ve. The outside ceremony space and ballroom needed very minimal decor because they are naturally beautiful. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and seamless, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thank you to everyone at the Colonial Golf and Tennis Club for making our day extra special!!

ced with someone else who was managing the role, and then they left as well. By the time our wedding came, we had worked with 3 different people to plan our wedding. The day of, everything worked out and was planned as we discussed. It did make it challenging though to keep reviewing our wedding plans; we also had to be really diligent on following up as some things kept getting missed person-to-person. The last person we worked with did a great job too for it not being her official role, but I would recommend confirming they hired someone back just for wedding planning. It just added some unnecessary stress. All that being said, everything did turn out great, the food was awesome, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful for pictures.

Melissa took care of ordering linens (which were included) and chair covers, etc...She helped keep track of the timeline and my husband and I just had a great time! The venue is great and it's very affordable for having everything included.

inclimate weather had to move it inside. The bridal suite where I was getting ready was not clean. The tv in the room did not work. The chairs were old and dirty. Again, there were unclean drinking glasses in the room , so again overall not clean. The small room where we held the ceremony was hot and stuffy. It was the partioned off side of where the reception was going to be held. I was sweating bullets because it was so hot and stuffy. This is a good venue if you are having an outdoor wedding because the grounds are lovely. But inside is hidious and I would not recommed it. Everything from the carpet inside to the furnishings need to be replaced and upgraded. Missy the wedding / events coordinator is very helpful and has a really cool personality. I really enjoyed working with her. The food was okay. I was not blown away by it. Some of the dishes seemed luke warm instead of hot. Overall the staff did an okay job. I was not overally impressed with the staff though. Again, overall this place is good if you can have an outdoors wedding & reception because the grounds are well kept. However, inside leaves a whole lot to be desired. This venue was not worth the $$$$ paid.

nicely. The food was great and everyone seemed to appreciate the ample parking, the location ( near major highways and a few hotels) and the room. The ballroom was spacious so you weren't eating on top of your neighbor. We had a few hiccups... the bar staff was carding the wedding party (because clearly I can keep my license in my wedding dress???!!) but my it was taken care of during the party. One guest was a bit sick and just wanted plain pasta instead of a sauce and they refused and a few of the meals came out cold (head from 2 or 3 of the tables). Overall the service was good, Missy (the planner) was great and the value was fabulous. It was a country club quality wedding but not necessarily the country club price ( not cheap, but not outrageous!). The price also included the open bar so there were not extra calculations at the end of the night about alcohol. I would definitely suggest them for an elegant wedding without breaking (completely) the bank. By the way... the prime rib there is FANTASTIC!

ests have had in years (and that's definitely coming straight from their mouths!). It was so nice to only have to work with one person regarding the location, menu, setup, etc. The staff was very friendly and asked my husband and I numerous times at our reception if we were having a great time and to let them know if there was anything at all we needed. I can't express enough how happy I am that we booked with them - I will recommend Missy and her staff to all of my newly engaged friends. She was a blast to work with and helped make sure our wedding day went smoothly.

... we weren't given a seating chart until 2 days before the wedding and then the seating was mixed up at our reception, the rooms we thought would be open during our cocktail hour were not and a few of our special things went missing after the reception (our cake knives).

provided me with the best service possible, from the taste of the food to completely decorating the reception hall for me at no extra cost! All the staff is very courteous and quick to help! My husband and I literally have ZERO complaints!!
