Colleen does AMAZING work and I definitely recommend hiring her to photograph your wedding! I had many friends and family tell me that one of their biggest regrets from their wedding day was not investing in a quality photographer. I am so glad that I was able to have Colleen photograph my wedding because she is truly gifted and the images she captured at our wedding are priceless. She does absolutely top notch work and she is also a pleasure to work with. She has an awesome, friendly vibe while also being a total professional. It is obvious that she has been a photographer for many years and she clearly loves what she does!

Colleen Bies is such an awesome photographer! Her work is seriously amazing. We loved working with her every step of the way. For our engagement shoot in Madison, WI she gave us everything we wanted and more. We did tons of different locations/scenes around Madison. She got those images back to us really quick. For our WEDDING in Green Bay, she gave us everything we could have asked for and more! Colleen was easy to work with, made us laugh, and was just extremely professional. She gave us a brief preview of the pics at the wedding and then set her iPad out for our guests to view them in the reception hall. She made me feel special as a bride leading up to the big day by checking in at different points. You can really tell she cares about her clients and her work. She responds right away too. She got our wedding pictures back to us in 2 weeks!!!! Of all of the weddings I have been a part of that turnaround time is unheard of. I would definitely recommend having Colleen Bies Photography for your wedding!

Colleen did an amazing job on my wedding photos!! I really wanted to get iconic Chicago photos and Colleen suggested so many beautiful locations. It was really amazing to watch her work. She could somehow scan an area and quickly figure out how to get the best shot. I wasn't able to do engagement photos, so I was really worried about looking awkward in front of the camera since we hadn't had any practice. I am not exaggerating when I say Colleen made me and my husband look like models. I am already plotting working with Colleen to do anniversary photos!

I cannot say enough positive things about Colleen and her photography business!! Me and my husband are beyond happy with our engagement and wedding photos. Colleen is extremely passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. She is professional, attentive and extremely easy to work with. I think she responded to every email within a few hours at the most! Our wedding photos turned out better than I ever could have imagined! She chose beautiful locations and great poses for me and my husband, along with the whole bridal party. Another great surprise was Colleen set up her ipad at the reception and played a slide show of some of the photos she took of my husband and I for the guests to look at. I received so many compliment throughout the night at how amazing the photos were and how did I find the photographer! Lastly... she got our wedding images back to us in 2.5 weeks!!! I couldn't believe it, that's unheard of! I will continue to recommend Colleen to friends, family, coworkers....and literally anyone who will listen to me. And I can't wait to continue to use her to capture future life moments!!!

I wish I could give Colleen 10 stars because 5 does not do it justice! She was absolutely amazing and truly so very talented in what she does. We met Colleen while shopping for wedding venues. She was photographing another wedding and she had arrived early, before the bride or groom even arrived. She gave us her business card and we contacted her a few weeks later. Let me tell you.. this woman lives for her work! When we first contacted her, she responded back to us in 5 minutes. I love a responsive vendor because it makes me feel the person cares about their clientele, past, present, and potential. She answered every single one of our longggg list of questions. She was always happy to help (including discussing what to wear for our photos) and set up multiple calls with us to talk so that we felt comfortable before signing with her. She did our engagement photos and they were PHENOMENAL! We are still gushing over them.. and my goodness you should see our beautiful wedding photos.. we just got them back last week and I am the HAPPIEST bride you will ever meet!!! SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!! Colleen showed up smiling and excited excited on the day of the wedding! Her assistants were so kind and helpful and complimented her work. I truly enjoyed spending our wedding day with her as she photographed our special moments. She is such a lovely person to be around. She truly made a difference in helping us feel our best on that day. Colleen's work is unparalleled. She has SUCH an amazing vision and executes perfectly each and every time. She's responsive and works diligently during and after photo sessions. She got our engagement photos back in two weeks and our wedding photos back to us in under 3 weeks. Can you beat that?! You'd be silly to go with anyone other than Colleen. She is SPECTACULAR!!! Can't wait to have her photograph other moments in our life. We love you Colleen!!!!

Colleen shot our engagement photos and wedding photos and we LOVE LOVE LOVE them all! She is not only an amazing photographer, but she is also so accommodating and patient. My now husband and I wanted snowy pictures for our engagement shots, and of course, we only had one snowy weekend all of last winter (after we had decided on this). Colleen was more than happy to come meet us right away after the snowfall and we got the most amazing wintery pictures! For our wedding, we had a very big bridal party, and an even bigger family picture. She was so great with all of the little kids, and even with a language barrier (my husband's family mostly speaks Spanish) we got amazing photos from our entire day.

Colleen photographed our wedding on Labor Day weekend this year and let me just say it was AMAZING!! First of all she came to meet with me and my husband months before at the wedding venue to see everything and do some initial planning. She helped with everything including the timeline (building in a cushion which us girls totally needed) and keeping things rolling the day of! The amount of work she did with me and responded to me before the wedding was a lifesaver and put my mind at ease - she was kind of like a partial wedding planner with me!! I was constantly asking her questions and she never once complained. The wedding day was perfect with all the poses, the wedding party pics, and just the way she made us feel especially when she and her associate were doing alone shots of us. We were able to get all the photos we wanted and everything turned out breathtaking! I will definitely go back to her for other events and have been recommending her ever since our wedding!! With Colleen you get amazing quality and organization which is worth every last penny!! Colleen rocked every moment of our wedding!!

Colleen absolutely stunned us with her photography from our wedding, engagement photos and my bridal boudoir session. She has great attention to detail and is well organized. She brings a personalized touch to EVERYTHING! Our wedding album is BEAUTIFUL as well as the personalized flash drive with our photos. Colleen is extremely talented and so much fun to work with!

Colleen is the whole package when it comes to a wedding photographer! Prior to our wedding, she took beautiful sunrise engagement photos for us and was an absolute delight, even at 6:00 in the morning. Capture Life Moments did a magnificent job with our wedding and engagement photos. Our engagement shoot was in the winter, because we wanted to have a snow in the background. Well, turns out there wasn't any snow on the ground, but instead, it was freezing cold! They made the entire experience enjoyable and we couldn't have asked for the pictures to turn out better, despite the cold. Before the wedding, Colleen met with us to run through the day and asked if we had any questions, which was very helpful. She even took us to the spot she was planning on getting some shots the day of the wedding. When the wedding day came, they were flawless. As hectic as things can be on the big day, Colleen and her assistant were clam, relaxed and ready to rock and roll. They did a great job of corralling the troops (AKA family, friends) to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, when the needed to be there. A couple of days after the wedding, they had a few images ready for us to view, which was very exciting! We received all of the images back about two weeks after the wedding, which we thought was incredibly quick. That being said, Brad and I would highly recommend Capture Life Moments to others. They will make your big day even better and provide you with a lifetime of beautiful memories.

Capture Life Moments went over and beyond in every aspect. They were there from our engagement, to the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and of course the big day. It is rare to have my entire family together. Capture Life Moments understood this and in turn took a plethora of pictures of just my family (35 members). It was no small project. It took time, effort and exceptional planning. They were great with all the guest and of course, us. I would recommend Capture Life Moments to anyone and everyone. They are very professional and enjoyable to be around. I also got preview pictures very efficiently and not long after my wedding pictures. The biggest bonus was all the help with the wedding planning. They are very knowledgeable in knowing the proper steps to make a wedding successful.

Colleen and Capture Life Moments were amazing to work with. From our first meeting to answering e-mails within hours, they always went above and beyond to make photography on my day stress-free (VERY IMPORTANT!) and beautiful! My husband does not like being infront of the camera but Colleen had a way of giving direction that was simple yet direct to get a great photo at our comfort level for both the engagement and wedding photos. He was constantly amazed at the athleticism of our photographers who did just about anything to get the shot. I also can't say enough about their overall personalities, beyond their skill. We splurged a bit for our wedding photographer because we figure, in ten, twenty, or thirty years from now, our photographs will be the one sure thing we'll have to bring back those memories. I was familiar with Colleen's work and we were not disappointed. We are beyond thrilled with our engagement and wedding pictures from Capture Life Moments. After looking at our engagement photos, we didn't think the wedding pictures could be better...but they were! All of our pictures were crystal clear and truly captured the special moments during our big day! Colleen took our engagement pictures and Ly and Jeanne were our wedding photographers. Colleen edited our wedding pictures. Every photographer we worked with took the time to get to know who we were as a couple and individually. They listened to what we wanted and what we didn't want. They also took the initiative to come up with new, creative ideas for pictures that we LOVED! We had multiple photos to choose from and truly had a hard time deciding our favorite because every one was perfect. One of the best things about the three photographers was their ability to keep the family/wedding party pictures moving the day of our wedding in a friendly manner. On your wedding day, every moment is precious. You want perfect pictures, but you want to enjoy time with friends and family. Ly and Jeanne took amazing pictures but kept picture time moving in a very polite, professional manner. The turnaround time for our pictures was about three weeks. When we saw our wedding pictures for the first time, Colleen made the viewing very special. She took time for us to look through the pictures and shared in our excitement. I would recommend Capture Life Moments to anyone getting married or needing professional photography. They are by far the most professional photographers, and they take extremely high quality pictures.

Colleen and team did an amazing job with our wedding video. Not only did she capture the essence of our special day, she captured our special dances exactly as we wanted to remember them. We had a great experience with Capture Life Moments for wedding videography. We had Colleen and her assistant with us from morning til night capturing all the important moments of our wedding day. With two videographers, both the groom and bride getting ready was captured on video. Colleen also had a great idea of having us write letters to each other to open before the ceremony. That turned out to be one of my favorite moments of the day. Colleen helped provide tips and advice the days leading up to the wedding as well. With all of her experience with the venue, it was definitely helpful. We received a sneak peek video under a minute long as a teaser for the wedding video that was coming. The end product was about 9 1/2 minutes and captured moments throughout the day. Definitely a video friends and family would want to watch and not be bored with! Thanks Colleen.

I was lucky enough to have worked with Colleen before I booked her for our wedding. She was the photographer for a friend's wedding that both my husband and I stood up in. We had so much fun doing all of the group photos that we knew we had to book her for our wedding. It was just a bonus that we realized how incredibly reasonable her prices are, and she can work with any budget, as she did in our friend's wedding. Colleen provided me with an experience I couldn't have imagined. When trying to find photographers it was a little overwhelming. Somehow I stumbled upon Capture Life Moments and it was definitely meant to be. Our engagement session was so personal. We wanted to do some unique pictures in a state park. She was willing to meet us in a remote place, move locations and spent several hours photographing and getting to know us. Such a great time! Which is saying a lot since my new husband and I hate being photographed. We are the kind of people that still had high school pics on grandparent's fridges because we refuse to be in pictures. [Now we get to have wedding pics :) ] The engagement pictures were so good! We got so many compliments. My friends kept saying they were the best they'd ever seen! As for the wedding... Colleen was great again! We hosted our wedding at our own house. I was running around like a crazy lady pretty much up until the ceremony. Colleen made it look like everything was smooth and calm. She took great shots of the ceremony at various angles. After the ceremony we did shots of family and the bridal party. She was very good at positioning everyone, reminding people of sunglasses, ect. After dinner, we spent a lot of time on sparkler shots. I could have done that all night long! It was so much fun! Capture Life Moments had great communication, great pictures and Colleen is just a genuinely good person to get to know. I can't imagine anything but the best from this photographer!

Colleen was an absolute dream to work with. She's a visionary and can see images and the brilliance of them before getting in the moment. This photographer, Colleen, went above and beyond in every aspect. She was excellent to work with, she was always on time, and always had good information. The wedding was such a busy time for me, I was planning the wedding while living 3 hours away from the venue, and she was always flexible and accommodating. The price was an exceptional value. I researched around the Fox Valley area and the amount of time, plus engagement photos, and having a second photographer at the wedding.. no one came close. She has her own style and meshed it with my own style. My husband is not one for taking pictures and felt very comfortable with the two photographers. We've never gotten such nice pictures of the two of us. She was very conscious in making sure all families had pictures together and truly did a fantastic job capturing the moments of our wedding, reception, and engagement photos. We could not have asked for better photographers for our June 29th wedding. Colleen and Ly were beyond professional, nice, and CREATIVE when shooting. They took the time to get all the small details a busy bride would never think of the day of, plus made me feel completely comfortable before the big "I dos". Everyone in the bridal party loved their fun personality and how they didn't waste any time so they could get the party started. My parents also loved how professional and caring they were to get those special moments that a bride and groom needs to get on their wedding day. Lastly, due to some heavy rains throughout the week, they original ceremony location was moved at the last minute, they were beyond flexible, capturing all the shots we wanted even if it wasn't in the original plan.
