aylor. She is every bride's dream coordinator - easy going, organized and gets the job done! On the day of, Taylor made sure the event ran smoothly and the decor was exactly how I wanted it. By the end of the night she had packed up all our gifts, guest books, extra pizza, etc. and bring it to our Uber (literally full service and everything I could've asked for). She handled all the hard/stressful parts so we were able to enjoy our night and spend time with our family/friends. The food was amazing and several of our guests said it was the "best wedding food they had ever had". We are so happy we chose Cold Harbor and I would recommend them to everyone! The highlights of the night were the s'mores cookies and our awesome bartender that remembered every guest's name and drink order throughout the night.

esponsive, and accommodating. The day of our event everything went so smoothly. The full tank room was set up perfectly and exactly as we had discussed with Taylor with a mix of lounge seating, high top cocktail tables, and regular dining tables. We had around 60 people and it was amazing for mingling. The space itself is very versatile and gives you a lot of flexibility with floor plans and overall vibe. The service staff was so kind to us and our guests and made sure to keep checking in to see if we needed anything. We did the celebration buffet package and added on some extra passed appetizers to start - it was a ton of food. All of the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our guests raved about the food and service! We would do another private event here in a heartbeat. I wish I had more photos of the room all full but I was having too much fun to even look for my phone! A huge thank you to Taylor and the rest of her team!!

for our ~70 guests. Everything from the food, room layout, and structure of the night was customizable to meet our wants and needs. The space was perfect for the size of our group (70) and fit the relaxed and fun vibe we were looking for. The staff was so attentive and efficient, and the food was amazing. We brought our own decor which the staff helped us set up before the party, as well as linked our own playlist to the surround sound system. It was a blast and we highly recommend if you are looking for a venue with a fun, relaxed, and stress free vibes, as well as terrific food and drinks!
