our wedding vision, jumped on multiple calls with us and vendors to ensure the timeline was finalized and as perfect as can be while thinking of questions and scenarios I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise, and on top of that, kept us so excited to be getting married! On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Anna and Courtney set up our miscellaneous wedding decor like place cards, seating chart, guestbook station, etc. exactly how we discussed, kept our timeline running smoothly, and were asking if we were needing anything to make sure we were taken care of all night! Anna even helped me in and out of my shoes when my feet were failing me (sorry again!! lol). Colectiva Events made our wedding day worry-free, which is truly a priceless feeling as a type A bride! We couldn’t recommend them enough (and I’ve already recommended them to my close, newly engaged friends)! Anna and Courtney are so professional, have incredible attention-to-detail, organized, and have the best and happiest attitudes! Thank you both for helping make our day so perfect!!

During our discovery call, they were so attentive to our vision for our wedding, and their questions were so thoughtful and helped us to put our ideas to words. We were so impressed that after our first chat, Anna and Courtney sent a follow-up email with a list of venue ideas — this demonstrated to us how carefully they had listened to us and how accurately they understood our vision. Their recommendations perfectly fit within our vision and made us feel so confident that with their help we would be able to find a venue that fit all of our criteria.
Aside from their expertise and personalized recommendations, Anna and Courtney were so patient and fun to talk to. They made the topic of wedding planning (which can feel stressful) feel like a fun and creative process!
It was so bittersweet that my fiancé and I ended up choosing a venue that had a built-in wedding planner, because that meant that we ultimately couldn't hire Anna and Courtney. However, we felt confident that Anna and Courtney would have done an exceptional job, and we’re so grateful that they infused our early wedding planning moments with such excitement, energy, and clarity.
