years. Nor should you wait until DAY OF to figure out where you're going .. especially for a wedding!
