This was the biggest headache I dealt with before the wedding, when honestly it should have been the easiest.
The groom and groomsmen placed their orders about 6 months before t...
he wedding, only to find a few days before the wedding day that the orders were all messed up.
When we sent to try on the tuxedos, sizing was off and we had bow-ties instead of the ties requested. When we complained we were simply told the person who took the measurements in the store was horrible at sizing people and had "no idea what he was doing". That man had made all these promises about what he would deliver for us and they all turned out to be flat out lies.
They were unprofessional, not helpful and even through fellow employees under the bus to try to divert blame, but never really came back with a true solution.
They caused me the most stress out of everything leading up to the wedding. Its just not worth it; don't go here!
My Husband and our three sons are professional football players and he custom fitted siz 64 62 58 and 56 tall . He made vests, shirts and with one measurement and one fitted. Spot ...
on , neat and classic. for our special day. they looked great. Recommend highly worth every penny
Overall they were good. We were especially happy with the drop off and pick up service they offered. It made getting and returning the tuxs very easy.
Coleman's is by far the best tuxedo retailer I have ever seen. Any tuxedo in store is for rental or for sale. My husband wanted to purchase his tuxedo, and many stores only had o...
ne or two that were both for rent and for sale. Coleman's was accommodating for all different issues. My father needed two different sized shoes, and it was no problem. Our groomsmen were given extra shirts just in case anything happened. They also even tailor their rentals to the man wearing the tux. Their prices are comparable, but their customer service is above and beyond!
We got the tuxs for the wedding at Coleman's. And, they were really very nice. Thy weren't a fancy brand but just a really nice tux. The owner helped us pick out the right look ...
for us, and there was no issue with fit. Only issue was that they were supposed to be delivered, but their driver called out sick and so we had to ick them up. That was kinda stressful 2 days before the wedding...
Anyway, great deal and my husband will even get a new suit out of the deal!
