Cody Limousines

Our driver was AWESOME! Cody limousines wal so fun to work with and the owner Tom is a hoot! We did the limo bus, which I loved and it was so much fun riding in. The only downfall is if it is a warm day it tends to be hot in the back of the bus, but other than that, great experience!!

For our wedding we wanted to get a limo to drive us from the church to the recovering. We called Cody limousines about a year in advance knowing they are one of the only companies in the area and I have had good luck with them in the past. Long story short, we called 10+ times in the year leading up to the wedding. Sometime ps we would get the answering machine and left a message but never got a call back. Then when we would get someone to answer, they were "not in the office, but I'm almost there and will look ya the book and call you right back". Yet we never heard back...after all those calls we finally gave up. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We used Cody Limo. for transporting our guests to and from the hotel. They were great to work with and very professional!

Everything was set in stone with this vendor well in advance. I felt very comfortable with our plans. Then, the day of the wedding, I have guests telling me during my reception that the van wasn't at the hotel at the time it was supposed to be so they were late and missed the ceremony because they had to drive themselves. The next day, I called the service and was told that the driver got to the hotel 1 hour early and left at that point with guests. That was awful because then we had people arriving to the venue early, while we were trying to take our photos - so photos were cut short and then the shuttle was late for the guests that were waiting for it at the correct time. When I asked why they would even arrive 1 hour early and leave so early I wasn't given any sort of apology, but was asked, "what would you have liked us to have done". I said, show up when you said you were going to and arrive to the venue on time. If they didn't know what to do, they had both my and my mother's cell phone #s and could have called, but didn't. Not happy with the lack of concern for how their decison affected the rest of the day and not only my satisfication but 30+ guests.
