hat if two things were wrong. I listed sizes I wanted and said “or whatever sizes or close to these” She made had a rude attitude the entire time and the last rude comment was about “60x60” isn’t a circle” but I mentioned it’s for a round table.. you couldn’t figure that out? She also scoffed about the actual table sizes even though it’s what the event space provides and is out of my control. Lost my business

coordinator informed me that we were missing 15 chairs and 1 table. The next day, I reached out to Mario at Cold Iron to request a refund for the items I never received. I received a rude email back stating I got exactly what I asked and paid for. I informed Mario that I added 15 chairs and 1 table in February and had paid for it then. He asked that I send him a copy of the email from that time and the name of who approved the order-it was him! After that, I received an email for him stating that Deb would process my refund. She apologized on behalf of Cold Iron, and quickly processed my refund. Incredibly rude of Mario to assume I was lying and trying to scam him of money when he made the mistake!
