We couldn’t be happier having Anna and Courtney as our day-of wedding coordinators!! Leading up to the day-of, Anna and Courtney were incredibly responsive, listened and understood...
our wedding vision, jumped on multiple calls with us and vendors to ensure the timeline was finalized and as perfect as can be while thinking of questions and scenarios I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise, and on top of that, kept us so excited to be getting married! On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Anna and Courtney set up our miscellaneous wedding decor like place cards, seating chart, guestbook station, etc. exactly how we discussed, kept our timeline running smoothly, and were asking if we were needing anything to make sure we were taken care of all night! Anna even helped me in and out of my shoes when my feet were failing me (sorry again!! lol). Colectiva Events made our wedding day worry-free, which is truly a priceless feeling as a type A bride! We couldn’t recommend them enough (and I’ve already recommended them to my close, newly engaged friends)! Anna and Courtney are so professional, have incredible attention-to-detail, organized, and have the best and happiest attitudes! Thank you both for helping make our day so perfect!!

vendors to ensure the day turned out exactly as my daughter wanted it. There attention to detail was perfect and really helped when we had to pivot from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor setting - due to weather. They were fabulous and they were kind and very patient to work with. 5+ stars for sure!

them. They were so proactive, so organized, and earned my complete trust in them so I could truly enjoy my wedding day. I would and have recommended them to anyone getting married in Chicagoland or for any event you may be planning!

d let go of worrying about the details. They worked wonderfully with the venue and all the vendors.
Anna and Courtney did an absolutely incredible job helping us plan our wedding and serving as our day-of coordinators! They also helped us set up and decorate our rehearsal dinner....
Throughout the entire planning process, I felt calm, supported, and genuinely excited. They brought such a fun and positive energy to every meeting and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable and enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail since they were on top of it all. They are both strong communicators and very fun to work with. I highly recommend them, they are the best!
Connecting with Anna and Courtney was one of our favorite moments of the early wedding planning process! Right from the start, it was evident that Anna and Courtney have an amazing...
synergy together and that they’re passionate about planning events. They've found a way to balance showing excitement in celebrating alongside you, while also being very professional and prepared.
During our discovery call, they were so attentive to our vision for our wedding, and their questions were so thoughtful and helped us to put our ideas to words. It was evident that they were committed to supporting us in creating the wedding of our dreams, even before we’d officially hired them! We were so impressed that after our first chat, Anna and Courtney sent a follow-up email with a list of venue ideas — this demonstrated to us how carefully they had listened to us and how accurately they understood our vision. Their recommendations perfectly fit within our vision and made us feel so confident that with their help we would be able to find a venue that fit all of our criteria.
Aside from their expertise and personalized recommendations, Anna and Courtney were so patient and fun to talk to. They made the topic of wedding planning (which can feel stressful) feel like a fun and creative process!
It was so bittersweet that my fiancé and I ended up choosing a venue that had a built-in wedding planner, because that meant that we ultimately couldn't hire Anna and Courtney. However, we felt confident that Anna and Courtney would have done an exceptional job, and we’re so grateful that they infused our early wedding planning moments with such excitement, energy, and clarity.
If you’re looking for a team of ladies who will support you in coordinating all of the logistical pieces of your wedding but who will also feel like supportive and excited friends, then look no further than Anna and Courtney at Colectiva Events!
