About this vendor
Coles Garden Wedding and Event Center is a one-of-a-kind establishment located in Oklahoma City, OK. The original owners, Allen and Susan Coles, began this endeavor in 2001. The garden is situated on 13 acres of beautiful land. Conveniently, the property is directly across from the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. With plenty to explore both within and outside the property boundary, couples and their guests are sure to be delighted with what they find in the garden.
The Coles’ garden is full of gorgeous embellishments. Allen and Susan had collected sculptures and antiquities to place in their garden. The items were acquired from all over the world, their presence contributes to a global appeal around the space. Curious patrons came from all over, prompting the Coles to design floral areas. They built an indoor chapel for wedding events and hosted many occasions up until Allen Coles’ passing in 2006. In 2010, the Coles Garden was purchased by the current owner, Jenny Dotter. Jenny saw the potential of the premises and envisioned its doors reopening to the public. With this goal in mind, she refurbished the property and began to share it with the world once more.
The unique elements scattered throughout this venue will awe couples and their guests. Taking stunning photos will be no hassle at this property as there are ample backgrounds to choose from. Either indoor or outdoor spaces may be selected, including the manor, the gardens, the waterfall, or an oversized fireplace. Couples will be able to create sentimental memories under soft bistro lighting, and guests can enjoy idle chatter beside the double-sided fireplace. Indoors, there are glistening chandeliers that set the celebration below aglow. Wherever the event takes place, it’s sure to feel magical at this dreamy destination.
Tables, table linens, and Gold and Mahogany Chiavari chairs; couples will be provided with the essentials. Coles Garden has all the event basics on-hand. Gold and Mahogany Chiavari are used. The resident event team will also assist with setting up and tearing down the provided furniture. They recognize the importance of this day for the betrothed couple, so they strive to make events held on the property memorable and pleasant.

I immediately knew it was where I wanted us to say “I do!”. Not only is the venue itself absolutely beautiful, the staff couldn’t be more incredible. Jordan was there for me every step of the way during the planning process and offered advice whenever I needed it. She was so great at communicating with me and getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was on our day and I HIGHLY recommend Cole’s Garden to anyone searching for a venue to host their event.

gh. Jordan is sweet, professional, and incredibly on top of things. I love that Coles Garden has an indoor ceremony spot just in case of inclement weather. That relieved a lot of stress. The bride and groom suites are fantastic and very spacious. The suites allow for such a fun getting-ready process with your favorite people. Overall, we loved our experience with Coles Garden!

edding planning process. We specifically worked with Jordan Rice throughout our engagement and she was the best! She replied quickly to emails and gave recommendations on floor plans, hotels, vendors, etc. The bridal and groom’s suites were so nice and fun to get ready in. The outdoor garden was the perfect spot for our outdoor ceremony. Our guests were able to leave their cars over night if needed and we were able to store our decor there the night prior. We were also able to have our rehearsal at the venue the day before!
This venue is so beautiful! We chose Coles Garden because we didn’t have to relocate our guests for our reception. I wish the weather was better, we did not get to get pictures out...
side due to the rain but the grounds are amazing. Jordan and the staff there were great from start to finish. Jordan recommended the wedding planner and the officiant! They do give you a it’s of vendors as well that they often work with. This definitely helps if you don’t know where to start. We would use Coles again for sure for future events!

far the best! The venue is absolutely stunning and for all that's included in the wedding package it's very reasonably priced! Jordan was our representative throughout our engagement and leading up to our wedding day. She made sure everything went smoothly and made sure we were on top of booking vendors and helped us when we needed it. I was never stressed through the planning process and that's a big thanks to Jordan and my wedding planner. I truly believe there's no other venue like Coles Garden. They have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from (and you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose!) Thank you for making our day so special!!

es! When you’re venue shopping, you often don’t think about the logistical details until you’ve already picked a venue ( for example, when are linens dropped & will that be enough time for table setup in the morning) . My venue coordinator Jordan Rice was so kind and went above and beyond helping narrow down questions and details for our big day! Coles Garden is the place to book if you are looking for a garden party themed wedding!
Jordan helped me from the beginning to plan my day! She was honest, kind and patient with me.
The venue was beautiful inside and out. We used the manor for our ceremony and loved...
the white stone backdrop. The lighting was great because of the floor to ceiling length windows.
We scored 83 degree weather in July and our heats were able to utilized the outdoor space. The garden as stunning and the shaded patio is great for mingling!
I couldn’t recommend this space more!

oss Cole’s Garden. They had everything I had ever dreamed of! The facility was absolutely stunning! Whether you want an outside wedding, indoor, NO VENUE FLIP (PRAISE THE LORD), the most beautiful covered patio, literally the possibilities are endless. They were so accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You will love this venue!

ou must hire a separate clean up crew other than your catering company. Other than this, we loved Cole’s Garden!
We didn't know anything about the wedding scene in OKC, so we were SO excited to find this hidden gem! This venue is absolutely beautiful and has a ton of upgrades that worked well...
with all of our wedding vendors. Our coordinator was Christin Hill. She's hilarious and absolutely amazing! She made time for all of my 10000 questions leading up to the wedding lol. She knows her stuff and her venue and gave GREAT suggestions for our vendors to maximize the space provided. They are clear on their pricing, so we had no surprises during or after our wedding.
A surprise perk of this venue would have to be the bridal suite. It was so luxurious and made a super cozy environment to relax and get pampered in before the ceremony.
Coles Garden is such a beautiful venue and we loved having so many indoor and outdoor options for our wedding. We wanted to do as many things outside as possible, so it was so nice...
to have the whole place to ourselves so we would move around freely. We and our dance floor out on the covered patio and it was such a good decision!
Christin was our Coles Garden coordinator, and she was so wonderful and helpful. She was even kind enough to meet with me an extra time to revisit our floorplan since it had been so long since we laid it out (we had to postpone a year because of COVID).
I would definitely recommend Coles Garden to anyone who wants an outdoor wedding, but is worried about making sure they have an indoor option in case of bad weather—every space there is gorgeous.
Our experience at Coles Garden was exquisite! From the people we got to meet and work with, to the bride/groom’s suites— everything was top notch! Everyone’s primary goal is to mak...
e your day the most special for YOU. I highly recommend the Coles Garden team/venue for the most picturesque, beautiful days of your life!
Coles Garden is honestly one of the best Oklahoma wedding venues. Every part of the venue was gorgeous, and it had the perfect combination of a scenic outdoor ceremony area and cla...
ssy/modern indoor reception area (not rustic at all, which was a huge plus for me). I got married in the Royal Garden, which was not only beautiful but also felt so private and intimate. There's also an indoor chapel in case of rain or bad weather, which made me feel more at ease and less stressed. The venue coordinator was easy to work with and very understanding, which I appreciated so much since my wedding plans had to be adjusted a few times due to covid. If you are looking for a venue, I would highly recommend setting up a tour at Coles Garden because it's really hard to describe, in words, how beautiful the venue is. Once you visit in person, you'll fall in love like I did!
We had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at Coles Garden!! First of all, the venue is beautiful and has the perfect layout. My husband loved the groom's suite with the...
pool tables and bar area, and the bridal suite was so cozy and perfect to get ready. We were able to have all our guests there comfortably - we had our dance floor & live band outside on the covered patio with the fireplace going and it was so dreamy!! We worked with Christin, and she was SO amazing to work with. She got a lot fabulously with my wedding planner, and together they made the day perfect. We were scheduled for one day and had to reschedule when COVID hit, and Christin communicated with my wedding planner and I so well about rescheduling and making sure that we had the day we wanted (even though we had to change original plans). It was such a blessing in the midst of uncertain COVID times to have such an understanding and communicative venue. Our day ended up PERFECT and I would get married there all over again!!
I cannot recommend Coles Garden enough as the total package wedding venue! Coles Garden offers a modern, classy, and romantic environment for you to add your own personal touches t...
o to make it your own....although truly it doesn't need much decor especially with the beautiful garden areas. One of the main reasons we chose Coles Garden was because of the multiple ceremony and picture locations. I knew rain or shine we had options that would capture the vibe we wanted.
Both of the wedding parties loved the getting ready suites. There is plenty of room for big wedding parties, the lighting was great for photos inside, and everyone got in on some ping pong action before the ceremony. :)
We had to reschedule our original wedding date because of COVID and I can't thank the staff there enough for how seamless they made the necessary arrangements to move our date. All of the staff that I interacted with we kind, detail oriented, and understanding during a very stressful planning season.
You will NOT regret choosing Coles Garden! It has it all!
Coles Garden is such a beautiful venue. It's bright, simple, and honestly doesn't need much decor on wedding day. I picked Coles Garden for sooo many reasons. There are several dif...
ferent locations to have your ceremony and you don't have to settle on which location until right before the event. I wanted a venue that had a beautiful outside location and inside location. The outside is beautiful with sooo many places to take pictures. The garden, the pond, the quaint gazebo etc. Another reason I chose Coles Garden was since I had an inside ceremony I wanted the reception to be in a separate room so we weren't having to move things around. The reception room + outside patio that can enclose was perfect. Plenty of room in the reception room but the fireplace outside made it that much more cozy. The bridal and groom's suite are the best I have ever seen. We loved utilizing it all day. On top of the venue being incredible the staff are outstanding!! We worked mostly with Mattie and she was so kind and so helpful for us when we had no idea what we were doing. I could go on and on about how great this place is! I 10/10 recommend Coles Garden!
PS - we visited Coles Garden multiple times without an appointment to get ideas and get our vision which was so nice as well!
We had the picture perfect wedding at Coles Garden with the absolute BEST staff. The venue offers everything you could possibly want or need, and more. My husband and I would recom...
mend Coles to anyone getting married in Oklahoma, and their venue offers so many options to make any wedding dream come to life!
Loved this venue! Matti, the event specialist we worked with, was amazing & answered any and all of my questions! The space is gorgeous with multiple ceremony and reception areas!

hat. Our day-of coordinator Christin was amazing! She helped the day run so smoothly (even with a pandemic!). There was plenty of room in both the bridal and grooms suites to get ready and be with our favorite people leading up to our ceremony. Coles Garden was our dream venue and we wouldn’t have changed a thing!

eau, it is the perfect venue. To top it off, the Coles Garden team of coordinators are wonderful. You have several meetings with them leading up to your event to go over any details and help you with any questions that you might have. It truly is such a special place to spend your wedding day. We enjoyed getting ready in their spacious suite and had a blast listening to the wedding day playlists they had set up for us. Also, their classy suites photograph getting ready really well. The outdoor garden is such a unique space compared to other venues in Oklahoma and really is a magical area. It was a hard decision, but we choose to have our ceremony in front of their beautiful waterfall which turned out perfectly. They supply table and chairs that look great in the indoor reception area. You don’t have to work hard at making the chateau look regal for your wedding, but it is not too overdone and you can personalize it just how you like. My husband and I left the reception for a brief time to take sunset pictures and loved getting to enjoy the scenery there and taking a minute to enjoy and embrace the moment. It was such a special day and a big part of that was because of Coles Garden!
Absolutely LOVE Coles Garden! Our wedding was perfect in every way. We had to reschedule our date due to Covid and Coles Garden could not have made the process any easier. Christin...

he constant communication throughout the engagement, and all the support we received made this day an absolute dream. Shoutout to Matti for being the BEST wedding specialist. We could not have done it without her help and expertise!

ere always there to help us! Let’s just start with the venue itself – perfect garden, waterfall, outdoor patio from my dreams – the ceremony options are fantastic. I almost forget I’m in Oklahoma when I’m there, BUT, we are in Oklahoma and because of that… we wanted a backup option for our outdoor ceremony, which they have! The suites are to die for – so much space to get ready and hang out. When it came time to book and to plan, we always had somebody that was easy to contact and was full of great information. The venue had a list of vendors they recommend and we used literally all of their suggestions. We would attend “Open House” every time they hosted one and it was so much fun and so helpful to see what the vendors had to offer! Also, their social media game is STRONG – they literally post stories of weddings every weekend, which is so nice because you can get ideas and see even what your selected vendors have made happen at the venue.
In our meetings with the team they helped us line out our ceremony and reception timeline, made sure that we had our lives together and had booked our vendors, giving suggestions when we needed them – seriously so helpful! When it came to our wedding day, the weather decided not to cooperate, but Coles team was ready to take action. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and outdoor dance floor, so some changes had to be made. The team made sure to keep me as much in the loop as I wanted to be, but they really took charge and made magic happen! Our day was perfect thanks to Coles Garden and the team.
I absolutely loved Coles Garden! It is a beautiful venue and there's great options for indoor and outdoor wedding spaces. And there are so many beautiful areas to take pictures wit...
h the wedding party! The option to have the ceremony and reception at the same place was great and made the flow of the day so much better! The staff there was so attentive and they helped me make my wedding vision come to life. I can't recommend Coles Garden enough!
I cannot recommend Coles Garden enough! The venue is breathtaking, and I loved being able to have the entire space for my wedding. I wanted to get married outside at the waterfall ...
in April, so it was very relieving to know that I had multiple back up plans within the same venue just in case it rained. Luckily, there was no rain on my wedding day and clear, blue skies. Christin was my assigned event specialist, and she made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. She knew when to crack a joke when I was getting extra stressed and when to get to business when I needed to get on the ball with scheduling vendors. She was the best resource for someone that didn’t even know where to start with this intricate process. Coles Garden is worth every penny!

door and outdoor space that is all included. They make everything so easy and have zero hidden fees, which at other venues can be a real nightmare. Matti Hunter was our coordinator, and she was the best! She patiently answered my lists of questions at each meeting, checked in regularly (we booked in June 2018 and married in July 2019), remembered us at each Open House event (also THE BEST) and was there for anything we needed on our big day. I felt very confident and comfortable leaving the timeline and day of the wedding in her hands. Perfect day. I cannot recommend Coles Garden enough and all my friends and family who attended agree!
Cole's Garden was more than I could have dreamed of. Christin was our planner and she went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect and everything ran smoothly!

ve it here. I had chosen the Royal Gardens for our ceremony venue. CG offered about having the Chapel (Inside/PlanB) option incase the weather was bad. I loved having the ceremony and reception in one place. The Bride/Groom rooms were so nice to get ready in. It is more expensive but I definitely feel it was worth the cost for all the benefits you get! The picture options at this venue are endless my photographer loved it!
