Cookies were a smash hit, and being able to pick up from the Waite Park connection location was very convenient for closer access to our venue. Ordered over the phone about a month in advance - everything was accurate and bulk prices were very reasonable. Thank you Cold Spring Bakery for helping make our day extra sweet!

Cold Spring Bakery is my go-to for desserts in the St. Cloud area! From planning out the desserts to the day of, they were great! We opted to do assorted mini desserts for our guests, and they were a hit! Cold Spring Bakery delivered them, along with our cake (with our flowers and topper on it) and set them all out for us. The desserts were delicious, and we're so excited to have our cake again on our 1 year anniversary! Would HIGHLY recommend CSB for your wedding desserts!

We ordered cake, mini cheesecakes, and mini cupcakes from them. Even during COVID-19, they were incredibly flexible working with us and meeting with us. We were able to personalize so much of our desserts, it was great!

We emailed them a picture of a cake we liked and they did a great job recreating it! Also very delicious.

We were recommended this bakery by our venue and we are so glad we went with them! We did a variety of mini desserts for our wedding (brownie bites, mini cheesecakes, almond bars) and they were a huge hit. People could not stop raving about them and going back for more. They were also very affordable, unlike some of the other bakeries we looked into.

Being a Cold Spring native, Cold Spring bakery was the obvious choice for our wedding. They are the best bakery in Minnesota. They were easy to work with and the pricing was very reasonable! Guests loved the desserts and we loved our cake.

We used Cold Spring Bakery for our wedding and got a three tier cake, cake pops and the mini cheesecake cupcakes and everything was a hit! They delivered everything to our venue which made it so much easier! Everyone loved the treats and they were so easy to hand out due to covid restrictions. My husband and I love Cold Spring Bakery and would definitely hire them again!

First of all, the cake is simply AMAZING! We were able to set up our cake tasting and were fighting over who got to finish each kind, so so good! Working with the team at the bakery for delivery and setup was simply flawless, couldn't have asked for anything better!

they were so easy to work with. had the the tasting ready for us. we had a pink camo cake that I wanted to do, and they were able to exactly the style I wanted. They were also able to hold the topper there and make sure it got on. The cake taste was delicious. We got a beautiful marble cake with chocolate moose filling with strawberries.

Cold Spring is my hometown and really wanted a piece of home in Duluth. They did a fabulous job on our cake, which tasted amazing. And our cupcakes we did Almond flavor with Buttercream frosting and Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting. I heard they were LOVED by all. They delivered to their Waite Park location for my family to pick up, very easy to work with!!

They were the best! The cake was everything I could have wished for, and tasted even better!

They are very attentive to detail and what you want and need. Our cake was gorgeous! They delivered to us and I didn’t even know they were there. I didn’t have to set up or anything. So painless. We did our cake and cookies for guests as well. Every last cookie was eaten! We had gotten enough for over 2 cookies per person plus cake! I will be making a special trip back for their raspberry white chocolate cookies for sure! They also did cupcakes in the shape of a dress for my bridal shower....that is not what you want around you before your wedding. Their cakes are delicious!!! We had tried other bakers that their cake was too airy or their frosting too sugary. This is perfect!

I am usually not the biggest fan of cake but Cold Spring Bakery cakes are awesome! We had a marble cake with buttercream frosting for our wedding and it was delicious and turned out beautiful. Highly recommend them for all your cake needs.

We ordered a small carrot cut cake with donuts for our wedding and were SO happy with how everything turned out. Our cake was delicious and the guests loved the donuts!

Cold Spring bakery was the best decision we made for dessert! I have grown up eating these and I knew they had to be at my wedding! I made a great choice! They even made our cake exactly like we wanted! I can't say enough about them!

Setting up a tasting appointment was easy, staff offered options to help accommodate our vision, they were easy to communicate with, the delivery was prompt. Would recommend to others.

We loved our cake and cupcakes from Cold Springs Bakery. We had so much fun doing our tasting and picking out the design of our cake and cup cakes. They have so many options, it was tough to choose! We had red velvet and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla with buttercream that had little pearls which were colored to match the blue of our bridesmaids dress perfectly. Our cake was vanilla with a raspberry filling- so good! Everything was delicious. They were great to work with and so reasonably priced, even with delivery. We are looking forward to going back next time we’re driving near Cold Springs.

We went primarily through Cold Spring Bakery in Cold Spring, but also used the Connection in Waite Park as well since they are closer to our location. They were great and made a beautiful 2 tiered cake just for us, and donuts for our guests. Everyone was raving about how delicious the cake donuts were! I didn’t get one since I was so busy mingling and running around, but they were all gone at the end of the night, so I will take that as they were great! The day before my wedding I bought some fresh flowers and eucalyptus and was able to bring them to the Connection so they could transport them to the actual bakery to decorate our cake! It saved us a 25 minute drive each way and the stress of another errand the day before the wedding lol! :) Very pleased with their work and 1000% recommend!!

My husband and I ordered cheesecake cupcakes to host at our wedding reception and they were delicious! We loved the lemon flavor and were pleasantly surprised how tasty the cherry flavor was that we had to get them! We received a lot of compliments from guests on the dessert. My mom doesn’t like cheesecake and even she was raving about them! We always stop in for more when we are in town!

Cold Spring Bakery was wonderful to work with! Our wedding was far from our home town and they were super pleasant and helpful over the phone. We sent them a picture of what we wanted our cake to look like and it was made exactly as requested even with our request of it being a boston cream cake. We also had mini cheesecakes made for dessert and they were amazing!!! There was not a shred of dessert left at the end of the night even though we ordered plenty!

Our wedding cake was phenomenal!! We asked for a two tiered semi-naked almond cake and provided them with some pictures of what we imagined it would look like and they hit the nail on the head! It was beautiful, simple, and delicious.

Limited cake/dessert options in the Brainerd, MN area - I increased my search radius and found Cold Spring Bakery, what an amazing find!! We opted for a handful of mini/bite size desserts and a small round cake to cut - they had so many options to choose from, and the possibilities were really endless. We came in way under what I had budgeted based on quotes I had received from other companies, even including the delivery charge. They delivered to our venue and set up the whole dessert table - we provided the platters and towers but they have available to rent if needed. We have received rave reviews about every item we had, and had barely any left overs! I've visited the bakery a couple other times to pick up treats when I'm in the area, and have never had a poor experience - service is always excellent and the treats are even better! They also have dog biscuits for those looking for a fun take-home favor for their guests.

We did Donut balls for our wedding dessert. The bakery did a GREAT job! The Donuts were delicious and so reasonably priced! We chose to pick up the donuts the morning of the wedding. We forgot a few boxes of donuts. They called me, and they brought the donuts to my reception site no questions asked and didn't charge us a fee for the delivery. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day great (and tasty). The donuts were all devoured by the end of the night and guests raved about how delicious they were! I highly recommend!!!!

We used Cold Spring Bakery for our at home reception after having a destination wedding. We decided on a donut bar and having just a small 8" cake. The almond cake with raspberry filling is delicious! The donut bar was also a huge hit with guests. We ordered about 300 donuts and had a wide variety from donut balls, cake donuts, long johns, old fashions, etc. They did a great job assembling the donut bar and decorating the cake exactly as requested! We definitely recommend!!

Our wedding cake from Cold Spring Bakery was beautiful and delicious! My wife and I had a little trouble deciding on a style and ended up combining a couple of different designs to compromise; the decorators made it work! We got lots of great comments on both taste and appearance. Thanks Cold Spring Bakery!

Cold Spring Bakery is so easy to work with!! They were amazing. Consultation was quick and easy and they took note of all the details we discussed, the months later they executed just as we discussed. Things were wonderful, timely, and...DELICIOUS! We did about 400 cupcakes and a small cake for our wedding and it was so good. Highly recommend these guys. Also, very reasonable pricing compared to what else I've seen! I'll be back again someday...lots of goodies there.

We used Cold Spring Bakery for petite fours for our wedding. We received so many compliments on how delicious they were! They were completely gone by the end of the night! So good! Highly recommend!

We decided to have donuts at our wedding and Cold Spring Bakery did a fabulous job! They assembled donut holes on little skewers for us and we also had a variety of frosted donuts as well. We tried many places in Minneapolis and found that the price and taste just didn't compare to Cold Spring Bakery. I highly recommend them for traditional wedding cakes or a variety of wedding desserts!

My cake was delicious and beautiful! The decorations were even more wonderful then I thought they could be!

We loved these guys! We didn't do a wedding cake - we got two different cupcakes to go with the day. Absolutely loved them! I think, in future, we would only get one flavor, as there was a clear favorite (the Bavarian Cream Filled) and not everyone got one at the reception. Very happy with their service. They also provided gluten free cupcakes for a few of our guests, which was so helpful!

Cold Spring Bakery is the place in central Minnesota to go for wedding cakes and cupcakes. We had a small "head table cake" and a couple hundred cupcakes beautifully decorated and arranged with care by their staff. They even delivered pastries that my mom had ordered for a brunch the day after the wedding! It wasn't a question when we got engaged. We're so happy!

When first planning on desserts, I thought the Cold Spring Bakery was going to be the most expensive. However, they were the only place in town willing to do the dessert bar like I wanted AND were a ton cheaper than other places. We had over 700 mini desserts. Red velvet cupcakes, carrot cupcakes, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry cheesecake, cream puffs, assorted cake donuts, and cookies. We also just had a single 8" round cake to cut into. Definitely a great value for what we got!

I used the Cold Spring Bakery for all the baked items on my dessert bar. At the end of the night, I had nothing left! I ordered mini cupcakes, mini donut balls, and cookies. The staff at Cold Spring even accommodated my unique request to stick hundreds of mini donut balls on phone cones via toothpicks to accommodate my "donut tree" vision. Following my wedding, I have had several guests who are getting married ask where my dessert items were from, so they could use them at their own approaching wedding.

After asking around for the best place to have our wedding cake done and getting every answer to be Cold Spring Bakery we knew we had to try it out! They did such and amazing job! So many different options of what we could do for our desserts. I already knew what I wanted for a design on our wedding cake and they hit the nail on the head! It was everything I had pictured and more! The cupcakes they did for us were a hit, we barely had any leftovers! The delivered the cake to our venue for a small fee. They were very reasonably priced and did great work!

Cold spring bakery was the best vendor that we had for our entire wedding! They made everything so stress free and our cake was exactly, down to the minute details, the way we wanted it. It was also super delicious! I would definitely recommend them for your wedding, they don't try to oversell you and actually care about what you want! I plan on going back for other big events that I need cake for!

If you are from the area you know the only place to go for a wedding cake is Cold Spring Bakery (and my husband was from Cold Spring so it was only logical). We did cupcakes - chocolate with chocolate frosting, raspberry with buttercream, and almond with buttercream. We didn't have any leftovers! I think that pretty much sums it up right there!

We ordered marbled sheet cake with Bavarian filling from Cold Spring Bakery and it was amazing!! Our guests were asking for seconds! Loved having the delivery option - very convenient. I'm not usually a frosting person but their chocolate buttercream frosting is the best I've ever had!

Can't imagine using any other bakery! When we went in for our tasting before the wedding, they gave us an estimate that was half of what we received from other bakeries closer to the metro, and they didn't charge any outrageous fees. We really appreciated their experience and felt totally comfortable having them do our cake and cupcakes. Everything turned out exactly how we had discussed and tasted AMAZING! We received so many compliments from our guests.

They always do a good job on bakery items. The cake looked beautiful and everyone loved dessert.

We had around 150 guests at our wedding, and we did individual cakes on the tables in lieu of centerpieces. We had about 15 cakes and 8 different flavors. They were a hit. It had people moving around and trying the different cakes. My husband and I also had a small traditional cake for picture purposes. We had a false 10" bottom layer followed by a real 8" and 6" middle and top layer. I was able to try a variety of the cakes, and they were all delicious!!! We also didn't have any left over except the top layer of our traditional cake for our first anniversary. All the people at Cold Spring bakery were a huge help in figuring out how many cakes I would need, and mixing and matching flavors as I wanted. They were an absolute joy to work with.

Cold Spring Bakery was amazing! We had our cake and cupcakes done through them and all of our guests raved about how good they were and even asked to take the leftovers home with them! Not only was the food great, the service we received from them was fabulous! Highly recommend them!

Cold Spring Bakery has many options of cakes and cupcakes to choose from. My cake turned out beautiful and also very tasty.

We used the Cold Spring bakery to prepare our wedding cake. They were very helpful with the entire process. We ended up needed to add an additional 1/2 sheet cake the week of the wedding and they had no problem with this. The cake was delivered and placed exactly where we wanted it. It was very fresh and delicious. During the cake decision process my husband and I wanted to try 2 of the fillings that they had available. Since they didn't have it at the store for us to try they had them made for us and I picked them up (for free) later that week. I was very pleased that they allowed us to try any of the different cakes that they had. We were also able to use our own cake platter. We will be getting a replica cake for our 1 year anniversary! It was so delicious!!!

I had so many compliments on our cupcakes for the wedding day. They were great to work with and friendly. Only thing I would have to say would be the cupcakes didn't match to petal pink and I didn't ask for sprinkles but I didn't even notice till after and no one cared because they tasted awesome!

The cake was even better than when we went for a cake tasting! I heard they were a great bakery but had no idea they were THAT good! The ordering/specifications were suuuper easy to finalize especially since we lived 200 miles away. They were willing to finalize everything either over the phone or email. Although the finalization wasn't done face to face, everything ended up PERFECT and tasted WONDERFUL! HIGHLY recommend Cold Spring Bakery to allllll getting married near the St.Cloud area. You will NOT be disappointed.

The cake tasted amazing and the logistics were great. My only negative thought was that the colors weren't quite what I wanted. Still a great cake though and if I hadn't planned this long distance I'm sure my added feedback would have corrected the issue. Seriously great tasting!

I saw a design of a cake that I really liked and sent the picture to Cold Spring and they made it just like I wanted! A bunch of my guests were taking many pictures of the cake and asked who made it. We had petits fours because the 3 layered cake wasn't enough to feed everyone and I heard really good feedback on them to the point that some friends are using them for their wedding next year too!

If I had a dollar for every compliment I got about the cake, the cake would be free! I had almond cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting and chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. It was a big hit at our wedding. We had almost enough cake for everyone to have 2 pieces. After everyone was served the extras were placed on a table for guests to grab an extra piece. At the end of the night only 5 pieces were left! I also gave the decorators a picture of how I wanted it to look and they successfully cloned it!

We were very satisfied with the design of our wedding cake and the cupcakes we ordered for the guests. It all tasted and looked amazing!

We were delighted with our cupcakes and service from Cold Springs Bakery. They were friendly and so easy to work with. Their service was also prompt and they did an excellent job of setting up the cupcakes on our display. The cupcakes were truly delicious. We chose chocolate fudge filled chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting and raspberry filled vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting. Everyone loved the cupcakes!
