ception were a different Disney/Pixar movie theme. It was adorable but that's how detailed I was about planning. As soon as I started working with Colleen, I knew she was the one! She is everything you need and will catch anything you didn't know you needed. At our first official meeting, she asked questions I didn't even think about. I printed out a bunch of lists and planners to aid me in the planning process, but she was there to help facilitate anything I missed. I don't know why or how but I totally forgot about what song we wanted to play when we left the venue. Little things that you're like 'oh yeah!' Colleen is super professional and has a great bubbly personality! She was super organized every step of the way and was on top of everything! My vendors and I loved her great communication skills and her secret Google tool! LOVE THAT!! I recommended her to a coworker of mine and would recommend her for your wedding too! The peace of mind is worth it, but also you really don't realize how everyone (and I mean everyone) is running around like a chicken with no head on the day of the wedding! Oh my, it was stressful, but Colleen kept everyone in check with a beautiful smile on her face! She took care of anything and everything. Did anything go wrong at my wedding?? Psh! I don't know because if it did, Colleen took care of it!!! Don't skip on hiring a wedding coordinator at the very least!

She hopped on a phone call with me 4 months prior to the event when I had some timeline questions and needed guidance. Her wedding planning document was a lifeline as we put together all of the aspects we wanted for our wedding down on paper. In the weeks leading up to our event she was on top of communicating with all our vendors behind the scenes and making sure that smaller details got sorted out without us having to get involved. Our family and wedding party really enjoyed working alongside her to make our day a success. We also really appreciated the small problem-solving tips she offered us such as purchasing aprons for the bride and groom’s head table when we told her we were nervous about our catered Indian food staining our white wedding attire. Another one was having us do a spin after we arrived at the alter to stand on the opposite side (bride on right-side, groom on left) of what’s traditional so that our wedding party and families could see our own faces during the ceremony instead of the back of our heads like what usually happens when the bride/groom stand on the same side as their bridesmaids/groomsmen. Colleen has the experience, the eye for detail, and the calm, kind, and organized temperament that made her our favorite vendor of the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and highly recommend her to others!

During our planning calls and on the day of our wedding it was clear to us that Colleen cared about us enjoying our wedding day and was willing to go above and beyond any of our expectations to ensure that we could focus all our energy on having a great time at our wedding. We had an unconventional wedding – many things were DIY, and we asked friends and family to pitch in instead of hiring DJs, florists, bartenders, etc. Colleen leaned into the unconventionality of our wedding and supported us in making everything come together beautifully. If we were going to do everything over again the only thing we would do differently is hire Colleen to be there for our entire wedding weekend celebration. She set up our decor and helped coordinate with vendors all with a smile on her face! She managed our wedding day timeline, and even remembered details we hadn’t thought of. We hadn’t realized there weren’t enough utensils for the cake, she let us know and went to buy some for us. She helped coordinate with our reception program MC’s, guide or guests, and help manage our bubble send off with our 175 guest count. Her services are also very affordable and helped us have a reasonably priced wedding - but honestly, I think she is worth every penny and more! I truly cannot recommend her enough. She was so organized, communicative, and calm through the whole process. Part of her services includes a meeting about a month before the big day to go over all of the details - I immediately felt so calm and reassured after this meeting. I knew right away that I could trust her to handle anything and everything, and felt really good about relinquishing control to her, which is not always easy for me to do! She also didn't make me feel bad or weird about doing things a certain way, or about not doing certain traditions, but also made some very important and helpful suggestions that I didn't think to include or factor in. On the day of, we had a pretty big problem - the food truck did not show up in time, but Colleen managed the whole crisis with minimal involvement from me. It ended up all working out in the end and I would not have been able to handle it without her! Colleen is the perfect mix of calm but totally on top of it all - exactly what you need at a wedding. I wish everyone I knew was getting married just so I could recommend her to them!

it was without Colleen. We had a backyard wedding of over 300 guests and Colleen handled the entire day with ease. She is incredibly organized and communicative prior to your big day, asking detailed questions and working with you to problem solve through any questions you have. During our rehearsal dinner she walked the entire family and bridal party through the ceremony and what to expect, everyone felt confident and comfortable with where they needed to be and in what order. On the day of the wedding Colleen was an absolute rockstar, she arrived early in the morning and immediately jumped into set up and decorating, as vendors arrived she communicated with them and helped them with anything they needed. Colleen stayed through the evening and made sure things ran smooth until the very end. She had a friendly and positive attitude throughout the entire evening and as the bride, I felt 100% comfortable that she was handling anything and everything that needed to be done. We will be recommending colleen to anyone we know that is planning a wedding or looking for a day of coordinator.

Thankfully, Colleen "wrangled" necessary family members and delegated out tasks with ease.
