I am very very happy with the invitation suite I ordered from Ruth at Cohen Printing. They are perfection and everything I wanted and more. They are exactly what I was expecting. That being said...I didn't even meet with her face-to-face! I live on the west coast and this business is on the east coast! I found Ruth & Cohen Printing on Google because of the specific search I did...Cohen Printing popped up and I'm so happy for that! First I ordered a few sample invitations online (which I highly recommend by the way if you are not able to see them in person at her store) and I received them within a few days. I chose the one I wanted and then corresponded with Ruth personally via phone and email. I emailed her exactly what I wanted the invitations to say along with all the of the addresses for the envelopes (I ordered the beautiful lined envelopes). The process was very easy, being so far away. She sent me proofs and we made necessary corrections. She was very patient and only wanted to ensure that I was 100% happy and satisfied. I received all the invitations as promised and when promised. When I opened the package I was so very impressed by how professionally packed and organized everything was! Ruth was very pleasant to work with. She is a straightforward person like myself and she undoubtedly doesn't settle for anything but the best results! She is very passionate about what she does and even more passionate about making sure I was happy from beginning to end. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing that changed my mind about doing business with her because at the end of the day they were just minor logistics and most importantly the invitation suite came out perfectly!! So that's what matters most. And Ruth always follows through. She went above and beyond and I will most definitely call her in the future when I need to order invitations. And I will refer her as well to my friends and family near and far! Very happy with Ruth and Cohen Printing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was stressed beyond belief because staples UPS and Fed ex all told me they couldn't print my guests addresses on my wedding envelopes. They all told me that the only option was to print on Avery labels. Just as I was about to cave and use labels I decided to look up printing stores and found RUTH!!!! I called her and she answered immediately. Her voice was reassuring and she told me to come in and she would see what she could do. When I came into the store and showed her my envelopes she said "okay no problem". She had fonts ready to be picked and she even helped me to make sure my address were correct. She did them for me right then and there and hand fed each envelope into her printer and there were a lot of envelopes!!! Besides being very professional she was very kind and I knew she wanted to take care of me unlike Staples UPS and FedEx. She has many many many invitation options from places like Vera Wang and William Arthur. Had I known about her I would have gone to her for my invitations. Getting invitations can be very stressful and if I had worked with her from the start I could have saved myself a lot of worry. She works hard and we have to support business women like her! I left the store happy as ever and we were both cheering "no labels" as I left. P.S- I never write reviews

From the get-go Ruth was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She took time out of her weekend to meet with my fiance and I, and made us feel at home the second we walked in. She asked us questions about what we were looking for and what type of wedding we were having, rather then just suggesting things. She was incredibly thorough, showing us many different designs and how they apply to each occasion. We ended up picking the most gorgeous wedding invites and were absolutely blown away once we received them. Ruth saved the day for our wedding invitations! After several botched attempted with a different invitation vendor, my now husband and I were in a crunch with our invitations and time was on our side. My mother recommended Cohen Printing, which she heard about from a friend from Teaneck. I e-mailed them for a quick quote and within 30 minutes, Ruth was on the phone with me planning out our ideal design. Ruth made the process easy and fun. She also wasn't afraid to let you know if you were taking too long to get back to her, and I mean that in the best way possible. Within 2 weeks of contacting her, our invitations were at our doorstep, ready to be sent to our guests. I cannot thank Ruth and her team enough for their incredibly beautiful work and impeccable timing. I highly recommend this company!

I HIGHLY recommend Cohen Printing! Ruth was so nice and patient with me. Her designs are amazing. I came in with an idea, and she enhanced that idea beyond what I could imagine, they are beautiful. Once ordered, they came so fast, and I LOVE THEM! Her pricing is transparent and up front. Such amazing quality. I'd post an image but I haven't sent them out yet! Ruth was wonderful! Our invitation printer wouldn't print our recipients addresses on the envelopes. We couldn't afford a calligrapher and most printers wouldn't print on our pre-lined envelopes. Just when I was at my breaking point over something so small, Ruth saved the day. She opened the shop just for me on Father's Day and had everything I needed printed beautifully within an hour. She was even able to match the font on the invitation! Worth the trip, highly recommended!

Ruth was amazing. Incredibly responsive and she made sure our wedding invitations were gorgeous. The invites were printed on heavy, gorgeous paper and the print job was beautiful. Ruth sent me numerous proofs so I could make sure the invites would look perfect. It really took a lot of time and effort on her part, and I knew if I needed anything she was right there. I had my save the dates done by a family member but was interested in have my envelops addressed, I found Ruth on google and found her prices great so I decided to take a trip! I didn’t make an appointment but lucky for me she was just finishing up with someone as o walked in and she dropped everything to help! So pleasant and kind, we sat at her computer to pick out a color and a font (which I did not have planned) she was so helpful and patience! I had a lovely experience with her and I will be going back for my invitations!!

Hello, after searching for the right company / person to do all the paperie for my upcoming wedding, I came across Cohen printing in New Jersey. I live in New York and didn’t think about it twice and decided to go in person to choose and order everything that I will need for my event. The quality of service and prices are great. Ruth is very nice, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to order more things from her. Thank you

I found ruth on the knot and went to meet her for pricing and design. She was very fast to answer all e mails and very willing to accommodate our schedule when making an appointment which I really appreciated. I had a design for invitations already done by a friend of mine that does digital design so I only needed the printing done. I left the appointment feeling good about the selections, she e mailed me the proofs in a timely manner; but I do wish that she had sent a physical copy of the invitation instead as it would have prevented the problems we had. On the e-mail the coloring of everything was off when I mentioned it I was told that the color would be exactly as we had discussed. I than went to do the addresses. She was back and forth on the formatting of where to put a comma on the address lines. In an e mail she stated to put a comma before apartment and another comma before the unit. The example on her website did not have a comma so I tried to clarify with her she stated she did want commas in between the unit number. I sent it in done like that and than I got a reply to remove commas from certain areas. I felt like it would have been easier if she just added in it exactly how she wanted as opposed to back and forth for a few days about what she wanted and sending examples that looked different than what she was saying. Once that was sorted out the invitations came in and she e mailed me a picture from her phone, when I called to give her the final payment information I stated that the coloring looked very dark in the picture but wanted to make sure the font color was navy. She stated that no the font is black than quickly said that she would look into it and hung up. About an hour later I got an e mail stating that I apparently stated I wanted black right before I left the appointment, which I have no memory of, and that this is not her fault that the color was wrong. I pointed out that the invoices that were sent to me with the design information all clearly stated navy ink on them. After pointing this out to her she offered me a discount on the black ink invitations. I didn't appreciate that it was clearly a mistake on her part, I understand miscommunication happens but when it clearly states on all documents navy ink than to turn around and tell me i'm wrong, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I told her I would like them reprinted in the correct ink color and received them about a week later. The invitations are beautiful and i do love them and im happy that I chose to ask for the correction in her error. We did notice that the digital calligraphy on the envelopes is a little crooked but not that noticeable. She also made us an envelope with our names and address on it, i suppose as a keepsake which was a nice gesture, but did not put the correct last name on it, she used my stepfathers last name, so we can't even keep it. Overall the final result came out very pretty, but keep in mind that the actual design was done by someone else, but if I had the option of printing the same design elsewhere, I would take it.

I found Cohen printing online and though I was not from the area, just had a good intuitive feeling about the place. I was not disappointed. Ruth was incredible. Took the time to make us a beautiful gold ink - our wedding envelopes look better than hand calligraphy. Will definitely consider for future needs!

Had someone else noncommercial do the first batch of envelopes. What a mistake! Went to Ruth at Cohen Printing for the second batch. The envelopes were done perfectly in one day! Had her do another seven envelopes, she did them in five minutes! And the price is reasonable. No reason to go anywhere else.

Ruth is hilarious and so fun to work with. She made the most beautiful invitations I have ever seen. She was my friend in the entire printing process and helped me every step of the way. When I envisioned something, Ruth made it happen. I can't recommend her enough!!!

Ruth is *incredible.* I contacted her barely a month before my wedding and right before Sukkot. My invitations were designed and went through several "proof" phases in less than a day. She even came in on Sunday chol hamoed Sukkot to get my invitations printed and in my hands before the end of the holiday! I will be telling ALL of my friends about her incredible customer service and the beautiful job she did!!!!

Ruth is a pleasure to work with. My daughter was very specific about what she liked and Ruth made sure she got what she wanted. Ruth designed the invitations and envelopes in a timely manner. Ruth continued to check in with us up until the invitations arrived on our doorstep. The final product is BEAUTIFUL - better than anything I could have imagined. I teared up when I opened them. Ruth did a great job with the digital calligraphy on our envelopes! The envelopes themselves were quite large, but Ruth made sure the addresses were properly printed by feeding the envelopes into the printer by hand. Working with Cohen Printing was a pleasure! We found them on the internet, and I never actually set foot in the store. We live out of state - but Ruth Cohen was so responsive to every request. Ours was a complicated order - 2 languages on the invitation and it was sent to 3 countries, plus email invitations. Cohen Printing handled every aspect of the invitations - design, printing, stuffing, and mailing, along with sending out the email invitations. They were very clear about prices and time-frame, and sent photos every step of the way, so I would know what to expect. I enthusiastically recommend them!

Ruth is a GODSEND! I was dreading paying a calligrapher or trusting a printer to do a careful, professional (affordable) job on my invitation envelopes. My sister found Cohen Printing on Google and immediately on her website I knew this was going to be good. When I stopped in to drop off the envelopes, Ruth was hard at work with her hands full. She dropped everything to print my envelopes on the spot, within 20 minutes, because she felt bad we drove far to get to her. Her work is amazing and she nails customer service on the head. We had her print our addresses on the invite envelope and they were amazing and done with such care and professionalism. Quick turn around time too!
