I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the coordinator Autumn. We had our wedding here on 10/12/24 and everything was perfect. Autumn was so attentive, the bartender was hilarious and so kind, and the food was out of this world. They made the entire experience as stress free as possible and I highly, highly recommend choosing Colonial Oak for your venue!

Colonial Oak Music Park & Venue is such an incredible spot to celebrate your big day. It has a rustic, backyard feel with an incredible ambience that your guests are sure to love. We had our wedding there this past November and it was the most special day. Autumn was so wonderful to work with and went the extra mile in making our day run so seamlessly. She was also an incredible day-of-coordinator, making every step of the process so incredibly easy. The venue was affordable and accommodating with all of our needs. They even allowed us to use their beautiful lanterns and candles to add to our personal touches of decor. Even with it being a destination wedding, the process of planning couldn't have been easier because of how wonderful the team is at Colonial Oak Music Park & Venue. My husband and I were looking for an affordable reception location. I found Colonial Quarters and talked to Amber. She and I had lots of communication. Customer service was amazing. Amber and her team made our wedding reception amazing. The venue was just what we wanted. They also provided the food which was a taco bar. Everyone loved the food, and I couldn’t be happier to have booked this location. I got lots of compliments that night on how cute and fairytale like it was. Thanks again Amber and Staff for making our night such a breeze.

A beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding, it features an ancient live oak festooned with lanterns. Unfortunately, their management is unable to keep up with the promises they make. Contacting the Event Coordinator became a test of wills, it generally took 3-4 attempts (on multiple days) in order to get a response of any kind - and those responses tended to be vague. Advertisement banners, including one for "LIVE MUSIC" were left hanging after assurances on three different occasions that they would be removed. The cake, other than the first slice by Bride & Groom, was never cut and plated. But most concerning was that a final pricing could not be determined until 3 weeks before the date as we kept being put-off on alcohol pricing. Luckily, their service staff was friendly and accommodating and did their best to make our guests comfortable.
