I had my own vision of what my wedding band would look like and wasn't able to find what I was looking for anywhere. So, I drew out what I wanted my ring to look like and took it to Coffin & Trout. Ed was so great to work with on my ring and was really able to understand my vision. I was so excited to see the final product, and even each step along the way.

My fiance purchased my unique engagement ring here, and it is truly one of a kind. According to him, they were flawless in providing that initial service. We then wanted them to design my wedding band to match the unique engagement ring. This is where the only problem came from during our entire process. They had a hard time understanding my vision when I was trying to explain it. The ring designer even commented under his breath, "That's going to look weird" when we were going to nail down the specifics. The first run of the ring wasn't what I had hoped but they don't like their customers to be dissatisfied. They rectified the issue as best they could on the original ring for a nominal fee. Its definitely quite a stunning set.

My husband designed my ring with the help of the jewelers at Coffin & Trout. They helped him find a loose diamond and set it in an existing promise ring he gave me a few years back. They also sold us his ring, which he absolutely loves. The employees are all friendly and professional.
