Colbert Hills

My (now) husband and I used Colbert Hills for our wedding reception. The venue was GORGEOUS! One main reason we booked the venue was the cheap price. It was very inexpensive (compared to everything in the state), but the cost of food and alcohol made up for the initial cost. The venue allowed for guests to hang out outside and inside during cocktail hour, and the kids loved walking around on the green right there and exploring the area. The staff was phenomenal. They were there to help us if any needs came forward. I was disappointed in the food. We had to wait for the food to be ready, and the food the bride the bride specifically ordered was ice cold. Overall, it was a great experience! I would recommend them!

This venue was perfect for our reception! The staff was so accommodating and beyond pleasant. Jill helped us tremendously and we can’t thank her enough. The majority of our guests complimented how beautiful the place was and how wonderful the food was. I highly recommend Colbert Hills

We became engaged in early September and decided a December wedding was best for us. We were able to get in contact with the sales office of Colbert Hills and they said that with our small Monday wedding there were so many options. I also reside in Spain so they were willing to work with the time difference and make sure we could Skype, call, or email at a time when both parties was available. Inge talked me through what most brides did at their Clubhouse. Because the wedding was during Winter Break for the university we were able to use the golf team's locker room to get ready. Lindsey was there for us on the day of the wedding and she was like my right hand. She was attentive and super helpful. They waiting and bartending staff were also very helpful and courteous. In the time that we walked down the aisle and made our way to the front of the building to have a moment to ourselves and came back they had already cleaned away the chairs and set out all the appetizers. They seemlessly transitioned everything through the evening. Colbert Hills also catered our meal and appetizers. They allowed my family to come in a couple months before and do the taste test of several options and then pick from that. They also set up the tables and chairs, along with linens. We only placed our decorations on tables. They also took down all the decorations and put them back in their boxes and had them waiting for us the next day. When we went to pick up the decor we also paid the bar tab from the wedding. I can't express how helpful they were throughout the planning process and on the day of and after. And the venue is so beatfiul on it's own that we did not require much decoration.
